00:00hey welcome back what's up everybody welcome back to another video on juice
00:08today we are taking you all through a 30 minute step to the beat workout tool if
00:15you've done our step to the beat workouts before you know exactly what
00:18to expect this is a great workout if you're looking to just get in some
00:21movement you're low on motivation or want to get some blood flowing and it's
00:25completely body weight so you're not gonna need any equipment no equipment
00:28at all for the workout format we're gonna take you through 15 different
00:30exercises but we'll do two different variations of those exercises for a total
00:35of 30. we're going 45 seconds of work 15 seconds of rest and we're gonna do two
00:39variations before we switch to beat so if you feel like you're falling off beat or
00:43the steps get kind of complicated don't worry about just kind of take a quick
00:46step back and then pick back up with this when you can so really make it work for
00:49you oh yeah so if you're ready we're gonna go ahead and get right into the
00:52workout
