00:00what's up everybody welcome back to another video on juice and today welcome back today
00:17we'll be taking you all through a 20-minute upper body strength and conditioning workout
00:22this is going to be a great workout if you're looking to build some muscle or strength in the
00:26upper body also we're going to get in some great conditioning and HIIT work today so for this
00:31workout we'll be splitting it up into a strength portion and a HIIT conditioning portion juice will
00:37lead you through that strength portion and I'll be taking you through the HIIT you will need dumbbells
00:41for this workout for reference I'll be doing the HIIT portion using a pair of 10s and I'll be doing
00:47the strength portion with a pair of 25s but feel free to use whatever weights is going to challenge
00:52you throughout this workout for the workout format like she said we're going to split this up between
00:56strength and HIIT we're both taking you through eight exercises but we're going to do two different
01:01variations of those exercises for a total of 16 we're going 25 seconds of work we'll give you a
01:07five second pause and then we're going to do another 25 seconds just a different variation of that first
01:13exercise we're going to give you 15 seconds in between each exercise and as we transition in
01:18between sets to that HIIT portion we'll give you a 30 second break so be sure to go as hard as you can
01:23for each and every exercise oh yeah and if you find that an exercise is too difficult feel free
01:28to slow it down or even drop down the weight if you need to really make this work for you all right
