00:17off through a full body 10 minute stretch routine this is a stretch that you can do daily you can do
00:23this before your workouts to help you prep for that workout or you can do it after or on an off
00:28day to help you with your recovery oh yeah for the workout format super simple we're taking you
00:33through a total of 10 different stretch mobility movements we want 50 seconds of that movement
