00:00what's up everyone welcome back to another video on juice and today welcome back today we'll be
00:17taking you all through a 25 minute lower body dumbbell e-mom workout if you don't know what
00:23an e-mom workout is it stands for every minute on the minute so every minute we'll be doing a new
00:29lower body exercise all right so for this workout all you'll need is a pair of dumbbells for reference
00:34i'll be doing this using a pair of 15 pound and i'll be using a pair of 25 pound dumbbells but feel
00:40free to use whatever weight that will challenge you throughout this workout all right so we're
00:44doing the e-mom which stands for every minute on the minute like she said and we're going to split
00:48this up into three eight minute groups each group will have four exercises and we're going to do each
00:53one for two sets all right so for each exercise we're going to designate a certain amount of reps
00:58so let's say for example we have 15 squats and it takes you 35 seconds to do those squats you will
01:03have the remaining 25 seconds as a rest period and we'll repeat this all the way throughout the group
01:08in between groups we'll give you a 30 second break to transition into the next one so be sure to go as
01:14hard as you can for each one absolutely and if you feel like you're getting too much rest or the weight
01:18is too easy for that second set up the reps or up that weight and vice versa if you feel like it's too
01:24difficult or you're not getting enough rest in between go down on the weight or down on the
01:28reps all right we'll take you through a quick warm-up we'll get right into it hey let's get it
