00:00:27Ah. What is... Wow. Synex? Breathe. Ah.
00:00:36The eventual ruling in this case could change the game for millions of female athletes.
00:00:40The agitators and the protesters are not slowing down.
00:00:44At least 3,000 Iranians have been killed amid anti-government demonstrations.
00:00:51We're keeping a close eye on Minneapolis, Minnesota, where we know protests have been
00:00:56unfolding daily against ICE officers in Mayor Jacob Frye's city. The Democrat mayor joined
00:01:02Fox & Friends this morning for his first ever interview on our channel.
00:01:07And this is where he stands on those protests against law enforcement officials.
00:01:12We see the protesters crossing the line of protesting, throwing rocks, hitting cars,
00:01:19and interfering in the federal government's view of their operation of carrying out federal
00:01:24immigration law enforcement.
00:01:26We have had perhaps tens of thousands of people peacefully protesting in the streets.
00:01:33And at the same time, yeah, they are going to stand up for their neighbors.
00:01:38And what we are seeing time and time again is unconstitutional conduct by ICE.
00:01:43Well, the U.S. Supreme Court appears poised to rule in favor of protecting women's sports
00:01:51after hearing arguments on two landmark cases.
00:01:54So we have a lot going on this hour.
00:01:56You've got the situation we're watching in Minnesota, and we're all standing by,
00:02:00although it could be a while before we get a decision in this.
00:02:03But the conversation is about as hot as it was right before the presidential election now,
00:02:07a huge focus in this country.
00:02:09Attorneys representing boys and men at the center of the cases struggle to answer justice's
00:02:15questions about how to define a woman.
00:02:18You're watching Outnumbered.
00:02:19I'm Harris Faulkner, here with my co-host Emily Campagno.
00:02:22Also joining us today, Sandra Smith, co-host of America Reports.
00:02:26Riley Gaines, host of the Riley Gaines Show, Outkick contributor and host of Transfixed
00:02:31with Riley Gaines on Fox Nation.
00:02:34Bill Hemmer is here, co-host of America's Newsroom.
00:02:37Great to see you both.
00:02:38A lot of hosts here.
00:02:39Yeah, we do.
00:02:41Well, you know, we've got a lot of news going on.
00:02:43We need it.
00:02:44Riley, I'm going to start with you.
00:02:45Yesterday was a big day on those court steps.
00:02:48There were so many people on both sides of the issue.
00:02:51It was a shout fest.
00:02:52But the biggest voice, I mean, you were one of, we could hear you all over the world
00:02:57because you were the one with all that experience there.
00:02:59Oh, please.
00:03:00Well, yesterday was a very joyous day.
00:03:04Of course, you know, being able to link arms with people that you talk to online,
00:03:08people have been fighting the fight, honestly, far longer than I have.
00:03:11Old, young, white, black, gay, straight.
00:03:14There was a, it was pretty remarkable.
00:03:15There was a group of, they call themselves liberal atheist lesbians who were there to
00:03:22support the pro-woman cause.
00:03:25And so it was really this, this beautiful unifying experience.
00:03:28A couple of things I noticed, honestly, I haven't even had much time to listen to the
00:03:32oral arguments outside of the clips that have surfaced online.
00:03:35But a couple of things I noticed in standing on the Supreme Court steps.
00:03:39First, the pro-woman side was so much larger in volume, like sheer density population than
00:03:47the pro-trans side.
00:03:48That, that really spoke to me because we would not have seen that.
00:03:52I mean, even two years ago, people are becoming more bold, more unapologetic in saying the
00:03:59controversial thing that men can't become women and vice versa.
00:04:04So long overdue, but honestly, there's like a level of frustration that we even have to
00:04:10be there.
00:04:10I saw so many little girls, you know, like I'm talking eight-year-old girls who are wearing
00:04:15their jerseys or their uniforms or their big bow in their hair that they wear on the soccer
00:04:19field, standing right alongside their mom, holding their signs.
00:04:22They've got, you know, mitts on, it's cold outside.
00:04:25That visual is so powerful and it means so much to me, but there's a level of frustration that
00:04:30those little girls even have to be there in the first place.
00:04:34And I would think also maybe a little level of concern and worry about how broad or narrow,
00:04:38because that's something, Emily, you have talked a lot about.
00:04:40Look, the decision may go just like the country, more of an 80-20, 90-10 issue,
00:04:45which would be almost every justice at that point.
00:04:48But if it's deemed a certain way, it doesn't have the power across the country.
00:04:53You could do this state by state.
00:04:55This could be a longer journey.
00:04:56That's true.
00:04:57I have faith in the Supreme Court that they'll render the correct decision firmly and courageously,
00:05:02and it is, remains to be seen how broad it will be.
00:05:05But, you know, at their heart, they're determining essentially whether issues under Title IX,
00:05:10is it sex-based determinations that will play in for women's sports?
00:05:15And also, the purpose of Title IX, is it protecting biological women or not?
00:05:20And the reality, too, that the argument, well, this is mitigated, having it be so narrow,
00:05:25the argument, well, this particular individual, let's say, in Idaho,
00:05:28the testosterone was such, the hormone level was such that it was all fine, nothing to see here.
00:05:33The reality is that it impacts millions and millions of biological young girls and their entire futures at shape.
00:05:39So, I think the tiny microscope that the biological male athletes' attorneys wanted the Supreme Court to look at,
00:05:47I think they will broaden that aperture extensively,
00:05:50because they understand what a broad impact it has on so many biological young women,
00:05:54and also that issue of state's authority, right?
00:05:57Because the tiny, tiny, tiny minority does not have legally that sway,
00:06:03nor is that identification rise to the level of the immutable characteristics of a race
00:06:08to be considered in that same bucket of, like, no, no, we can't,
00:06:11we can't let this group be touched whatsoever.
00:06:13It is nowhere near that.
00:06:15All right, I have to brag on you a little bit.
00:06:16Oh, thank you.
00:06:17Okay, I'll take it.
00:06:18Here we go.
00:06:18Here we go.
00:06:18Here we go.
00:06:18Here we go.
00:06:19Here we go.
00:06:19Here we go.
00:06:21Here we go.
00:06:22Here we go.
00:06:23Here we go.
00:06:24Here we go.
00:06:25Here we go.
00:06:26Here we go.
00:06:27Here we go.
00:06:28Here we go.
00:06:29Come on.
00:06:30Louisiana University.
00:06:31LSU, you go, girl.
00:06:32Okay, show's over.
00:06:33No.
00:06:34But I want to get your take on this, both from that perspective of having competed.
00:06:35Yes.
00:06:36But also about this decision, what it could mean.
00:06:38Well, I was getting emotional even hearing about how we got here and how long it has taken as an athlete,
00:06:41as someone who has watched this, this slow defense of women that we were
00:06:47shocked even had to happen in the first place.
00:06:49And those little girls who were unapologetically showing up on the steps of the Supreme Court,
00:06:53knowing it's okay to say we need to protect women in women's sports.
00:06:57Remember how long this took?
00:06:59And it took a couple of dads to finally step up and say, this isn't right.
00:07:03I feel like my daughter's safety is in jeopardy because they had to compete against biological boys.
00:07:09I think about what happened at the Supreme Court yesterday with a question from Justice Alito to the
00:07:14lawyers that are representing the biological boys, the transgender girls in this case.
00:07:18And it was just simply to the lawyers, you know, can you please provide for us your definition of a woman,
00:07:22of a girl?
00:07:23And the lawyers said they did not have one.
00:07:26They could not provide a definition for them.
00:07:28Yet they're there to dispute it.
00:07:31And so think about that for a second.
00:07:33And that is happening today in 2026.
00:07:36You know, I think there's so many girls like you, Riley Gaines, who should be so proud
00:07:40for standing up for girls and that we have gotten here.
00:07:43And there seems to be, we can confirm now, great progress being made.
00:07:47And I think we should all be saluting that.
00:07:49Yeah, but we do know what they are.
00:07:50We have science.
00:07:51We have chromosomes.
00:07:52At the DNA level, there is no surgery.
00:07:55There is no drug that we know of on the earth that can change our DNA, our chromosomes.
00:08:00Yeah, nice to be with you, Harris, and all the ladies here today.
00:08:03Riley, I'll come back to you in a moment here.
00:08:04I would just say that it's not every time that we get the live audio fee from the U.S.
00:08:08Supreme Court where we get to hear the questions and we get to hear the justices interrupt
00:08:12and we kind of get an idea as to where they're going with their arguments and their questions
00:08:16as the audio bounces off those marble walls.
00:08:19I find a lot of drama in that.
00:08:20Always have going back to Bush v. Gore in the election of November 2000.
00:08:25What I found yesterday was Ketanji Brown-Jackson, in my view,
00:08:29was the most deliberative or most contentious, perhaps, with their questions.
00:08:34Which oftentimes seemed to go on for a very long time.
00:08:37And I would say Sonia Sotomayor was probably second.
00:08:40If Ketanji Brown-Jackson was the gold, Sonia Sotomayor was the silver.
00:08:46And I felt, listening to all the questions, that the seven other justices have pretty much
00:08:51made up their minds.
00:08:52And I believe this is a 7-2 decision.
00:08:54So, Riley, we need to make sure we know where you are in late June.
00:08:58I know.
00:08:58It gets you on the air when it comes out.
00:09:00Oh, my gosh.
00:09:00You and your little one.
00:09:01We want you both.
00:09:02You're going to be here.
00:09:03Well, I'll tell you, having a little human being, especially a little daughter,
00:09:09who's here with me today.
00:09:10She goes everywhere with me.
00:09:11She's three months now.
00:09:12She's been to 16 states.
00:09:13She's met the president.
00:09:14She's going to be, like, super dangerous at Two Truths and a Lie one day.
00:09:17She was there with me on the Supreme Court steps.
00:09:21And honestly, like, just as you said, like, honest, there's a level of emotion to it,
00:09:26especially when you have to consider the fact you have a three-month-old baby that you have
00:09:30to wrap in a bulletproof blanket because of the threats that were present there yesterday.
00:09:36That is who we're fighting for.
00:09:38And all these Democrats and their insane policies and the things they say and the things they support,
00:09:42I think 130 congressional Democrats signed a brief supporting the boys in the case.
00:09:47They think they're giving the middle finger to President Trump.
00:09:51That's not who they're giving the middle finger to.
00:09:53They are giving the middle finger to my little baby girl, again, who you have to wrap in,
00:09:57like, a little bulletproof vest because the other side—and, again, talking about what
00:10:03we saw visibly on the Supreme Court steps, our rally—again, I call it the pro-woman, pro-reality,
00:10:09pro-science, pro-fairness, pro-truth, pro-safety side of the aisle.
00:10:14I mean, we weren't even 50 feet from those who were there to support the pro-trans agenda.
00:10:21Compare what we saw from us.
00:10:23First of all, we started, you know, open the rally in prayer.
00:10:26We're waving American flags.
00:10:27We're smiling ear to ear.
00:10:29We're joyous being there.
00:10:31Compare that to the other side.
00:10:32They are waving this flag.
00:10:34I wish—I should have sent a picture in so it could be shown on screen.
00:10:37It's on my X account.
00:10:38It said the satanic circle with the trans flag colors.
00:10:43There's lots of nudity.
00:10:44I saw body parts and things from men who might be women, women who might be men, profane language.
00:10:51There's signs saying, you know, change your heart or die, all while claiming to be tolerant
00:10:56and accepting and welcoming and embracing of diversity.
00:11:00But let me tell you, they certainly do not embrace diverse thought.
00:11:04You know, as you describe that, it leads me to one question for Democrats, for liberals
00:11:09who side with that concoction of violence, potentially.
00:11:14Give me anything or let me die or let there be death.
00:11:17I mean, it's not like we're just starting our republic.
00:11:20It's 2026.
00:11:21But what I think of is, why do liberals need the political comfort of nurturing something
00:11:27that is not good for the country?
00:11:29We see it in the battle against ICE agents as they try to do their jobs.
00:11:33I mean, it's a political comfort fest.
00:11:35And I want to know, do they all think like that?
00:11:38Or is that just about votes in a few months for midterms?
00:11:41Do you have a thought, Bill?
00:11:42Hmm, it's deep.
00:11:44I can't really get inside of their minds, and I'm not going to get inside of their hearts
00:11:48because I don't know.
00:11:50I think it's a question that takes a lot of time to think about and conclude.
00:11:55And I wonder if the decision is as resounding as some of us are predicting here, including me.
00:12:03What happens to the trans movement then?
00:12:05Yeah.
00:12:05And that will be a new chapter for them in America, and we'll see where that goes then.
00:12:09Well, Emily, we had me, too.
00:12:10I thought we were going to listen to all women, but not the ones who want to play sports, apparently.
00:12:14I'll say this, that I think when you talk about the trans movement, to me, that's a, you know,
00:12:20in the Venn diagram, that's a separate thing than what we saw in the erosion of biological young girls in sports.
00:12:28The biological men in women's sports, to me, was a bastardized, radicalized, demonized,
00:12:37a swath of the population.
00:12:40It was a social contagion that had real lifetime effects on a lot of young biological women.
00:12:47And those that led it, who were comfortable erasing women, and who were comfortable
00:12:52ignoring common sense and reality, including, by the way, Hartnett, the attorney for the biological
00:12:58men, she said, I played college sports, too, or sports at some level.
00:13:02Like, so the shock to me of those that deemed it fair to have biological men in women's sports.
00:13:08Anyway, my point is that that issue, to me, is separate.
00:13:12And that's why I think it became so convoluted, that those who came in and said, oh, you're anti-trans,
00:13:16it's actually nothing to do with that.
00:13:18We are pro-biological women in sports, and that's a massively, there is a hard,
00:13:24different line than that in the larger conversation.
00:13:26But that nuance is lost on those who are just vying for votes or vying for clicks or vying for dopamine.
00:13:32Look, we're seeing, and we all have children, so we know, we're seeing a lot of additional bathrooms
00:13:38added and sort of that sort of thing.
00:13:40I think that's great.
00:13:41I like the family bathroom for moms who are nursing.
00:13:44I mean, there are a whole host of reasons for adding.
00:13:46But to take away something from an entire thing that's been established,
00:13:51some of those women you described were there for Title IX.
00:13:53They're in that generation in their 70s.
00:13:56So last quick thought from you.
00:13:58This is an incredibly important decision, and I think about how much you've gone through,
00:14:02and you go back to my days in sports, and I think I could have never competed against
00:14:07the male steeplechasers.
00:14:08There's just no way.
00:14:09We trained with them, and there was just no comparison.
00:14:13They're biologically built different.
00:14:15It is crazy.
00:14:16I think this is a lawyer on your show this morning, Bill, on America's Newsroom,
00:14:20who pointed out this morning to Dana.
00:14:22It is crazy to think that in multiple states in the United States of America today
00:14:25is illegal to have women's sports.
00:14:29I mean, that is where we are.
00:14:31That is where we are.
00:14:32We have to protect women.
00:14:33We have to protect women.
00:14:34I think the numbers are 23 as of now.
00:14:35Absolutely.
00:14:36A lot more outnumbered in a moment.
00:14:39With less pain and swelling from active psoriatic arthritis,
00:14:51imagine being a million miles away.
00:14:54With Trimphia, less joint pain, stiffness, and swelling is possible.
00:15:06Some patients even felt less fatigued.
00:15:09Serious allergic reactions and increased risk of infections and liver problems may occur.
00:15:16Before treatment, your doctor should check you for infections and TB.
00:15:19Tell your doctor if you have an infection, flu-like symptoms, or if you need a vaccine.
00:15:24Imagine being a million miles away.
00:15:27Ask your doctor about Trimphia.
00:15:29Drop is finally here.
00:15:32Drop delivers the weight loss benefits of GLP-1 injections in easy-to-use oral drops.
00:15:39No needles.
00:15:40That's right.
00:15:41The two big drawbacks with weight loss injections are high costs in weekly injections.
00:15:46Drop is flavorless and odorless, so you can just add it to water or your favorite beverage.
00:15:51Drop offers other advantages over injections, too.
00:15:54With Drop, you can personalize your dosage based on your weight loss goals.
00:15:58And because you add Drop to any liquid, there's no concern about injection site infections,
00:16:05bruising, or dosage confusion.

00:16:11to help you achieve your weight loss goals without the needles.

00:16:44What do you have to lose?
00:16:45The idea of leaving my home is disturbing.
00:16:49What makes Stilt's unique in the residential home elevator market

00:18:15Hey, Dr. Marty.
00:18:17Hey, Matt.
00:18:17But what's wrong with this?
00:18:18It's premium stuff.
00:18:20Let's check it out.
00:18:21Uh-uh.
00:18:22It's still kibble.
00:18:23Which means it's ultra-processed at extremely high temperatures that destroy the nutrients in the food.
00:18:28But at Dr. Marty, we gently freeze-dried premium meats, fruits, and vegetables, locking in their nutrients.
00:18:36Never kibbled.

00:18:56Well, the mayor of San Francisco greenlighting a controversial reparations plan that could force the liberal enclave to cut a $5 million check for each of its eligible black residents.
00:19:07Now, the ordinance, which did not specify, by the way, where the money would come from, says the fund would be a remedy for alleged historic discrimination and displacement.
00:19:18People looking to cash in must meet at least three criteria, such as one, identifies as black African-American in public documents for 10 years.
00:19:28Two, born in San Francisco between 1940 to 1996 and lived in the city for at least 10 years.
00:19:34Three, descendant of someone enslaved through U.S. chattel slavery before 1865.
00:19:40Four, member of historically marginalized group experiencing discrimination from 1937 to 1968, among others.
00:19:49Now, the free press argues that the city's worst idea was getting new life, pointing out at the end of 2024, San Francisco appeared to be stepping back from the edge of urban dystopia
00:19:59and putting the worst of its post-pandemic era ideas behind it.
00:20:03It looks like those ideas and the establishment that stood behind them are not yet dead after all.
00:20:09Sandra, a lot to cover.
00:20:11There's a lot to cover and there's a lot to think about here.
00:20:13And there's a lot to acknowledge.
00:20:14And any harm that was done over decades, they're making the case, obviously, to this community, the black community there.
00:20:22It should be acknowledged.
00:20:22It should be learned from.
00:20:23It should be changed if it's still happening there.
00:20:26But this is also leadership that promised, you know, smart fiscal responsibility in a city that would largely benefit from economic prosperity.
00:20:36That would help all rise up in that city.
00:20:39That should be at the center of this discussion to help the residents of San Francisco.
00:20:42This also presumes that this is what people want most.
00:20:46And I think we're in a different spot than we were right after the civil rights movement in terms of dollars and cents in this country.
00:20:54And how many more people have, and you would know, I mean, stock exchange, how many more people have presence and investments and all of that.
00:21:01I think a bigger picture approach would be great.
00:21:04Why don't we find out what most helps people?
00:21:07And by the way, can we get, did you say identifies as black?
00:21:10We've got to get away from that word.
00:21:11I was just about to say.
00:21:11Yeah, we really got to put that word down.
00:21:14I mean, if we're not willing to do scientific research on things, I don't even know what we're talking about.
00:21:18And then you have to identify in public.
00:21:20That's insulting.
00:21:22Like, what, I have to prove that I am?
00:21:24No.
00:21:24And I don't know that the money is enough for the loss of dignity for all the years that compounds like a credit card.
00:21:30So, how do you make up the difference?
00:21:33Who's coming up with what sum of money, you know, offsets discrimination?
00:21:37How about opportunity?
00:21:38How about investment?
00:21:40How about some of those zones that President Trump set up in his first term?
00:21:44Dr. Ben Carson and our current HUD secretary, Scott Turner.
00:21:48And we have opportunity now for people in the communities to create even more, to replicate it.
00:21:54I don't know if this hits it.
00:21:56I have a couple questions for you about this.
00:21:58It's the legal approach.
00:21:59So, I find it interesting that in the description, they say alleged.
00:22:02And yet, then they are counting on the taxpayers to fund what is alleged.
00:22:07Secondly, if they're, with all of those criteria, ensuring that it's someone who is wronged,
00:22:13well, that's at the hands of a different body than the politic of San Francisco.
00:22:16So, they're asking...
00:22:17It becomes subjective.
00:22:18And different.
00:22:18It's like asking Sandra to pay your debt.
00:22:22And then thirdly and finally, reparations legally extinguish a debt fully.
00:22:27And so, with this, the argument would be, and after that, there is no difference whatsoever.
00:22:32There is no injustice.
00:22:33There is no ill impede.
00:22:35There's no nothing.
00:22:35And so, I don't quite think those people are ready to have the debt be extinguished.
00:22:40By those people, I mean the author.
00:22:41So, as well, while I was listening to you rattle off a few of those, I think, even if you go deeper into the definition, there's even more information in there.
00:22:47And you mentioned identify as black.
00:22:51Yeah.
00:22:51I think if you look at the definition, there's wiggle room in that very definition.
00:22:55You mean like my biracial daughters?
00:22:57Maybe.
00:22:58Like, of course there's wiggle room.
00:22:59Or maybe your parents were biracial.
00:23:01I mean, and then maybe their grandparents were both African-American.
00:23:04I don't know.
00:23:05But it gets murky.
00:23:07The other thing about a resident in San Francisco, I understand that.
00:23:10But there's a thing in there, too, called proven harm.
00:23:13And proven harm can be identified in the following way.
00:23:17If you were living in a home or a neighborhood where the city came in and built a new highway and had to move you out of that area, it reminds me of, like, the debates they had during the infrastructure bill when Joe Biden and Pete Buttigieg were arguing about neighborhoods in New Orleans that were largely African-Americans, still are today, that a highway was built based on eminent domain, which I think is what the case is in San Francisco, also based on the language, that if you were part of that area in New Orleans,
00:23:45that you would qualify for reparations, also.
00:23:47If they go this far, and they're talking about $5 million, it's not small change here.
00:23:53You know, who's next?
00:23:55Does it go from San Francisco?
00:23:57Does it go to Chicago, your hometown?
00:24:00It can.
00:24:00Does it go to New Orleans, as I just mentioned?
00:24:02Maybe.
00:24:02And if you're going to do it for African-Americans, then you're going to have to consider Native Americans.
00:24:07And therefore, you know, I don't know where it stops if, indeed, you go forward with this.
00:24:12That's how I'd answer that.
00:24:13Yeah.
00:24:14So to me, this is called racism, right?
00:24:17Like, definitionally, is this not racism?
00:24:21I think there's a slew of questions you could ask.
00:24:23Number one, I mean, as it's been said, who defines discriminated against?
00:24:28Who is paying these reparations?
00:24:31I mean, you assume, of course, taxpayers.
00:24:33Well, guess what?
00:24:34Black people pay taxes, too.
00:24:36So are you only wanting white taxpayers to pay for this?
00:24:40I view this as an attempt to buy voters, truthfully, which is kind of what you have to resort to when the policies in your platform that you support, that you advocate for, is destructive.
00:24:53It is insane, as we just talked about in the first block, saying that men can become women, I mean, seemingly supporting crime in these cities and saying that President Trump deploying the National Guard, that's federal overreach.
00:25:04Their stance on the border, it's almost as if they have to buy voters.
00:25:08And it's appealing when you promise money, when you promise free things.
00:25:12Look at what's happened here in New York City.
00:25:14It's appealing, I think, especially to young people and apparently to the black community.
00:25:18Why can't they promise safety?
00:25:20You and I talk about public safety and how many people, you say it all the time, how many disproportionately numbered people are people of color in neighborhoods where the crime is highest.
00:25:29So, like, that's a tangible.
00:25:31I think San Francisco's feel a little duped because Mayor Lurie was supposed to do that.
00:25:35He was the common sense mayor coming in, and I think they feel a little like, wait, we didn't sign up to go five steps back.
00:25:41All right, guys, but you're going to stay with us as we go one step forward to this.
00:25:45The legacy media outraged over the so-called ICE invasion of Minneapolis, but it was a much different picture during the Obama years.
00:25:53We'll show you the tape next.
00:25:54Yep, your worst nightmare.

00:29:04So one day she said she got a message from a cute boy in a hoodie and wanted to know if she'd be interested in a collab
00:29:09and sent her a link.
00:29:11After she tried to open this link, Guardio blocked the link and then sent me a notification
00:29:16and let me know that my daughter might be in trouble.
00:29:19I can't constantly monitor my daughter to make sure she's being safe online, but Guardio can.

00:29:38I know your strengths, which are none.
00:29:41When life gives you poo, you make shampoo.
00:29:45I'm going to crush a rabble like a bug.
00:29:49This is for the kids.
00:29:49This is like a Dr. Jekyll Hanna, Montana situation.
00:29:56Stumble.
00:29:57Check your local listings.
00:29:58Remember, I told you we were going to be watching Minneapolis, and we have some new information.
00:30:05Department of Homeland Security sources telling Fox News the ICE agent who was hit by Rene Nicole Good's car
00:30:11suffered internal bleeding in his torso.
00:30:14That is the same immigration and customs enforcement agent who was seriously wounded last June
00:30:21when he was dragged by a car during attempted arrest.
00:30:26Yeah, a car rammed him and then dragged him.
00:30:29And by the way, there was street camera footage of some of that.
00:30:32The CBS local station, WCCO, covered that story last June extensively.
00:30:38We'll keep you posted on the situation as we get new information.
00:30:41Meanwhile, there's this.
00:30:43Minneapolis mayor, Jacob Fry, you know him.
00:30:45He cusses a lot.
00:30:47Joined Fox and Friends this morning and said he stands by his original comments saying that I should get out of his city.
00:30:54In hindsight, Mr. Mayor, was that the appropriate response?
00:31:01I stand by exactly what I said.
00:31:04And to be clear, what I was responding to was an immediate conclusion that had been drawn by the federal government
00:31:12where they said, one, the ICE agent was acting in self-defense,
00:31:16and then shortly thereafter saying that the victim was a domestic terrorist.
00:31:21We need to be doing everything possible right now to have a full and fair investigation.
00:31:27And my deep concern is when the conclusion is drawn by the government that's actually doing the investigation itself,
00:31:35it's much harder to trust the investigation.
00:31:38We need to make sure that the American people can earn and gain that trust.
00:31:43Do you think he studied before he said all that?
00:31:46Anyway, a CNN segment from 2016 is now viral.
00:31:50It's called A Day with Ice in the Sanctuary City of Chicago.
00:31:54CNN was not criticizing the agency.
00:31:57Instead, it touted exclusive access to the ride-alongs on several ICE raids.
00:32:02Under the cloak of darkness in Chicago, an immigration and customs enforcement team gears up for another long day,
00:32:12pursuing undocumented immigrants who have been convicted of crimes in the U.S.
00:32:17ICE agents mistakenly arrest the target's brother.
00:32:20In the process of talking to him in the vehicle, he then said, oh, no, I'm actually so-and-so.
00:32:26Who you're looking for is over here, this other address.
00:32:28He led us to that address, and we were able to actually arrest the individual.
00:32:34You have evidence, right, that he's using a fake identity?
00:32:38That is correct.
00:32:39We believe he's been using a U.S. citizen's identity to live and work.
00:32:44He has an Illinois driver's license.
00:32:45Third target, he has an unauthorized use of a weapon, which was a firearm.
00:32:49He has a couple DUIs.
00:32:52He is a criminal.
00:32:53He has an extensive criminal history, and by taking him out of the community, it's making the community safer.
00:32:58And that's ICE's purpose, is to focus on criminals and community safety by taking these recidivist criminals out of our communities.
00:33:08Well, as a journalist, I saw you really leaning in there.
00:33:11What are you, what's going through your mind?
00:33:13It's curious.
00:33:13Yeah, I mean, like, the games change, right?
00:33:15The language change, the positions have changed.
00:33:18I think we've learned a lot about Minneapolis over the past five years, going back to George Floyd.
00:33:23And one thing that I learned about its police department, based on its population, I wonder if they're understaffed or...
00:33:33100%.
00:33:34Like, less than full civil support.
00:33:37Minneapolis has a population of 428,000.
00:33:40They have 600 sworn officers.
00:33:42Oakland, California has relatively the same amount, population-wise.
00:33:47They have 700.
00:33:48Wichita, Kansas, 650.
00:33:51Tulsa, Oklahoma, 800.
00:33:55New Orleans, fewer people, 1,000 cops.
00:34:00Miami, Florida, about the same, 2,000 cops.
00:34:04Now, you could argue that New Orleans and Miami have a lot more civic events that come to their city,
00:34:08maybe they need that, but that was just something I was very curious to learn earlier today.
00:34:13I think the other thing that we need to wise up to is what Ice Watch is all about.
00:34:17And I don't think we've got a firm grasp on that just yet for Minneapolis.
00:34:20And the reason we need to understand it is because ice is coming to New York.
00:34:26And they're going to be in the five boroughs.
00:34:28They're going to be in Nassau County.
00:34:30They're going to be in Suffolk County.
00:34:31And a lot of what we're watching in Minnesota is coming to this city.
00:34:34We need to understand what's happening.
00:34:35And if you think the protests on the streets of Minneapolis or something else,
00:34:41wait till you see what happens here in Gotham City.
00:34:44On Sunday afternoon, fairly mild day for the winter, on Fifth Avenue, you had thousands,
00:34:50maybe tens of thousands of people in a very peaceful, civil protest walking down Fifth Avenue.
00:34:57That's just a small sliver of what's to come in New York very soon.
00:35:02And I would dare predict that it's only weeks away.
00:35:04All right.
00:35:04We don't have time for me to go through this.
00:35:06I did it on the Faulkner Focus, but Emily, the manual.
00:35:09The instruction manual for the protesters, how to ram a car,
00:35:14how to keep a low center of gravity and push up toward the face of somebody with explosive power
00:35:19who's an ICE agent to knock that officer off a suspect.
00:35:22Those details and how to do this.
00:35:25The New York Post reviewed an Instagram post last June by Minnesota Ice Watch.
00:35:30Those are the things.
00:35:31And look at how long that list is.
00:35:33It reminds me of, not that I've seen one personally, but a guerrilla tactical playbook.
00:35:38It's about how to assault, how to engage in felonious behavior.
00:35:41But interestingly, in all of that training, I didn't see a primer on American law,
00:35:46which is what got an individual into trouble a couple days ago.
00:35:49My prayers are with that ICE agent.
00:35:51I hope he's recovering from his internal injuries.
00:35:55The fact that he got back, by the way, into service after being injured the first time
00:35:58speaks to the tenor and the commitment and the dedication of these brave men and women
00:36:03that are in uniform every day, despite having for them to undergo training of daily assaults
00:36:07in addition to executions of warrants and targeted searches and arrests of recidivists,
00:36:13homicidal maniacs and sodomists and child rapists and worse.
00:36:16When ICE comes to this city, to this borough, I will thank them and pave the way for them.
00:36:22I am so grateful that they have my best interests at heart.
00:36:26And it is shameful that CNN and other mainstream medias not only have forgotten what happened
00:36:30in 2016 when they dared to semi-objectively cover them.
00:36:34But also what we saw, their knee-jerk reaction was in the wake of what happened after that person was shot.
00:36:40The headlines that flooded my inbox were jumping to legal and cultural conclusions
00:36:45that are patently unacceptable and most importantly, totally wrong.
00:36:49And it also came out of the mouth of that mayor who doubled down on our network today.
00:36:53I'm grateful he came on our network, but it goes to show that he underscored his comments.
00:36:57He's not walking back from jumping to conclusions and leading the radical rhetorical effort.
00:37:03That is why people think they can get in their cars and get away with doing horrific things
00:37:09and thinking it's no big deal on their way to get milk from the store.
00:37:12It is, and he's the problem.
00:37:13Well, look, it's monetized and organized, complete with instructions.
00:37:16We're going to stick with this topic, and we'll be back.
00:37:19Sandra and Riley on deck next.
00:37:20Stay close.
00:37:26Boy, I feel like I turned around and the price of everything shot up.

00:41:32Fox News Audio on SiriusXM.
00:41:34America is listening.
00:41:36The intensity around this topic is so much.
00:41:40We want to come back and revisit now.
00:41:42Riley, I come to you first.
00:41:44What's happening in Minneapolis and all the things we hear with Jacob Fry, the mayor,
00:41:48calling it murder out the gate, not even knowing what we knew yet in an investigation?
00:41:54Well, it's amazing that you can listen to him talk about peaceful protests.
00:42:00We have a very different definition of what peaceful looks like,
00:42:04because what we're witnessing happening in Minneapolis, what we saw happen in L.A. last year,
00:42:10what we saw back in Minneapolis in 2020, that's not peaceful.
00:42:13Yet these same people, they say words are violent, right?
00:42:17Me calling a man a man, that's violence, but burning down a police station, no, that's peaceful.
00:42:23And, of course, in talking about the hypocrisy of the clip that we just watched of CNN,
00:42:27touting what ICE was doing in 2015, 2016 under President Obama,
00:42:31it's important to note that I think we live through, like, these distinctions in times, right?
00:42:38Like, you have B.C., you have A.D., you have pre-COVID, you have post-COVID.
00:42:42I think we're going to live through a time where it's pre-TDS and post-TDS,
00:42:47which, of course, TDS is Trump derangement syndrome.
00:42:51The hypocrisy that we've seen from Democratic elected officials.
00:42:54Wow.
00:42:55I would love to see them watch this video and answer to this video.
00:42:59But, of course, they hate Trump more than they love the American people.
00:43:01That's what this video shows me.
00:43:02That after the first round with Trump, that they had post-TDS,
00:43:06but all it did was usher him back into office.
00:43:08Exactly.
00:43:09So we'll see what happens.
00:43:10I have so many thoughts and reflecting back to what Bill and Emily were saying in the last walk,
00:43:15and I wrote them down because they were so important.
00:43:17To your point about the difference in the protests,
00:43:20the peaceful versus the antagonistic, you know, obstruction,
00:43:24jumping in front of vehicles and the way that we're reacting to that
00:43:28and the ramming of vehicles, I should say.
00:43:29I pray for the ICE agent, and I do pray that he makes a full recovery.
00:43:34But Mayor Frye, out of the gate, Harris, to your point, claiming this was murder.
00:43:40He drew a conclusion at that press conference.
00:43:42We covered a live when it was happening on America Reports.
00:43:45He drew the conclusion that that ICE agent had committed murder.
00:43:48And that rhetoric was happening in a very heated moment, you'll have to remember.
00:43:54And you have to think about how that puts all the ICE officers who are carrying out their duties
00:43:59at risk, their families at risk, and beyond.
00:44:03I also wrote down the credibility issue, him drawing the conclusion in the moments following this,
00:44:08that this was murder.
00:44:10It dents his credibility at the same time he's calling into question the credibility of the FBI
00:44:14who is tasked with carrying out this investigation.
00:44:17I want to finish with this.
00:44:18Ilhan Omar, ICE hasn't been able, she's claiming ICE hasn't been able to produce any evidence
00:44:22that they're finding people who are undocumented, who have committed crimes.
00:44:26We have the receipts of the worst of the worst criminal illegal aliens that have been arrested
00:44:32by these ICE agents in Minnesota.
00:44:36Also, this is happening.
00:44:37If you have come into this country illegally, at that point, you've already committed a crime.
00:44:42It's illegal immigration.
00:44:45And when talking about the difference of the protests that we've seen, let's compare the response
00:44:50of the tragic loss, because it is a tragedy that Renee Goode lost her life.
00:44:53This is a mother.
00:44:54Compare the response that we have seen from that side of the aisle to the response that we saw
00:44:59after Charlie Kirk was assassinated.
00:45:01We saw people going to church.
00:45:02We saw record sales of Bibles in the following months.
00:45:05We saw young people getting involved, inquiring, reaching out to Turning Point USA,
00:45:09wondering what they can do to live a life like Charlie Kirk lived.
00:45:13A very, very different response to two tragedies.
00:45:17Very different tragedies, but nonetheless tragic.
00:45:19Yeah.
00:45:20All right, we'll move forward.
00:45:21We could do this topic for an hour.
00:45:23Yeah, we really could.
00:45:24President Trump's appeal with young men.
00:45:27Why comedian Bill Maher says they're gravitating to the commander-in-chief.
00:45:31John was the most incredible person I'd ever met.
00:45:40Aviation was John's love and passion.
00:45:42When he was eight years old, he went up for a ride in a Yak-52.
00:45:45And from that moment on, he was just completely infatuated with the idea of being a military pilot.
00:45:53He was present as a Marine and present as a dad, as a husband.
00:45:57He said, I want to be the best.
00:45:59I want to give my best.
00:46:00And that's what was important to him.
00:46:01It was a normal, ordinary Wednesday for us.
00:46:06When I was picking up my daughter from daycare, my friend that I would carpool with mentioned that there was an aircraft that went down.
00:46:14My friend said, I could drive you to the squadron.
00:46:18And I told her, I need you to take me home because if they're going to come tell me, they're coming to my door.
00:46:25In an instant, you know, your life does change.
00:46:30And you, especially having children, have to decide, how am I going to do this?
00:46:35I got a message from a friend, and they said, there's this foundation called Tunnel to Towers.
00:46:43And they said on TV that they're going to pay for your and John's mortgage.
00:46:48And it just felt like a frozen moment in time that I'd never forget.
00:46:52I realized that the comfort I could find was to make him feel present everywhere we could.
00:46:59And I told Tunnel to Towers, I want to have a room that I can set up for my husband,
00:47:04where my daughters can learn about him.
00:47:06I want a place that they can go as they're growing up and see their father everywhere.
00:47:11And they said, we understand this.
00:47:13We understand your need for it.
00:47:14We're going to do it for you.
00:47:15I'm so grateful for that.
00:47:17By giving $11 a month, you're joining us on our mission to do good
00:47:22and take care of Gold Star families, catastrophically injured service members, and first responders.
00:47:29Go to T2T.org.
00:47:31It only takes $11 a month to make a positive impact.
00:47:36A new low for the media mob, and now one of their former heroes is speaking out
00:47:40and slamming a disgraceful report about Erica Kirk.
00:47:44Kirsten Sinema will join us on Hannity.
00:47:46It makes it difficult when I go out with friends to hear.
00:47:50I have missed so much.
00:47:52You get a lot of feedback, a lot of screeching.
00:47:54It's irritating.
00:47:55Didn't want to have it, you know, so visible.
00:47:58Self-conscious.
00:47:59Oh, this is exciting.
00:48:08Oh, wow.
00:48:09There is such a difference.
00:48:10Yeah.
00:48:11It doesn't feel uncomfortable.
00:48:12It doesn't feel plugged.
00:48:13Absolutely incredible.
00:48:15It is so much louder right now.
00:48:16Now you can just tap, and you can bring the volume up, see exactly what you're doing, no counting beeps, super easy.
00:48:24And how do I sound?
00:48:26Wonderful.
00:48:26Not only easier to use, but so much more practical.
00:48:30Somebody is a genius that did this.
00:48:32Do you have a life insurance policy you no longer need?
00:48:49Now you can sell your policy, even a term policy, for an immediate cash payment.
00:48:53We thought we had planned carefully for our retirement.
00:48:56But we quickly realized we needed a way to supplement our income.
00:48:59If you have $100,000 or more of life insurance, you may qualify to sell your policy.
00:49:04Don't cancel or let your policy lapse without finding out what it's worth.
00:49:07Visit CoventryDirect.com to find out if your policy qualifies.
00:49:11Or call 1-800-515-4100.

00:49:15Redefining insurance.
00:49:16Got milk?
00:49:18President Trump signs a bill bringing whole milk back into school lunch rooms.
00:49:21He'll also likely take questions on Iran, Minneapolis, and more.
00:49:25We will bring that to you live this afternoon.
00:49:28So what is next for Iran, and what will President Trump do to respond to the killing of protesters?
00:49:32We'll talk about that.
00:49:33Protesters continue to accost ICE in Minneapolis, but why is the reaction so different now that
00:49:38it was 10 years ago when a Democrat was president?
00:49:41Todd Lyons is here.
00:49:42And why are more voters registering as independents?
00:49:46Karl Rove tells us.
00:49:47I'm John Roberts.
00:49:48Come join Sandra in the top of the hour for America Reports.
00:49:50We'll see you in about 10 minutes.
00:49:53Well, comedian and TV host Bill Maher says that President Trump is one of the few people
00:49:59that don't make young men feel guilty for being men.
00:50:02Watch.
00:50:03There's just so much like of this shaming.
00:50:05A lot of it, you know, people wonder why so many young men vote for Trump.
00:50:09Well, maybe because, you know, he's one guy who doesn't make you feel guilty just for
00:50:15being born with a d**k, you know?
00:50:17If you're 22, you don't remember a time when it was the reverse.
00:50:21So you've only seen the backlash.
00:50:23You've only seen white men bad.
00:50:25All right, I'm going to go this way.
00:50:28Riley, what do you think about that?
00:50:31Well, I will say as a Gen Zer myself, I think the appeal to President Trump, he's obviously
00:50:37authentic.
00:50:38He doesn't mince his words.
00:50:39You never have to wonder what he's thinking.
00:50:40He's an alpha.
00:50:41He doesn't apologize for who he is.
00:50:43Yes, he's a billionaire, so very different than your, you know, everyday average American.
00:50:48But even still, he finds a way to be relatable to, like, your 20-year-old frat bro who goes
00:50:56to, like, University of Kentucky.
00:50:59So he's relatable.
00:51:00I saw this morning, actually, it was Dr. Oz who said that President Trump has the highest
00:51:06testosterone level of any man over 70 that he's ever seen.
00:51:10So you compare...
00:51:11He knows that?
00:51:12He actually went on to say, like, President Trump's going to be really thrilled that I
00:51:16said that.
00:51:18But you compare President Trump to someone, I mean, any of the Democratic male leaders,
00:51:24someone like Tim Walz, if you will, you know, Mr. Jazz Hands.
00:51:28You ask any 20-year-old boy, especially on a college campus, who they would rather spend
00:51:34a day golfing with, President Trump or Tim Walz, you have to imagine that the majority
00:51:40of them are going to say President Trump.
00:51:42Talk to me about the millions of young men that look up to you.
00:51:45Do you see in them...
00:51:47Look up to.
00:51:48To you.
00:51:48Come on.
00:51:49Have you seen in them a guilt?
00:51:51Have you seen in them that current where it was fomented for a while?
00:51:54They were like, we, you know, and then now do you feel like they feel empowered again?
00:51:58I don't know.
00:51:59I mean, as the white man bad, as the only white dude on the couch, I don't feel aggrieved.
00:52:06You know, maybe it's a generational thing.
00:52:08I don't know.
00:52:09But as a member of Gen Z, Riley, I would just say that I think this whole argument comes
00:52:16down to men and a lot of women saw Biden as weak and they see Trump as strong and
00:52:21it's not more complicated than that.
00:52:22I think his plain speak, frankly, is encouraging to, I'm not a young man, but who were told
00:52:29for so long that you are the problem and here's why.
00:52:32And finally, someone was like, actually, you're not the problem.
00:52:35We welcome you and your voice is valuable just like everyone else's is.
00:52:38No one was better than the other.
00:52:39And finally, they felt welcomed to the table.
00:52:41Yeah, you know, it kind of goes back to something that Riley just said.
00:52:45He's a billionaire.
00:52:45He's different.
00:52:46Yeah, it's ironic, though, but he's not really all that different.
00:52:49He loves McDonald's.
00:52:51He likes to hang.
00:52:52He loves his family.
00:52:53I mean, he's all those things that you don't have to have a billion dollars or have to have
00:53:06a billion dollars or have to have zero dollars to get.
00:53:07He's just a guy's guy.
00:53:09And think of his campaign when he's in the big garbage truck, you know, and he was in the McDonald's window.
00:53:14He was in the McDonald's window.
00:53:16Carbond dating testing at five.
00:53:20No, Harry, she's got to look at the tree rings on me.
00:53:22Oh, gosh.
00:53:24Sandra, what about, you know, you're raising, like, what do you see?
00:53:27But I'm raising a little boy and a little girl, right?
00:53:30So my son, and I can confirm, does look up to Mr. Hammer when he comes to visit.
00:53:35Sounds a good man.
00:53:36But he loves when he walks in the room and Mr. Hammer looks him in the eye and shakes his hand and asks him how is, you know, school and sports.
00:53:43You know, he lets him be a boy.
00:53:45And girls have, we've spent years bringing girls up, right, telling them that they can go be anything that they want to be.
00:53:52They don't have to stay at home.
00:53:52They can go get a job.
00:53:53They can go to school anywhere.
00:53:55We've been doing so much to make sure that women feel equal to men.
00:53:57And men sort of got, you know, left behind a little bit in that.
00:54:01We're teaching the schools a little bit more, in my opinion, towards the way girls learn rather than boys.
00:54:07Boys need to get the exercise and get the, you know, the energy out before they sit down and study math.
00:54:11There's so many reasons why I think that they look at President Trump and say,
00:54:14he acknowledges men and women as two different genders when they walk in a room, you know, and nobody's against you.
00:54:22I think there's a lot of reasons why young men in this country feel that way.
00:54:26You're raising two great kids, by the way.
00:54:27Thank you very much.
00:54:28I'm going to let that one slide.
00:54:29Thank you very much.
00:54:30Go ahead, Harris.
00:54:30Having hosted the all-women town hall right before the election with President Trump,
00:54:34something resonated with me right away.
00:54:37He respects women.
00:54:38He's hired a lot of tremendously talented women.
00:54:42We've interviewed them.
00:54:43We've met them.
00:54:44And my dad, former military, as you know, used to say that the test of a man is how he treats the women in his life.
00:54:51Can he be that alpha and be loving and generous and all those things?
00:54:56Yeah.
00:54:57They call him a misogynist, but really he's like the worst misogynist ever.
00:55:03Gives women a shot.
00:55:06Suzy Wiles, Tulsi Gabbard, Caroline Levitt, all wonderful women are part of his team.
00:55:10That's right.
00:55:11All right, guys.
00:55:12More Outnumbered after you follow us on social media and then come back and watch us in just a moment.
00:55:18That is a really busy walk.
00:55:20Sorry.
00:55:22If you're a veteran, own a home, and need cash, here's good news.
00:55:27Your service to your country has earned you the right to apply for a home loan that's VA guaranteed.
00:55:33And the New Day 100 VA cash-out loan lets you borrow up to 100% of your home's value.
00:55:38With a conventional loan, you can only borrow 80%.
00:55:41New Day veterans are taking out an average of $81,000.
00:55:45That's me.
00:55:46By tapping into the value you've built up in your home, you can pay off your car loan and credit cards
00:55:51and lower your payments hundreds of dollars a month, thousands a year.
00:55:56With automatic authority from the VA, we can say yes when banks say no.
00:56:01Call 1-888-928-2089.
00:56:05You could be driving down the road and God forbid something happens to your engine or your transmission.
00:56:09Now you've got to figure out how to tow the car, where to tow it to, how much it's going
00:56:13to cost.
00:56:13Whereas you have a company like CarShield back you and you make a phone call and everything's
00:56:17taken care of.
00:56:18I'm here today with real-life mechanics who are here to set the record straight on why
00:56:23auto repairs have gotten so expensive.
00:56:25And why CarShield is America's most trusted auto protection company.
00:56:29I think what everyone wants to know is why repairs have gotten so expensive.
00:56:33The new cars have so many computers.
00:56:35When I started in this business 40 years ago, it was very simple.
00:56:38So that's one of the biggest reasons why everything is just skyrocketed.
00:56:42So can you walk us through a little bit on like a car breakdown?
00:56:45What happens on the customer side and what you see?
00:56:47Every day at our shop, there's people that just come in bawling their eyes out because
00:56:51their car's warranty just ran out and they got all these new expenses now that they have
00:56:55to pay for.
00:56:56We see it happen all the time.
00:56:57We just had one recently come in at 30-some-odd thousand miles, told the car back to the dealership
00:57:02thinking it's under warranty.
00:57:04They said she just passed her mile mark and there's no warranty.
00:57:07Now she's got like $7,000.
00:57:08Good luck to you.
00:57:09Yeah, pretty much good luck to you.
00:57:10And how much was that repair?
00:57:12About a $7,000 repair.
00:57:13$7,000.
00:57:14She didn't have an extended warranty, so she pretty much had to pay out of luck.
00:57:18Some of the average cost on repairs, for instance, on a transmission, would range anywhere from
00:57:23$3,000 to $6,000, $7,000.
00:57:25Engines can go anywhere from $5,000 to $14,000, $15,000.
00:57:29If you can get Car Shield, do it.
00:57:32Don't even think twice.
00:57:33Give them a call.
00:57:34See what you can do to get on that program because it's going to give you peace of mind.
00:57:37Get some sort of coverage.
00:57:39No other company protects drivers like Car Shield.
00:57:42All you need to do is call Car Shield now before your car breaks down.
