00:00what's up everybody welcome back to another video on juice and toy welcome back today we're taking
00:17you guys through a full body dumbbell strength and conditioning workout this is going to take
00:22us 60 minutes one hour to complete so nice long workout today but we're going to hit lower body
00:28upper body will get your core get the heart rate out we've got it all today so all you're going to
00:33need is a pair of dumbbells if you have multiple sets of weights we recommend grabbing them just
00:38in case you need to go up or down on weight on some of the exercises so for reference i'll be
00:43doing this with a pair of 10 pound dumbbells and i'll be using a pair of 20 pound dumbbells all
00:48right so for the workout format this is pretty hefty so listen close we have a total of four
00:54different sets within those sets there will be 12 different exercises all right like she said it'll
00:59be lower body upper body and core we're going 40 seconds of work 20 seconds of rest throughout the
01:04entire set and then in between those sets we will give you a long 60 second break to grab a drink
01:10grab a towel and get ready for the next set that's coming up all right so for each set it will
01:14progressively get harder as we go through the workout so set one will be easy more beginner level and then
01:19as we progress through it will get a lot more advanced exactly so for some of these if you need
01:25modifications drop down to one dumbbell or even body weight if an exercise is too difficult for some
01:31of the single leg exercises i can take you through some of those modifications as well all right so this
01:37is a full body so of course we're going to take you guys through a quick warm-up and then we'll get
