00:08on juice and joya welcome back today we'll be taking you all through a 15 minute body weight
00:13strength and HIIT workout it's gonna be a great workout if you're looking to lose some body fat
00:17build some muscle but also on those days where you're just looking for something low impact to
00:22get some blood flowing like i mentioned this is body weight so we're not gonna need any equipment
00:26no equipment at all for the workout format super simple we're taking you through a total of 14
00:31different exercises no repeat we're going 60 seconds of work and there will be no rest in
00:37between these exercises so go at your own pace with this workout if you feel like you're falling off
00:41pace just take a quick pause and then pick back up with this when you can and really try to go as hard
