00:00hey welcome back what's up everybody welcome back to another video on juice hey welcome back today
00:10we'll be taking you all through a 30-minute upper body and abs workout this is gonna be a great
00:16workout if you're looking to build some strength or muscle in that upper body but also working on
00:21that core as well so for this workout all you're gonna need is a pair of dumbbells and for reference
00:26i'll be using tens today and i'll be using a pair of 20s and 25 pound dumbbells but feel free to go a
00:32lot heavier or lighter whatever's gonna work for you for each exercise for the workout format we'll
00:37be taking you through a total of 12 exercises and we're gonna do those exercises for a total of two
00:42sets we're going 45 seconds of work 15 seconds of rest and then in between those two sets we'll give
00:47you a long 30 second break so be sure to challenge yourself with each exercise go up and wait if you
00:52need to if you need to decrease the weight really make it work for you oh yeah we're gonna take you
00:56go up through a quick warm-up and then we'll get right into the workout hey let's get it
