00:00hey welcome back what's up everybody welcome back to another video on juice and play welcome back
00:10today we'll be taking you all through a 20-minute full body HIIT workout but we're gonna do this
00:15Tabata style this is a great workout if you're looking to build some endurance build some
00:19stamina but also lose some body fat and it's gonna be completely body weight so you're not
00:24gonna need any equipment no equipment at all for the workout format we're gonna do this Tabata
00:28style like she said we're gonna take you through a total of 12 different exercises for three sets
00:32the Tabata style is 20 seconds of work 10 seconds of rest throughout all of the exercises and then
00:38in between those three sets will give you a 30 second break so a lot of these exercises today
00:42are beginner friendly so if you are beginning it's a perfect workout for you we do recommend going at
00:47your own pace but also preview this workout beforehand just so you're familiar with what's coming up next
00:52so again you might see us going at different paces today really make it work for you oh yeah and
00:56there's a couple of modifications for some of the exercises throughout but not a lot of modifications
01:01so if you do find that an exercise is too difficult feel free to just slow down that pace and focus on
01:06the form now if you're ready we'll take you through a quick warm-up and then we'll get right into the workout
