00:09Today, we are taking you all through a 30-minute full-body dumbbell high-intensity workout.
00:16Let's get it.
00:16This is a great workout if you're looking to get your heart rate up and definitely get
00:20a sweat going, but also if you're looking to burn some body fat and work on those muscles.
00:25All you're going to need for this workout is a light to moderate pair of dumbbells, light.
00:31For reference, I'll be using fives and tens today.
00:34I'll be using fifteens and twenties, but feel free to use whatever weights is going to challenge
00:38you throughout this workout.
00:39For the workout format, we're going to take you through two sets of 12 exercises, but we're
00:44going to split them up between six dumbbell exercises and six bodyweight exercises.
00:48We're going 25 seconds of work.
00:50We'll give you a five-second pause, and then we'll pick back up with another 25 seconds of
00:54work, and then we'll give you a 15-second break in between those exercises.
00:58In between the two sets, we'll give you a long 30-second break, so be sure to challenge
01:02yourself with each exercise.
