00:00What's up everyone welcome back to another video on Juicy Toya. Welcome back. Today we'll be taking
00:05you all through a 20 minute lightweight dumbbell workout. With this workout we are definitely
00:11going to get the heart rate up, do some full body movements and all you're going to need is a pair
00:15of dumbbells and we absolutely recommend you grab some lighter dumbbells. For reference I will be
00:21using fives today. And I'll be using a pair of 15s but use whatever weights is going to fit your
00:25needs for each and every exercise. For the workout format we're taking you through 10 total
00:30exercises but we're going to do them for two sets. We're going 25 seconds of work. We'll give you a
00:35five second pause and then we're going to pick up with another 25 seconds of work and then we'll
00:39give you a 15 second break in between exercises. In between those two sets we'll give you a long
00:4430 second break so be sure to go as hard as you can for each and every exercise. Oh yeah we're
00:48going to take you all through a quick warm up and then we'll get right into the workout. Let's get it.
