00:00So the rain kind of changed what we had planned. So we're going to enjoy the rain from inside and instead we're going to film a home workout for you guys. And we're going to do it to where you guys can literally do the workout with us. So you can follow along and work out as we're working out.
00:17Yeah, for sure. So it's going to be a full body body weight workout. All you need is like a yoga mat and maybe like a towel or something to lay down. And it's going to be 30 seconds each exercise. And then we're going to do a 10 to 15 second break in between. So if you need to, you know, use the restroom, grab a drink of water, feed your dog, call your mama, whatever. You got 15 seconds to do it. And then we'll move on to the next exercise.
00:38Yep. And we're going to get to where he's going to do the more advanced version. I'm going to do the more regressed version. So my exercise will be a little bit easier than what he's doing. So if what he's doing is too hard, you can follow what I'm doing and vice versa.
00:51All right, man, we're not going to waste no time. Let's get into it. All right, guys, to start the workout, we're going to do a tricep. First, we're going to start with a jump squat to a jump lunge. And then we're going to go into a plank up down to a shoulder tap. And then to finish that off, we're going to do a mountain climber with a crossover.
01:06So again, Latoya is going to do the regressed version. We'll split the screen so you can see both. And then we're going to do 30 seconds each exercise and 15 second break in between. After we do all three exercises, we'll do a 30 second break before we start at the top.
