00:01Welcome back to our channel, Juicentorch.
00:02Welcome back to another video.
00:04So today, we're going to take you through a 15-minute AMRAP workout.
00:07Yep.
00:08So if you don't know what an AMRAP is, it basically means as many reps or as many rounds
00:12as possible.
00:13Exactly.
00:14So this is a great workout that you can do just to see how well you can push your body
00:17to new limits.
00:18Yep.
00:19So what we're going to do with this workout is go through a ladder.
00:21All right?
00:22So we've got six different exercises.
00:23Yes.
00:24We're going to start with one rep of each of the exercises, then go through it again
00:27with two reps, three reps, four reps, and go as many reps up the ladder as you can in
00:33that 15-minute duration.
00:34Okay?
00:35So it's just 15 minutes.
00:36You want to go as hard and as quick as you can in that time.
00:39Exactly.
00:40So we're going to split up those six exercises into groups of two.
00:43So first, we'll be lower body, then we'll be upper body, and then we'll finish with core.

00:47Okay?
00:48So for the lower body, we're going to start with squat with a floor touch.
00:51If those are too difficult, you'll want to do a standard squat just sitting as low as
00:55you can.
00:56Yep.
00:57And then we're going to start with a push-up.
00:58If those are too difficult, you'll want to do a split squat to where you'll do all of
01:02the reps on one side and then you'll switch to the other side.
01:05Exactly.
01:06And for our upper body, we're going to start with a push-up.
01:08Yes.
01:09If that's a little bit too difficult, we can drop down to our knees.
01:12And then we're going to go into a single arm up-down.
01:15Yes.
01:16And again, if that's a little bit too difficult, you can drop to your knees as well.
01:19Yes.
01:20And then lastly, we're going to finish with the core.
01:21First, we're going to do a V-up.
01:23If those are too difficult, you'll do a leg raise with assistance with your
01:27hands on the ground.
01:28And then lastly, we're going to do a single leg sit-up.
01:31If those are too difficult, you're still going to do a single leg sit-up.
01:34Just crunch up as high as you can during that movement.
01:37Yep.
01:38So again, this is just 15 minutes.
01:39You want to go as hard as you can.
01:40So we've given you some modifications here.
01:43So do the advanced workout when you can.
01:44Yes.
01:45Drop down to the modification when you need to.
01:47Whatever is going to allow you to go as hard as you can for this 15 minutes.
01:52Exactly.
01:53So we're about to go all out.
01:54So we're going to take you through a quick warm-up before we get started.
