00:18taking you through a 10-minute beginner-friendly ab workout this is a great workout for someone who
00:23is just getting into more isolated core exercises or someone who has more of a weaker core we're
00:29going to be taking you through 10 different foundational core exercises and as you get
00:34better at these and progress through these you'll be able to get through some more of our more advanced
00:39core workouts oh yeah for the workout format super simple we're taking you through 10 different
00:43exercises no repeat here we're going 45 seconds of work 15 seconds of rest and for each of these
00:50exercises be sure to do them nice and controlled it's not about doing many reps it's more about
00:55really engaging the core and doing everything controlled so no warm-up here we're going to
