00:05What's up, everybody? Welcome back to another video on Juice and Toya.

00:10Today, we'll be taking you all through a 20-minute full-body kettlebell workout.
00:14Let's get it.
00:15This workout is going to be a great mixture of strength and HIIT,
00:18and all you will need is either one single kettlebell or two kettlebells of the same size.
00:23If you have one single kettlebell, you'll be following me,
00:27and I will be going between a 12 kg and 14 kg.
00:31Oh, yeah, and I have a dual kettlebell, so if you have dual kettlebells, you can follow me,
00:34and I'll be using a 16 kg or 35-pound pair of kettlebells,
00:38but feel free to go lighter or heavier,
00:40whatever's going to challenge you with each and every exercise, all right?
00:43For the workout format, we're taking you through five groups of three exercises,
00:47and we're going to do all of these for two sets.
00:49We're going 30 seconds of work.
00:51There will be no rest in between those exercises,
00:54and after we finish that third exercise,
00:56we'll give you a long 30-second break in between those groups, all right?
01:00As we finish that first set, we'll give you a long 60-second break in between sets,
01:04so plenty of rest here, but be sure to go as hard as you can for each and every exercise.
01:08Oh, yeah, and if you want a little bit more or more of a challenge,
01:11make sure that you repeat this workout for another set or two for a little bit more, all right?
01:16So we're going to take you up there a quick warm-up,
01:18and then we'll get right into the workout.
