00:17you all through a 20 minute body weight strength workout all right so you're not going to need any
00:22equipment for this workout it's completely body weight and this is going to be a great workout
00:26for you if you're someone who's looking to build some strength or if you need a good recovery workout
00:30you lift really heavy during the week there's also going to be a good workout for you as well oh yeah
00:35so for the workout format we're going to take it through a total of 16 movements we're going 60
00:40seconds of work 20 seconds of rest throughout the entire workout but we're going to split up that 60
00:45seconds into three pieces so for that first 20 seconds we're doing an active movement the second

25:38my arms are pumped up my legs are burning that was a tough workout so great job pushing through that hopefully you got in a nice little pump a nice little workout like we did all right so again this is a great workout to do if you are looking to build some strength training and just want to work out to help practice the form slow things down a bit this will be great or like i mentioned earlier if you lift heavy heavy heavy often throughout the week this is a great workout to do as a great workout to do as a nice little recovery workout to do as a nice little recovery workout to do as a nice little recovery workout but still get some work into
