00:10Today, we'll be taking you all through a 15-minute quad-focused workout.
00:14Get it.
00:15This is a great workout if you're looking to build some strength or muscle in your legs,
00:18specifically in the quad muscles.
00:20And this is also a great workout that you can pair with a glute and hamstring workout
00:24or any other lower body workout to get a full lower body workout in.
00:28For this workout, all you'll need is a pair of dumbbells.
00:32And we recommend going moderate to heavy on the weight here.
00:35For reference today, I will be using between 15 and 25-pound dumbbells.
00:39And I'll be using 25 and 35-pound dumbbells.
00:42For the workout format, this is super simple.
00:44We'll take you through a total of seven different exercises.
00:47We're going to do them for two sets.
00:4940 seconds of work, 20 seconds of rest, and then in between those two groups,
00:53we'll give you a 30-second break.
00:54So again, be sure to challenge yourself with the weight.
00:56If you want to go a little bit lighter for that first set, you can do so.
00:59Kind of feel it out.
01:00And then that second set, you can up the weight and really challenge yourself.
01:03Make it work for you.
