00:05What's up, everybody? Welcome back to another video on Juice and Toya.

00:10Today, we'll be taking you all through a 30-minute full-body dumbbell strength workout.
00:14Let's get it.
00:15This is a great workout if you're looking to build some muscle, build some strength,
00:19and we're also going to slow things down today and focus on some time under tension.
00:23Oh, yeah.
00:23So we do recommend you go a little bit heavier in this workout than you would a regular strength workout,
00:29and the weights that we're using are simply just to show you the exercise and as a reference,
00:34but we do recommend if you can, go a little bit heavier, all right?
00:38So for reference, I'll be using 10s and 15s.
00:41I'll be using 20s and 25s, but really try to challenge yourself with each and every exercise here, all right?
00:46For the workout format, we're taking you through three groups of four exercises.
00:50We're going 60 seconds of work.
00:52We'll give you a 20-second break, and then we'll give you a long 30-second break in between those three groups.
00:57We're going to do each of these groups for two sets, so be sure to challenge yourself as you go from group to group,
01:02and you can even mix and match with the weights that you're using.
01:05Like she mentioned, this is time under tension, so we're going to go for a three-count on the way up
01:09and a three-count on the way down.
01:12So be sure to challenge yourself with each and every exercise and the weight that you're using.
01:16Oh, yeah, and there's not a lot of modifications throughout, so if you do find an exercise is too difficult,
01:21go down on the weight or even body weight if you need to to focus on that format, all right?
01:25So we're going to take you out there a quick warm-up, and then we'll get right to the workout.
