00:17all through a 10-minute ab workout more specifically this is going to be more of a
00:22beginner core workout so if you're a beginner looking to strengthen your abs this is a great
00:27workout for you and then as you progress through these exercises you'll be able to move on to some
00:32more of our advanced core workouts on the channel oh yeah so for the workout format it's super simple
00:36we're taking through a total of 10 different core strengthening movements we're going 40 seconds of
00:41work 20 seconds of rest throughout the entire workout all right so if you have any troubles
00:46with any of the exercises there are no big modifications so you can go slow and take it
