00:00what's up everyone welcome back to another video on juice and boy welcome back today we're taking
00:17you out through a 10 minute arms and ab workout let's get it this is gonna be completely body
00:22weight you're not gonna need any equipment zero equipment at all so for the workout format we're
00:26taking you through a total of 10 different exercises no repeat we're going with 40 seconds of work 20
00:31seconds of rest throughout this entire workout oh yeah and if you need modifications you can follow
00:35me for those got you if you have a bench or chair you can also use that for some of the modifications
00:40and i have a chair here so i'll show you those and for some of the more pushing movements if you don't
00:45have a bench or chair you can also drop down to your knees all right so we're gonna take you all
00:49through a quick warm-up and then we'll get right into it let's get it
