00:05What's up, everybody? Welcome back to another video on Juicing Toy.
00:09Hey, welcome back.
00:10Today, we'll be taking you all through a 50-minute full-body strength and conditioning workout.
00:15Hey, let's get it.
00:16This will be a great workout to not only work on building some strength, building some muscle,
00:20but also challenging your conditioning levels with some HIIT as well.
00:24Oh, yeah.
00:25So for this workout, you will want to grab some dumbbells.
00:27For the strength portion, we're going to go a little bit heavy.
00:30And for the HIIT portion, you'll want to grab some lighter weight.
00:33For reference, we will be using dumbbell weights in range from 10 pounds all the way up to 25 pounds.
00:40Oh, yeah.
00:40For the workout format, we're going to split this up into strength and HIIT, like she said.
00:44For the strength portion, we're going 12 total exercises, and we're going to do them for two sets.
00:49We're going 40 seconds of work, 20 seconds of rest, and then in between those two sets, we'll give you a 30-second break.
00:54As we transition to the HIIT portion, we're going to go 45 seconds of work, 15 seconds of rest.
01:00And again, we're doing 12 total exercises as well for two sets.
01:03So as we transition from exercise to exercise, be sure to challenge yourself with each one.
01:08Oh, yeah.
01:08And I will be taking you all through that strength portion first, and then Juice will finish up with the HIIT and conditioning.
