00:06Welcome back to another video on Juice and Toya.

00:09Today, we'll be taking you out through a 30-minute full-body muscle-building workout.
00:14Let's get it.
00:15This is going to be a great workout if you're looking to build some muscle or build some strength,
00:19which both are going to be important for your joint health, your bone health,
00:22but also important if you're looking to lose some body fat.
00:25For this workout today, all you're going to need is a light to moderate pair of dumbbells
00:29for reference, I'll be using anywhere from 10 to 20 pounds.
00:33I'll be using anywhere between 15 pounds and 35-pound dumbbells.
00:36For the workout format, we're going to take you through two groups of 10 exercises, no repeat.
00:41We're basically just going to split them between lower and upper body.
00:44We're going 40 seconds of work, 20 seconds of rest,
00:47and then in between those two groups will give you a long 60-second break.
00:51So, like we mentioned, this is a muscle-building workout,
00:54so we want you to aim between 10 and 15 reps per 40 seconds.
00:58If you find that it is too difficult to get in those reps,
01:01be sure to lighten the weight and really make it work for you and focus on the form.
01:05And be sure to stick around to the end of the workout,
01:07where we're going to take you through a nice little core ab cool-down finisher.
01:10Oh, yeah, and some of the exercises may have some modifications throughout,
01:14so you can follow me for those.
