00:00what's up everybody welcome back to our channel welcome back all right so today we're taking
00:16you through a 20-minute cardio and core workout oh yeah or what we like to call cordio all right
00:22so this is a great way to get your abs nice and fired up but get your heart rate up at the same
00:27time all right so for this workout you don't need any equipment but all you do need is a soft surface
00:32or a yoga mat yep so the format of this workout is 12 exercises total split up into two groups of
00:39six all right we have 30 seconds of each exercise with a 15 second break in between then we'll give
00:45you a 30 second break between the two sets to catch your breath grab a drink of water and then we're
00:49getting right back into it all right so we are going to go through the 12 exercises and then we're
00:54going to repeat all of that one time exactly so if you need any modifications for this workout
