00:36The shots were like right next to me and I just ran under the pew.
00:39Then Taylor Swift engagement secrets revealed straight from Travis's dad.
00:45She was getting maybe a little antsy.
00:47The secret garden where his bended knee proposal took place.
00:512,000 flowers and how you can get Taylor's engagement look.
00:56I love it.
00:56It looks just like Taylor Swift's engagement dress.

01:06And the coffee shop owner who came to their rescue.
01:09What can I do to try to make their day that much more special?

01:14Cardi, are you happy to finally be telling your side of the story?
01:17Cardi B takes the stand.
01:19Hello.
01:20How she hit back at the female security guard who says the singer clawed her face with razor-sharp nails.
01:26Then Hurricane Katrina 20 years later.
01:30The storm that changed America.
01:33And Cracker Barrel about face.

01:39They're bringing back the original logo.
01:41Yeah, baby.
01:42They listen.
01:44Now, Inside Edition with Eva Pilgrim.
01:48Hello and thanks for joining us.
01:49I'm Eva Pilgrim.
01:50As students sat in their pews praying, a man armed with a rifle and a shotgun opened fire during back-to-school mass, killing at least two children.
01:59The shooter has been identified, and as Les Trent reports, he has a close connection to the school.
02:06Tears and hugs.
02:08An all-too-familiar scene in America after yet another school shooting.
02:12Parents racing to check on their children.
02:15CNN breaking news.
02:17This is a reported shooting at Annunciation Church.
02:20It's just a heartbreaking day.
02:22It happened at Annunciation Catholic School in South Minneapolis during a school mass.
02:27This was the first week of classes.
02:29The school had just posted photos of students excited to start the new school year.
02:35But that joy turned to terror as 30 to 50 shots rang out.
02:40Active shooter inside Annunciation Church.
02:42A male wearing all-black with a rifle was last seen up at the playground.
02:45During the mass, a gunman approached on the outside, on the side of the building,
02:50and began firing a rifle through the church windows towards the children sitting in the pews at the mass.
02:58Within seconds of this situation beginning, our teachers were heroes.
03:04Children were ducked down.
03:06Adults were protecting children.
03:08Older children were protecting younger children.
03:10This 10-year-old student was there.
03:12It was, like, shots fired, and then he kind of, like, got under the pews.
03:18Two children were killed.
03:20One ate the other 10.
03:2317 were injured.
03:24Authorities say the shooter took his own life.
03:27Hey, y'all.
03:28He's been identified as 23-year-old Robin Westman, who had no known criminal history.
03:33His social media pages have been taken down, but this video is believed to be from his page.
03:39It shows guns and ammunition laid out on a bed.
03:43This appears to be a hand-drawn layout of a church that Westman then stabs with a knife.
03:49Hope you can read that.
03:52There's also a four-page handwritten letter to his family and friends.
03:56He writes,
03:57I am not well.
03:58I am not right.
03:59I know this is wrong, but I can't seem to stop myself.
04:03Sometimes these shootings take place for no reason at all, just because you have a very sick individual.
04:11His mother worked at the church until she retired in 2021.
04:17This video of students singing was taken a few months ago during happier times.
04:23Minneapolis Mayor Jacob Fry fought back tears.
04:27It was the first week of school.
04:29They were in a church.
04:32These are kids that should be learning with their friends.
04:37They should be playing on the playground.
04:40They should be able to go to school or church in peace without the fear or risk of violence,
04:46and their parents should have the same kind of assurance.
04:48The head of the FBI said today that the shooting will be investigated as an act of domestic terrorism
04:54and a hate crime against Catholics.
04:58On a much happier note, Swifties are still celebrating.
05:01Taylor and Travis's engagement, no surprise, going viral.
05:05Now, her diehard fans doing what they do,
05:08picking apart those official engagement photos, looking for clues.
05:13As Allison Hall reveals, there are secrets to be learned if you look closely.
05:18We're learning secrets about the engagement.
05:21Travis got down on bended knee two weeks ago on Sunday, August 10th,
05:26in the backyard of his $6 million mansion outside Kansas City.
05:31He created this enchanted secret garden with over 2,000 flowers around the gazebo.
05:37He was going to put it off until this week.
05:39I think she was getting maybe a little antsy.
05:41Travis's dad, Ed Kelsey, is spilling secrets about the fairy tale proposal.
05:46Travis and Taylor had just finished taping the Kelsey Brothers' New Heights podcast.
05:51He said, let's go out and have a glass of wine.
05:53They got out there, and that's when he asked her.
05:55Ever the gentleman Travis asked Taylor's dad, Scott Swift, for her hand in marriage.
06:00Swifty's sleuths are analyzing the engagement photos.
06:04Look at the time on her Cartier watch.
06:06It's 4.54 p.m.
06:08When you add those numbers together, you get, what else?
06:12Taylor's favorite number, 13.
06:14Taylor and Travis both wore Ralph Lauren.
06:17The pop star donned a striped silk blend dress with adjustable shoulder straps.
06:22Price tag, $398.
06:25But it sold out everywhere.
06:27I found a similar style at Hill House Home in New York.
06:32I love it.
06:33It looks just like Taylor Swift's engagement dress.
06:35The big news led to this announcement inside a classroom at the University of Tennessee.
06:40We were supposed to have a biochem midterm today, but Taylor and Travis just got engaged.
06:46No way.
06:47Due to this information, I can't focus, you all can't focus, classes cancel, get out of here.
06:52Any time that Taylor Swift announces significant news, I always call it a tay-nado because it
06:59does literally set the internet and the world takes it by storm.
07:04A big congratulations to the happy couple.
07:06And speaking of getting married, we're learning today that right in the middle of that monster
07:10dust storm that engulfed Phoenix, there was a bride and groom trying to celebrate their
07:15wedding day.
07:16Here's Ann Ricagliano.
07:18A bride and groom say their I do's inside a courthouse.
07:21I do.
07:22Got married.
07:22Quick five minutes.
07:23But when newlyweds Becca and Jamie Hamm went outside to take their wedding photos, they
07:29found themselves smack in the path of that massive dust storm that struck the Phoenix area.
07:35Madison Rooley is their photographer.
07:37It's so thick that you can barely open your eyes and it's like getting in your mouth.
07:43But all was not lost.
07:45The newlyweds fled down the street with their photographer to try to find shelter.
07:49That's when a total stranger who owns a nearby coffee shop saw their plight and came to the
07:55rescue.
07:55I'm just thinking, okay, like, this is a wedding party here.
07:58What can I do to try to make their day that much more special?
08:00Paul Rupas invited them all inside his shop, aristocrat coffee roasters, and through an impromptu reception.
08:07That included ice cream fed to each other, wedding cake style, of course, and music played on an old school turntable.
08:15The newlyweds had their first dance while outside, the massive storm was raging through the streets.
08:22He made, like, lattes with heart shapes on them.
08:26It was just really, really sweet.
08:28Despite a monster dust storm brewing outside, a joyous wedding took place thanks to a kind-hearted coffee shop owner.
08:36I told him, I'm like, you should be a wedding coordinator.
08:38So much love, and what a story they have to tell.
08:42Well, Cardi B takes the stand in her own defense.
08:46The rapper in court fighting accusations from a female security guard who says Cardi B scratched her with her famously long nails.
08:53But as Jim Marais reports, Cardi B told the court the guard was the aggressor.
08:58Cardi, are you happy to finally be telling your side of the story?
09:01Cardi B returns to a Los Angeles court to face this former security guard who's suing, claiming the singer cut her left cheek with a three-inch fingernail and violently struck her in the head, face, and body.
09:14Cardi B claims that you were following her, and you recorded her, and she didn't touch you.
09:18What do you have to say?
09:20The singer, who's known for her elaborate long nails, is accused of clawing at the security guard, Imani Ellis' face, when Cardi was pregnant with her first child in 2018.
09:30But Cardi testified today she didn't harm the security guard.
09:35I was pregnant. I couldn't protect myself, even if I wanted to. She's like twice my size.
09:41You said she's bigger than you? Is that correct?
09:43Absolutely.
09:44How do you know that?
09:48I mean, look.
09:50Today, Cardi B also testified that the security guard started the trouble by following her, recording her, and screaming obscenities to get out of the building while Cardi B was pregnant.
10:00Visiting a doctor in Beverly Hills.
10:02Why were you concerned?
10:04Because I'm pregnant, and this girl's about to beat my...
10:09Hello?
10:11But the former security guard testified it was Cardi B who assaulted her.
10:15The whole incident was super traumatizing for me. She did a lot of that.
10:19The singer, who's worn a different wig each day in court this week, was asked about her fingernails, and jurors were shown this photo from around the time of the incident.
10:28How long were your nails when you were speaking or arguing or whatever you were doing with Imani Ellis?
10:33They were one inch.
10:35Who knew Cardi B's trademark nails would be Exhibit A in court?
10:40Cardi, are you happy to finally be telling your side of the story?
10:44Well, Cracker Barrel fans are celebrating today.
10:46After a loud public outcry, the restaurant has done an about face, and as Stephen Fabian tells us, is going back to their original logo.
10:55Cracker Barrel has pulled the plug on their new logo.
10:59Cracker Barrel is now telling millions of customers, forget about it.
11:03The company folding to pressure from customers and even President Trump, and scrapping their modern makeover.
11:09We did it. We bullied Cracker Barrel enough to change their new logo back to the old one.
11:14Yeah, baby. They listen. They listen.
11:17It's only been one week since Cracker Barrel announced it would be replacing its iconic signage,
11:23which of course has been an older guy in a chair sitting next to a barrel with a stripped-down logo,
11:28as well as changing their menu and decor.
11:31But the backlash has been intense.
11:34Why would you change something so perfect?
11:37This is a dumb idea. Their stock is plummeting.
11:41Cracker Barrel's stock dropped, then President Trump weighed in.
11:45Cracker Barrel should go back to the old logo he declared yesterday on social media.
11:49Admit a mistake. Make Cracker Barrel a winner again.
11:52And sure enough, eight hours later, the cracker cracked, and the logo was back.
11:58We said we would listen, and we have. Our new logo is going away, and our old-timer will remain, Cracker Barrel announced.
12:05Well, well, well. We have breaking news tonight.
12:09The cracker listened to Trump.
12:12The move, praised by the president.
12:14Congratulations, Cracker Barrel, on changing your logo back to what it was.
12:18Good luck into the future. Make lots of money.
12:21What do you know? The stock price shot back up today.
12:25For a brand to switch back this quickly, I've never heard of it.
12:30But it shows where we are today in the role that public opinion plays in all things.
12:37And check out this meme created with AI, the president doing a celebratory dance with the Cracker Barrel dude.
12:48And 20 years ago, Hurricane Katrina devastated the Gulf Coast.
12:52Today, it still ranks among the deadliest storms in U.S. history.
12:57On this anniversary, it's remembered not only because of the destruction, but also for the resilience of the people.
13:03It's been 20 years since the devastation of Hurricane Katrina.
13:081,400 people lost their lives.
13:11Good Morning America's Robin Roberts, a Mississippi native, rushed to the Gulf Coast to cover the storm.
13:17I had lost contact with my family.
13:19My mother was unable to evacuate because of health reasons.
13:22And so to get there the morning after, and not going to go on the air until I found her.
13:27Once on TV, she broke down talking to Charlie Gibson.
13:30You hadn't been able to make contact with your own family yet.
13:34Have you done so?
13:37They're okay.
13:38They're okay?
13:39Now, two decades later, Roberts is returning to the region for an ABC special airing Friday,
13:45Hurricane Katrina, 20 years after the storm with Robin Roberts.
13:50Also marking the 20th anniversary is the new documentary, Hope in High Water, which streams on Peacock starting Friday.
13:58Can you even believe that all that time has passed?
14:00It's pretty incredible.
14:01It's produced by Pulitzer Prize-winning journalist Tremaine Lee, who was a young newspaper reporter in New Orleans when Katrina hit.
14:09So there's one thing to lose property or even family albums, memories, but there's a piece of Katrina that will stick with folks forever.
14:17The idea of trauma that you cannot disentangle yourself from.
14:21Two decades ago, Inside Edition was covering Katrina and its aftermath.
14:25I was one of the first reporters on the ground.
14:28There is still a couple of inches of mud on the ground.
14:31There's a body bag right here.
14:34I walked through nursing homes where dozens of elderly patients perished when the waters rose.
14:40Look how high that water line is.
14:41I don't even have to tell you what the smell is like in here.
14:45Our Paul Boyd reported from inside the Superdome, where thousands sought refuge.
14:51I don't think anyone ever imagined something like this could happen.
14:54Twenty years later, as well as Katrina's wrath, there is also the story of resilience as New Orleans rebuilt after the storm that stunned America.
15:03And there will never be another hurricane called Katrina.
15:08The National Weather Service has retired the name.
15:11Next.
15:12There's a bear in our house.
15:14Make yourself at home, why don't you?
15:16Oh my God, oh my God.
15:17Then, you gotta have heart.
15:19The ailing little girl who couldn't wait to give dad a heartfelt message.

18:35Now, this guy was charged by a bear right on his own front porch.
18:44Leaving for work at 4 in the morning, Alexander Rojas spots something terrifying on the lawn of his Florida home.
18:50It's a black bear running through the yard.
18:55There are two of them.
18:56Seconds later, this.
18:58The camera stops recording, but the belligerent bear lunged right at Alexander,
19:03who suffered puncture wounds, lacerations, and nerve damage to his arm and rib cage.
19:08Luckily, Alexander's girlfriend, Hannah, was home and rushed him straight to the ER.
19:13It's like a scream like I've never heard before.
19:15And he's like, I just got bit by a bear.
19:18And speaking of close encounters.
19:20The bear in the house, Alyssa.
19:21An uninvited guest just joined the party at this California home.
19:25Oh, my God.
19:26Oh, my God.
19:27Oh, my God.
19:27Strolling into the kitchen, the giant beast goes right for the good stuff,
19:32puttering through the fridge like he owns the place.
19:34He's in the fridge.
19:35He's in the fridge.
19:36The nosy intruder scales the kitchen counter, standing upright on his hind legs, looking for more goodies.
19:42Look what the bear does next.
19:44It just opened the door.
19:45Guess he got the hint.
19:47There's a bear in our house.

22:43Hi, Daddy.

22:45I'm getting a heart.
22:46What?
22:47I'm getting a heart.
22:49Are you serious?

22:53Hi, Dad.

22:58Oh, my gosh.
23:00Oh, kiddo.
23:02Ava Cooper is super excited.
23:05She was born with multiple heart defects and had her first open heart surgery at just six days old.
23:11And three more by the time she was five.
23:14But last year when Ava was 10, she went into heart failure.
23:17A heart transplant became her best option, so the waiting began.
23:22She spent Halloween, Christmas, and Valentine's Day at the Cleveland Clinic.
23:27Finally, after 215 days and nights, came that amazing news.
23:32I'm getting a heart.
23:34We spoke to Ava and her parents, Sean and Jamie.
23:36Pretty special that Ava got to tell you herself.
23:39Oh, my gosh.

24:04The next day, Ava successfully underwent the 14-hour transplant surgery.
24:10After a month recovering in the hospital, she is finally able to go home.
24:16Must have felt pretty good to get to go home, Ava.
24:19Yeah.
24:20To have her be here in our home, where she belongs, right, recovering and healing and getting stronger every day and healthy, that's all, this is all worth it to me.
24:30I'm getting a heart.
24:31We're wishing her the best.

29:53Tonight, Taylor Swift and Travis Kelsey.
29:58The proposal had rid of the world.
30:01Travis's dad is telling all.
30:03I don't know how much I was supposed to say, but I don't care.
30:06The when it happened, the where it happened, and the what happens next.
30:10This is sort of what I've been writing songs about wanting to happen since I was a teenager.
30:16New details from the months in the making proposal straight from the Kelsey clan.
30:20I kind of knew this was going to happen months ago.
30:23Then, a new post-prison confession from the Chrisleys.
30:27I was in shock.
30:28E.T.'s with Todd, Julie, and Savannah returning to reality TV.
30:32And Ina run for office.
30:34I would probably be the best dressed in Congress.
30:37Oh, my God.
30:38Plus, Bruce Willis' dementia battle.
30:41Why he's now living apart from his family.
30:44It was one of the hardest decisions that I've had to make so far.
30:48And wild testimony from Cardi B in court for an alleged assault.
30:52Why were you concerned?
30:53Because I'm pregnant and this girl's about to ****.
30:58Hello?
30:58Then, why former NFL star and Kristen Cavallari's ex Jay Cutler is getting locked up.
31:04Plus, Austin Butler goes shirtless to his big premiere.
31:08But gets upstaged by a cat.
31:17Love on a Wednesday.
31:19Taylor Swift has found her endgame in Travis Kelsey.
31:22And 24 hours after their engagement news, we are still not over it.
31:26Welcome, everybody, to Entertainment Tonight.
31:27I have missed you guys.
31:28We are learning new details about the news heard around the world, courtesy of a loud and proud Papa Kelsey.
31:37He made a nice little floral garden around a gazebo in the place where it is.
31:45He got her out there.
31:45So he got to dinner.
31:46He said, let's go out and have a glass of wine.
31:48And it was beautiful.
31:50Ed says the intimate moment happened within the last few weeks in Travis's backyard at his home just outside of Kansas City.
32:02They started FaceTiming me and their mother and her folks to make sure everybody knew.
32:08Mama Kelsey celebrated by posting these sweet childhood pics of Travis and Taylor.
32:13Ed telling News 5 Cleveland he'd known it was coming for months.
32:18He was going to put it off until this week.
32:19They make it a big special event.
32:22And I told him repeatedly, you know, you can do it on the side of the road, do it any place.
32:27That makes it a special event.
32:28Some secrets to how Travis pulled it off?
32:30He asked Scott Swift for permission a month ago.
32:33Travis's helpers who decorated had to hide in the bushes.
32:36Florists estimate there are over 2,000 flowers and cost nearly 40 grand.
32:43Do you want kids?
32:44Yes, most definitely they both do.
32:46A source tells ET the couple of two years share future family goals, adding Travis is everything she has always wanted.
32:53But just how does the gym teacher who's worth about $70 million compare to the $1.6 billion English teacher?
33:01According to Forbes, Taylor made $850 million off her Aeros tour.
33:05Her music catalog's worth $600 million.
33:08Then there's real estate and her $23 million private jet.
33:13How grateful am I?
33:14Travis has made about $111 million from football and an additional $190 for endorsements, Hollywood gigs, and the New Heights podcast.
33:24Yeah!
33:26The proposal heard around the world!
33:28Today, the Kelsey brothers celebrated and gave a play-by-play of Taylor's episode, which now has more than 20 million views.
33:36I was so wrapped in what Tay was saying that I forgot we were trying to interview her, because it's hard to interview someone that you love.
33:44What did you make of the breaking news?
33:46Travis Kelsey is an engaged man!
33:48Good for them!
33:49Yeah, good for them!
33:50From Bad Bunny to Reese Witherspoon, lots of celebs are weighing in on the big announcement.
33:55Guys, we're trying to concentrate and do work here until she got engaged.
33:58It kind of seemed like the whole world was celebrating.
34:10Dad!
34:11Now I just engaged!
34:12She's engaged!
34:14She's engaged!
34:16Guys, who is who's going to engage?
34:22Taylor and Travis just got engaged.
34:24I can't focus, you all can't focus, classes canceled, get out of here.
34:28Taylor Swift is engaged.
34:30Taylor Swift is engaged.
34:32This, come back to me.
34:33Oh, it's huge!
34:34The ring is ginormous!
34:36CBS News White House reporter Olivia Rinaldi's fangirl reaction went viral.
34:41I just was like, this is breaking news.
34:43I was trying to alert the control room, like, Taylor Swift is engaged, we need to talk about this right now.
34:48You need to calm down.
34:50Now, you know Papa Kelsey also said that they want a family,
34:53so if we're feeling like this now, imagine what we're going to feel like when they want to have a baby.
34:58All right, let's move on down to the Chrisleys talking about their return to reality and reality TV.
35:05Kevin Frazier's in Nashville with Savannah, Todd, and Julie, just three months out of prison.
35:12Well, we survived.
35:13We survived.
35:15You seem like a different man since you've come out of jail.
35:17How will you not fall into those excesses and those other things that happened before?
35:23For instance, your closet was insane.
35:26You said you spent about $300,000 a year on clothes.
35:29Listen, at the end of the day, you can't go through what we've gone through and not be different.
35:34Did I need that many clothes then?
35:36No.
35:37Do I need that many now?
35:38No.
35:39Do I want some?
35:40If I want them, I'll get them.
35:41Public opinion won't change what I do.
35:43It never ends.
35:45Todd is also shutting down talk that he had a gay affair with this man, former business
35:49associate Mark Braddock, who testified during Todd's bank fraud trial that they had a one-time
35:54tryst.
35:55What was this like for you, Julie, to hear that kind of accusation against your husband?
36:01I know my husband, there was never a question in my mind.
36:05It honestly didn't bother me.
36:07Now, if you'd have been a beautiful 35-year-old blonde, 5'9", I'd have been like, oh, well,
36:13man, you know, who knows?
36:16Mark knew what my marriage meant to me.
36:19What the world doesn't know is that I slapped the **** out of him right there in the office
36:22in front of my attorneys when all this stuff was brought out that he had done.
36:26So I remember my attorneys literally one of them pulling me from under my arms and throwing
36:30me in the conference room and said, no, that's what he wants.
36:32He wants to sue you.
36:33The goal was to tear down the Chrisleys, and the press helped to try to accomplish that.
36:39That didn't happen because you were fighting against God when you would come against us,
36:43because I'm one of his anointed children, so you couldn't get close to me.
36:46How'd you stay financially afloat?
36:48I have my podcast, speaking engagements, social media.
36:51I did Special Forces.
36:53I did The Masked Singer.
36:54I was hustling.
36:55I didn't say no to a job, that's for sure.
36:58The Chrisleys' Back to Reality premieres Monday night on Lifetime, with all eight episodes
37:03airing in September.
37:04As for what's next for Todd, could it be a run for office?
37:09I don't know.
37:10I would probably be the best dressed in Congress.
37:13Oh, my gosh.
37:14It sounds like you could run for office.
37:16That sounds like something's percolating.
37:18Please, no.
37:19No?
37:20Don't even put it out there.
37:21Let's turn to Bruce Willis' wife, Emma, who emotionally revealed they no longer live
37:27together amidst his devastating dementia battle.
37:30I knew, first and foremost, Bruce would want that for our daughters.
37:37You know, he would want them to be in a home that was more tailored to their needs, not
37:43his needs.
37:44Emma told Diane Sawyer Bruce's home is just one level, which is easier for him to navigate
37:49with his 24-hour care team.
37:52She visits in the morning for breakfast and then again at night with their daughters,
37:5613-year-old Mabel and 11-year-old Evelyn.
37:59We're there a lot.
38:00It's our second home.
38:01Does he recognize you?
38:03I feel he does, right?
38:05Like, I know he does.
38:07You know, when we are with him, he lights up.
38:10We're kissing him.
38:11We're hugging him.
38:12He is reciprocating.
38:15You know, he is into it.
38:16Now, let's head to L.A. court, where Cardi B confidently strutted inside to take the
38:21stand on day three of her civil assault trial.
38:25I said, f*** the f*** in my face.
38:27Why are you in my face?
38:28Why are you recording me?
38:29Ain't you supposed to be security?
38:31The 32-year-old mom of two maintains her innocence and says she's being sued for 24 million by
38:37a security guard accusing the singer of attacking, scratching, and spitting on her back in 2018.
38:42And if you're wondering if Cardi was coached to keep a poker face on the stand?
38:46Oh, yes.
38:48Well, that didn't happen.
38:50The eyes were rolling, there were yawns, and she answered questions like this.
38:54Why were you pregnant?
38:55Because I'm pregnant, and this girl's about to f*** beat my ass.
39:01Hello?
39:02So she's overweight, right, in your opinion?
39:06She is, like, security-heavy, and she could protect the building.
39:11Do you have a message for your fans?
39:12I love them.
39:14Meanwhile, in a Tennessee court, Kristen Cavallari's ex-husband, Jay Cutler, was just sentenced
39:18to jail as part of a DUI plea deal.
39:21It's insanity.
39:22The former NFL quarterback and father of three will serve four days behind bars within 30 days
39:27after pleading guilty to one misdemeanor charge of DUI stemming from his arrest last October.
39:34The 42-year-old, who's worth an estimated $30 million, was also ordered to pay a $350 fine.
39:40He will have regular and random drug tests and lose his license during a one-year supervised probation.
39:47There's been no comment from Kristen.
39:49I never, to the kids, will say anything bad about Jay.
39:51I mean, that's their dad.
39:53So he's got four days to think about never doing that again.
39:56All right, let's head to Manhattan for a movie take-up.
