00:00What's up everyone? Welcome back to another video on G-Cyntoia. Hey, welcome back. Today we'll be
00:18taking you all through a 20-minute full-body dumbbell strength workout. Let's get it. This
00:22is going to be a great workout to challenge your muscle groups, your strength, but also help you
00:27to build some muscle as well. For this workout, all you will need is a pair of dumbbells. If you
00:32have multiple pairs, we recommend grabbing those as this is full-body, so you may want different
00:37weights for different muscle groups. For reference, I'll be using 10s and 15s. And I'll be using 20s
00:42and 25s, but feel free to, again, use whatever weights is going to challenge you for each exercise,
00:47all right? For the workout format, we're taking you through eight exercises, but we're going to do two
00:51different variations of those exercises for a total of 16, all right? This is going to be a mixture of
00:57strength and isometrics, so we're going 20 seconds of work. We'll give you a five-second pause to kind
01:02of regroup, and then we're going to pick back up with another 20 seconds of work. After that, we'll
01:06give you a 15-second break in between exercises, and in between those two groups, we give you a long
01:1130-second break, all right? So be sure to go as hard as you can for each one. Oh, yeah, and there'll be a
01:16few modifications sprinkled throughout. You can follow me for those. Now we'll take you out there a quick
01:20warm-up, and then we'll get right into the workout. Hey, let's get it.
