00:06Welcome back to another video on Juice and Toya.

00:10Today, we'll be taking you all through a 30-minute full-body dumbbell EMOM workout.
00:15Let's get it.
00:15If you don't know what an EMOM workout is, it stands for every minute on the minute.
00:20And this is going to be a great workout if you're looking to build some muscle or build some strength.
00:24With this workout today, all of the reps are going to be in the moderate range.
00:28So we do encourage you to go moderate or heavy with your weights today.
00:32For reference, I'll be using 10, 15, and 20-pound dumbbells.
00:35Now, I'll be using 25s, 35s, and 50-pound dumbbells for this workout.
00:40For the workout format, we're going to take you through four groups of three exercises.
00:43And they'll be split up between quads, back and biceps, shoulders and chest, and glutes.
00:49Like she mentioned, this is an EMOM workout.
00:51So, for example, if we're doing 10 reps of squats, if it takes you 35 seconds to do those squats,
00:57you'll have the remaining 25 seconds as a rest period.
01:00So we'll follow this all the way throughout the workout.
01:02And we're going to do all 12 of these exercises for a total of two sets.
01:06So if you find that that first set was too easy with any of the exercises, be sure to up the weight.
01:10And vice versa, if you feel like it was too heavy, you can kind of play around with the weight and go down on the weight as well.
01:15So really make this workout work for you.
01:17Oh, yeah.
01:17And there's not a lot of modifications throughout the workout.
01:20So if you do find an exercise is too difficult, we encourage you to go down on the weight or you can even go bodyweight if you need to.
