00:00What's up everybody? Welcome back to another video on Juice and Toya.
00:04Hey, welcome back.
00:05Today we're taking you all through a 20-minute step to the beat workout.
00:10Oh yeah.
00:10This is going to be a great workout if you're looking just to get your heart rate up, get your body moving, get some blood flowing, but also while having some fun doing it.
00:18You're not going to need any equipment. This is going to be completely body weight.
00:22No equipment at all for the workout format.
00:24We're taking you to do 10 exercises, but we're going to do two different variations of those exercises for a total of 20.
00:30We're going 50 seconds of work.
00:32We'll give you a 10-second pause and then we'll pick back up with a different variation for another 50 seconds.
00:37We'll follow this format all the way throughout the workout.
00:40So if you find yourself falling off beat, don't worry about it.
00:42Just take a quick step back, pause, and then pick back up with us when you can.
