00:00hey welcome back back back back back back back what's up everybody welcome back to another video
00:07on juice and toys hey welcome back today we'll be taking you all through a 20-minute bodyweight
00:12cardio hit workout this is going to be a great workout if you're looking to lose some body fat
00:18build some endurance and stamina and we're also going to get that heart rate up today and again
00:22this is completely bodyweight throughout so you're not going to need any equipment no equipment at
00:26all for the workout format super simple we're going to take you through a total of 10 different
00:30cardio hit exercises we're going 25 seconds of work we give you a nice little five second pause
00:36then we're going to pick back up with another 25 seconds of work in between exercises we'll give
00:40you a 15 second break and then we're going to do all of these exercises for a total of two sets so
00:45in between those two sets we'll give you a long 60 second break so plenty of rest periods throughout
00:50this workout so go as hard as you can during those work intervals oh yeah and there's not a lot of
00:54modifications throughout the workout so for the few exercises that there are you can follow me
00:59for those all right now we'll take you all through a quick warm-up and then we'll get right into the workout
