00:00aloha everyone welcome back to another video on juice and toy welcome back today we'll be taking
00:18you all through a 10 minute standing abs hit workout so it's going to be completely body
00:23weight you're not going to need any equipment no equipment at all so for the workout format
00:27super simple we're taking you through a total of 10 different movements no repeat we're going 25
00:33seconds of work we'll give you a quick five second pause to either pause or switch sides and then we'll
00:38go for another 25 seconds of work all right we'll give you a quick 10 second break in between exercises
