00:00hey welcome back what's up everybody welcome back to another video on juice
00:08and toys hey welcome back today we'll be taking you all through a 20 minute full
00:12body dumbbell HIIT workout there's gonna be a great workout with some
00:16strength-based exercises to help you build some endurance some stamina but
00:21also lose some body fat for this workout all you're gonna need is a pair of
00:25dumbbells for reference I'll be using 10 and 15 pounds I'll be using 20s and
00:2925 pound dumbbells for the workout format we're gonna take you through a total
00:33of eight full body HIIT exercises we're going 30 seconds of work give you a 10
00:38second pause and then we're gonna do a different variation or switch sides for
00:41another 30 seconds all right in between exercises we'll give you a 15 second
00:45break we're gonna do all of these exercises for a total of two sets so
00:49we'll give you a long 60 second break in between those two sets so during those
00:53work periods make sure you're maximizing your tempo and maximizing the weight that
00:56you're using if you find that it is too difficult lighten the weight if it's too
01:00easy for you either drive up that tempo or drive up on the weight as well make it
01:04work for you oh yeah and some of the exercises will have a few modifications
