00:05What's up, everyone? Welcome back to another video on Juice N' Toya.

00:10Today, we'll be taking you all through a 20-minute full-body HIIT workout.
00:14Let's get it.
00:14This is going to be a great workout if you're looking to get the heart rate up, burn some body fat,
00:19and it's going to be completely body weight, so you're not going to need any equipment.
00:23And this is also going to be a partner workout.
00:26However, if you don't have a partner, no worries.
00:29You can still do this workout solo.
00:31Exactly.
00:31So if you're doing it solo, you can either follow the lovely Toya as a partner, or you can follow me as a partner.
00:37For the workout format, we're taking you through a total of 10 different exercises,
00:41and we're going to do them on repeat for two rounds.
00:44We're going 30 seconds of work where that one partner will start, and the other partner will rest.
00:49We'll alternate turns throughout these exercises, all right?
00:51We're going 30 seconds of work, 30 seconds of rest throughout the entire workout.
00:55So really try to push yourself up to tempo and really make this work for you.
