00:00what's up everybody welcome back to another video on juice and today welcome back today
00:17we're taking you all through a 25 minute kettlebells drink workout all right so this is a little bit
00:21more of an advanced workout so there's not going to be a lot of modifications here so if an exercise
00:27is too difficult we recommend dropping the weight okay so you're just going to need one single
00:32kettlebell for reference i'll be using a 12 kg kettlebell and i'll be using a 16 kg kettlebell
00:38all right so for the workout format we're going to take you through a total of two sets of 10
00:43exercises we're going 50 seconds of work 20 seconds of rest throughout that set we'll give you a 60
00:48second break in between the sets and then we'll finish out those last 10 exercises all right so
