00:00what's up everybody welcome back to our channel welcome back to another video all right so today
00:17we're taking you through a 30-minute cardio workout yes a full body body weight cardio workout except
00:23the weather's nice it's a beautiful day why don't we take this outdoors switch it up a little bit
00:28all right okay all right more like it nice to switch it up sometimes we decided to take it
00:38outdoors today oh yeah so again we're taking you guys through a full body 30-minute cardio workout
00:43with no equipment no equipment at all all right so for the workout format we're taking you through a
00:48total of 20 different exercises no repeat here we're going 60 seconds of work 20 seconds of rest
00:54throughout the entire workout but we're going to break up that 60 seconds into two pieces so we're
00:59going to go 25 seconds of work we'll take a 10 second pause and then we'll finish up with the
01:04last 25 seconds all right we're going to do that all the way throughout the workout yes so if you need
