00:00Previously on Project Runway Junior,
00:03each of you will be designing a six-piece spring collection.
00:06Hawa, Tyler will be competing for the fourth and final spot
00:10in the finale.
00:11I do believe that I can beat Tyler.
00:12I have to beat Hawa, and then I have to beat everyone else.
00:16We will be sending each of you home.
00:17You will have five weeks.
00:19Oh, this is so cool.
00:20Oh my god.
00:21I honestly think she has the strongest collection besides me.
00:24Tyler, can I see yours?
00:25I haven't seen Tyler's either.
00:26I just feel really bad for whoever doesn't get to show.
00:30You both are incredibly talented,
00:32and we wish we could advance both of you to the finale.
00:34Wow, I would totally wear that.
00:36I love that.
00:37Good.
00:38I like that you had that surprise kind of moment in the back.
00:41The structure is fighting against the fluidity.
00:44It doesn't have that high taste level.
00:46You really didn't push it the way I thought you would.
00:49Hawa, you're in.
00:50You will join the other finalists to compete
00:52to be the winner of Project Runway Junior.
00:54Thank you guys so much.

01:14are seeing that I am a good designer and that I deserve to still be here.
01:21The Tyler selfie's gone.
01:23You guys are awful.
01:24You guys are terrible.
01:25Someone asked me, how does it feel to get this far?
01:26I mean, you would say, I mean, the basics.
01:27Like, oh, it was amazing, breathtaking, mind-blowing.
01:28I didn't see it coming.
01:29But really, I haven't yet processed it.
01:30Are you going to paint your shoes now?
01:31Yeah, I am.
01:32Making it this far, it's amazing.
01:33It's amazing, breathtaking, mind-blowing.
01:34I didn't see it coming.
01:35But really, I haven't yet processed it.
01:36Are you going to paint your shoes now?
01:37Yeah, I am.
01:38Making it this far is so crazy.
01:39I never thought I would ever do this.
01:40I never thought I would ever do this.
01:41I never thought I would make it past the first challenge.
01:42It's like a dream come true, honestly.
01:43Oh.
01:45I hate this jumpsuit.
01:46Second season in a row, there's only one of a few times.
01:47You guys are terrible.
01:48You guys are terrible.
01:49What's this?
01:50You guys are terrible.
01:51Someone asked me, how does it feel to get this far?
01:54I mean you would say, I mean, the basics.
01:55Like, oh, it was amazing, breathtaking, mind blowing.
01:57I didn't see it coming.
01:58But really, I haven't yet processed it.
01:59Are you going to paint your shoes now?
02:00Yeah, I am.
02:01Oh.
02:02Making it this far is so crazy.
02:03I never thought I would ever do this.
02:08one guy in the top four.
02:09It's like pretty amazing that I've come this far
02:12and that I've proven to myself that, you know,
02:14I am a talented designer and I do deserve to still be here
02:17and maybe even win.
02:20Hi.
02:21Hi.
02:23I am so happy to be able to say this.
02:26Izzy, Chelsea, Chris, Hawa, you are the final four.
02:31Yay.
02:32You are going to the finale together.
02:34How thrilling is that?
02:36It's awesome.
02:37How are you feeling about everything?
02:39Good.
02:40Now, you have two workroom days until the finale show.
02:45I'm going to be back later today to check in with each of you
02:48and review your collections with you.
02:50After that, you will have model fittings.
02:52So work, work, work, work, and I will be back later
02:55to check in with you.
02:56All right?
02:57Much love to you.
02:58Thank you, Tim.
03:00Yay.
03:02For my collection, I wanted to change the coat that Tim said
03:05looks kind of boudoir.
03:07I'd say it looks like a cover-up for a negligee.
03:09And then I decided to start fixing the white on my jacket
03:12because the judges mentioned that the line right in the middle
03:15is a bit too harsh.
03:16The sent to see is a bit distracting.
03:18I want to rearrange it so it's not as bad as it was on the runway.
03:23Hello.
03:24Hello.
03:25Hello, you guys.
03:26Hi.
03:27Hey.
03:28In walks in Alyssa Milano.
03:30I'm not expecting to see Alyssa today.
03:32I'm so happy to be here with you guys.
03:35Like, is this for real?
03:37Like, is this happening?
03:38OK, gather around.
03:39Come on.
03:40I love Project Runway All-Stars, so it's really nice to just have her
03:43in front of me right now.
03:45So congratulations to all of you for making it to the finale.
03:51Well, as a judge on Project Runway All-Stars,
03:54I have come to recognize great talent.
03:57And let me tell you, all four of you are all-stars in my book.
04:01Oh, cast us.
04:04Alyssa Milano is so nice.
04:06Now, let me turn it over to my dear friend and fellow
04:10Project Runway All-Stars judge, designer and co-founder of
04:15luxury brand Marquesa, Georgina Chapman.
04:19Georgina Chapman!
04:21Hello, finalists.
04:23It really is so incredible that you are making a collection for
04:27Project Runway Junior Finale Fashion Show.
04:30Now, while I know that you all have many, many more shows than
04:33you, you only ever do one first show.
04:36You are all here because you are extremely gifted designers.
04:40So believe in yourself and enjoy the experience.
04:43Good luck, and I am rooting for all four of you.
04:46Thanks.
04:49OK, I'm going to let you get back to work.
04:52Good luck and have fun.
04:55See you.
04:56Bye.
04:57I thought she was going to be like, you have to make eight
05:02new pieces.
05:03I thought she was going to say something like that.
05:05Hi.
05:06Hi, Tim.
05:07How is everyone?
05:08Good.
05:09How has your day been?
05:10Good.
05:11Good.
05:12I'm here to check in with you, if I may.
05:26OK.
05:27Chris.
05:28Hi, Tim.
05:29How are you?
05:30I'm good, I think.
05:31OK.
05:32I decided to do like a New York inspired collection.
05:36So I always love a New York collection.
05:38This is my first look.
05:44This top is really adorable.
05:46Oh, thank you.
05:47Yay, I'm glad you like it.
05:48And then these shorts go with it.
05:50I think they look cool together.
05:52Mm-hmm.
05:54Other than New York, is there anything else that guided you?
05:57Well, this was my kind of like first idea,
06:00and then everything else kind of came after.
06:03And what's this?
06:04It's like a mesh pocket.
06:05Like that's where the whole idea of like a hanging pocket
06:07came from.
06:08And then I was like with the straps
06:10and having it be completely like all cut out.
06:14The use of this baby blue slash turquoise,
06:19what do you think of this as a color?
06:20I didn't like the color, but I thought it matched nice.
06:22I don't like the color either.
06:26I'm feeling shaken up about my critique.
06:28I have, you know, a lot to do now, a lot to think about,
06:31a lot to process.
06:32So I'm feeling pretty roughed up.
06:34All right.
06:35Get back to work.
06:36OK, Tim.
06:37Thank you, Chris.
06:40Chelsea.
06:40Hi, Tim.
06:41Hey.
06:41How are you?
06:43I'm excellent.
06:44How are you?
06:44I'm good.
06:45Good.
06:46How's your collection?
06:47I actually got inspired by like this video game.
06:49The story is that she begins as an Android,
06:51and as she gets closer to the nature, she becomes more human.
06:55Oh, well, that's important.
06:56Yeah.
06:57Walk me through all this.
06:57This is kind of like the start where I wanted to come off
07:00of like an armor detail, so I did a lot of piece work.
07:02It looks well done.
07:04Moving on is actually one of my favorite pieces.
07:07It's like a coat dress.
07:09And so starting of like all these different colors of leathers,
07:13and then like prints are going to come in because like the coming
07:15of the nature and everything.
07:20When Tim doesn't say anything and he just looks at your piece
07:23for a long time, it's like, it's just that feeling where you're just
07:27like, just say something.
07:33Did you ever consider executing the sleeves
07:35in the cherry blossom fabric?
07:38Look at your face.
07:39I actually did it.
07:40Wait, what was my face?
07:42One of her.
07:45You can do it.
07:46I can do it.
07:46And I can see it.
07:48I'm taking these with me.
07:51OK.
07:53Izzy, how are you doing?
07:55Good, Tim, how are you?
07:56I'm very eager to see your collection.
07:59I'm always really inspired by color and movement,
08:04so I wanted to use silhouettes and pieces
08:07from track and field uniforms.
08:08Oh.
08:09I have like track jackets, and I have like sports bra crop tops.
08:14I have to say, though, when you refer to this as being inspired
08:18by a sports jacket, but you really elevated it.
08:20Yeah.
08:21You really much elevated it.
08:22Thank you so much.
08:22This would be one of my more like dramatic pieces.
08:26This is like inspired by like the jogger pant.
08:29And then in the back, there's like sort of these ribbons of color
08:33that like flow behind her and like sort of a train.
08:35OK.
08:36You have a lot to do, but you've done a lot, too.
08:39Thank you, Izzy.
08:44I never interrupt a designer with a pair of scissors.
08:46How are you, Hawa?
08:47How are you feeling?
08:48I'm feeling great.
08:49You should be.
08:51Do you have any takeaways from the preview for the judges?
08:54Yeah, I do, actually.
08:56Talk to me about them.
08:57One thing was for the jumpsuit.
08:58I should like make the V bigger in the back, Kelly said.
09:01So that's what I decided to do.
09:02I just have to add the zipper in.
09:04OK.
09:04Look for things that are economical time-wise.
09:07OK.
09:08I can do that.
09:08All right.
09:09Hawa, thank you.
09:10Thank you, Tim.
09:13All right, designers.
09:14You have an hour and a half until your models come in.
09:17Later, you will have your Butter London makeup
09:21consultations with lead makeup artist Scott Patrick.
09:24And in a day and a half, you're showing at FIDM.
09:28Oh my god!
09:29Like, who's going to be there?
09:31So it's exciting.
09:32It's even more of an incentive, OK?
09:34Keep in mind, there is no brother sewing and embroidery
09:37studio at the tent.
09:38So work, work, work.
09:40I'll see you tomorrow.
09:41Much love to you all.
09:42Bye.
09:43Bye.
09:49Oh, I'm so nervous about who's going to wear what.
09:51Hi, I'm Chris.
09:56I have never had so many models in one room before.
10:01All right, I'll take maybe two of you at a time,
10:03because there's a lot of you.
10:05Ooh.
10:07Tell me if I'm poking you over.
10:09That would be totally good.
10:09OK.
10:10Ooh, this looks great on her.
10:12Love it?
10:13Yeah.
10:13Yeah, I know.
10:14It's so cool.
10:15That looks good.
10:17I don't mean to brag or anything.
10:19I'm just kidding.
10:20Ooh, is it too short?
10:22This fitting is not going well.
10:24Ah.
10:26Ew.
10:27I'm trying stuff on models, and they don't fit.
10:29Why is it doing this to me?
10:31Please, boots.
10:33No.
10:33The red dress, the fit is like horrible.
10:36It's like a complete mess.
10:38Oh, it's just like, if I lift it up, it's perfect, but.
10:41Awesome.
10:42Thank you, guys.
10:43Bye.
10:43Have a good group hug.
10:44Yay.
10:45Bye.
10:46Bye.
10:47I'm like ready to die.
11:01I need to make a jacket to go with the sweater and skirt
11:04I made.
11:05It's like the underneath is basic because I made the cool jacket,
11:08and that one didn't turn out, and the second one
11:10didn't turn out right.
11:10And now I'm like, OK, if I've spent all these hours
11:13on those other two jackets, why is this one and a half hour
11:15going to come out right?
11:16I know I need to get this done by, like, yesterday.
11:19That's it.
11:20Time's up.
11:21Tomorrow's the finale runway.
11:23Woo!
11:23Top four.
11:25The title and the prize of Project Runway Junior,
11:27it's like so close within my grasp.
11:30Our dreams are going to be made or broken.
11:32I'm going to win.
11:33Bye, work group.
11:35Bye!
11:35The author of Retro Studer North
11:51Wow.
11:52This is so cool!
11:53Oh, my gosh!
11:54It is amazing seeing all these seats that are soon going to be
11:58filled, and it's just amazing that I'm here.
12:01and the only thing that matters is this moment.
12:04Let's have a model walk off.
12:05Okay, ready?
12:06I'm super nervous because this is my first runway show,
12:10but I'm really, really happy about the clothes that I made,
12:13so I'm really excited to see how they look on the runway.
12:17I need my jacket back.
12:22Izzy's look was an androgynous brow,
12:25a little bit of taupe, and some Abby Rose on the lip.
12:29It's just a gorgeous, sporty look.
12:30How is this a bright, beautiful, colorful feeling?
12:33It's a blue brow, green eyeliner, done in a classic way,
12:37and a red lip.
12:39It feels modern.
12:41It's gorgeous.
12:50Oh, models are here.
12:52Hello!
12:53Are you good?
12:54How is everyone?
12:55When my models finally come in, my emotions drop.
12:58Could you, your dress should be fine.
12:59I don't think it needs to be ironed.
13:00We have a half hour to dress six models.
13:02Can I see the back or the snaps done?
13:04Step into it.
13:05I'm just gonna need you to cover this with your arms
13:07because this is a really ugly skirt.
13:08Oh God, you need help.
13:09You won't be having to take the jacket off this time.
13:11I need to steam that.
13:12Do you have a hand sewing needle?
13:14Fitting six girls is crazy crazy.
13:17I need to go and get everything done as fast as I can.
13:20Just have to make sure everything looks perfect.
13:22You're too scared of this.
13:23But I'm getting a really easy one.
13:26I need to go through this.
13:27If you go through this, people are freaking nervous.
13:30I need to let them play guerra paint.
13:32Designers, that's time, guys.
13:50It's like no longer just get to the next challenge, just make it to the finale.
13:54Like, no, this is it.
13:56Ugh, I'm like sweating.
14:02Hello, everyone, and welcome to FIDM and the finale show for Project Runway Junior.
14:16We have four super talented designers backstage who are very nervous.
14:21We cannot wait to see their collections.
14:23Now let's say hello to our wonderful judges.
14:25We have Christian Siriano, Kelly Osborne, Aya Kanai, and our guest judge, Olivia Holt.
14:38Welcome.
14:42Are you guys ready?
14:45Okay, let's start the show.
14:55Thank you, everyone, for coming.
15:00I just want to thank my mom, my dad, and my teacher, because I couldn't have been here
15:03without them.
15:04And my collection is all about the inspiration of the transition from an android who slowly
15:09goes into nature and becomes human.
15:25This is my first collection I have ever made in my entire life.
15:40I think I took so many risks.
15:42I've used all types of stuff, like going from darker to lighter, very powerful to more feminine
15:46and flowy.
15:47It's all about the transition.
15:52This is it, Tim.
15:53No, it's just the beginning.
15:54Are you kidding?
15:55This is it of Project Runway, and it's like the beginning of everything else.
15:59The rest of your life.
16:00I want to keep that look, Tim.
16:02I thought it just looked too good on the model.
16:04Okay.
16:05I was like, I think it works.
16:06That's the moment of truth.
16:07That's how it looks on the model.
16:08Yeah.
16:09I was like, she looks good.
16:10I was like, she looks good.
16:17Well, congratulations.
16:18I've worked so hard on it, and I just love it so much.
16:22I think it's just every designer's dream to be able to show a collection, especially at
16:24this age, and show your work to the world.
16:26And, like, show your work to the world.
17:03So nervous for this runway show to start.
17:04All my girls are dressed.
17:05They look good.
17:06I'm just like, you know, nervous because it's out of my hands.
17:09Like what's going to be happening now?
17:18I'm Chris.
17:19And I want to start off with thanking my mom and dad for being here and supporting me.
17:25And now that that's out of the way, let's talk about me.
17:29My collection was inspired by my home state of New York.
17:32I hope you all like it.
17:58Watching my models, I'm really happy with what I've done.
18:01I think Tim likes it, and that feels really great, that reassurance.
18:04I'm beyond the moon, proud of myself.
18:09This looks beautiful.
18:10Oh, thank you.
18:11Well, among the looks, and I love them all, this is my favorite.
18:34This is your favorite?
18:35Yeah.
18:36I'm feeling amazing.
18:38I'm like so happy.
18:39I could not have done better.
18:41It's going to be an amazing bonus if I do end up winning.
18:43Congratulations.
18:47Congratulations.
19:19Thank you so much for being here today.
19:21My name's Izzy, and my collection was inspired by the shapes and silhouettes of track uniforms.
19:49See my looks go down the runway, I feel so good.
20:12They look fantastic, and I'm just really proud and happy of what I made.
20:16She's my muse.
20:17Oh, so this is coming back from the judges.
20:18Yeah, this is the look that I'm going to be standing by.
20:20Good, good.
20:21It's the right one.
20:22Look how well constructed it looks.
20:33Oh my gosh, it does look really well constructed.
20:36How does it make you feel to see this?
21:03It's really exciting.
21:05It feels like I've, I don't know, it doesn't even feel like I did this.
21:08Yeah.
21:40I feel like all the things that I've done previously has definitely brought me up to this moment right now in the finale, and I get to show all my hard work and show the judges that, yes, I do deserve to be here.
22:05Hi, everyone. My name is Hala, and I'm so happy to be here. This is amazing.
22:15So my inspiration for my collection was the circus, so I hope you guys have a lot of fun watching it and enjoy the story. Thank you.
22:23It feels so good seeing my looks go down the runway. I'm so proud of everything I did.
22:49My vision is coming to life. This is definitely the circus, for sure. I think I pushed it to the limits with this finale.
22:55Oh, here comes the one I changed. What did you do?
23:20You know, it looked like the boudoir thing. Oh, this is, well, it doesn't look like it anymore.
23:25Yay.
23:25I understand who I am as a designer. Of course, there's been ups and downs, but I'm still here, and I'm happy as ever.
23:43You worked hard. You deserve every bit of congratulations.
23:47The winner of Project Runway Junior will receive a full scholarship to the prestigious FIDM in California,
24:11a complete home sewing and crafting studio, plus the Dream Machine, all courtesy of Brother,
24:18a feature in Seventeen Magazine, and a $25,000 cash prize to help launch their line.
24:25Also, Butter London will supply a year's worth of products and the opportunity to consult with Butter London
24:31to create a limited edition nail color collection.
24:33And styles from their finale collection will be manufactured by Los Angeles Development House Lefty Production Company.
24:41Hello, designers.
24:50Hi.
24:51Welcome to the big runway.
24:53That was an absolutely amazing show. We were so impressed.
24:57One of you will be the winner of Project Runway Junior, and that designer will win a scholarship here
25:03to the prestigious FIDM in Los Angeles.
25:06All right, let's say hello to our judges.
25:08First, we have CFDA designer Christian Siriano.
25:11Hi, guys. You guys did a really great job today.
25:15Fashion critic and designer herself, Kelly Osborne.
25:18Hello, designers.
25:19Today really kind of sealed the deal of how far you've all come and how difficult our job is really going to be today.
25:26And fashion director for Seventeen and Cosmopolitan magazines, Aya Kanai.
25:30Hi.
25:30Hi, guys.
25:31Hi.
25:32I'm really excited to learn about what you all were thinking, what your inspirations were, so you better have really good answers.
25:40And our guest judge, fashionable actress and Hollywood records recording artist, Olivia Holt.
25:46Hi, you guys.
25:47I'm so impressed with all of you, and I love how much your creativity came into play.
25:51Before we decide the winner of Project Runway Junior, we have some questions for you.
25:56Chris, we're going to start with you, so let's bring out your model.
26:00Chris, tell us about your inspiration and your collection.
26:08Hi.
26:09Okay.
26:10So, my inspiration was like a New York East Coast collection, but here on the West Coast.
26:15This was the first print I chose, and then all the prints came after, and then I wanted
26:18to have it start off with like black and white and then the blue and then introduce the color
26:22as it went.
26:23I loved that first look, the vest with the piping and the cutouts in the back.
26:27It really looked like we are at a capital F fashion show.
26:32The second look, which I have decided to call the negative space hoodie, was so cool with
26:38your kangaroo pouch like kind of floating in space.
26:40It's something we haven't seen before.
26:43I saw myself wearing the negative space hoodie.
26:46It was just such an ingenious idea with the hood.
26:49You did show us today that when you don't rely on the prints, the genius you can make.
26:54Those first two looks really screamed New York.
26:56I think of fashion.
26:57I think of fierce.
26:58I think of chic.
26:59I think of cool, hip.
27:00But as I watched the girls walk down, it felt less like that.
27:04But with that being said, I love that you pulled all this creativity into it.
27:09Hawa, tell us about your inspiration and your collection.
27:12Okay.
27:13So my inspiration was the circus.
27:15I really wanted to tell a story of the visitor and then going to the clown at the end.
27:20I believe that fashion should be fun and entertaining.
27:22So I was like, you know, I'm not going to play it safe.
27:25I might as well do something that I'm proud of and see where it takes me.
27:29Listen, your journey has been so crazy.
27:32It is so, it is out of control that you're here and you had a great show.
27:37It's kind of fresh that we got to see this like really weird, wacky, colorful moment on
27:41the runway today.
27:42I love the patchwork coat within the black and white little top and skirt.
27:45I thought that look was amazing.
27:47And I think the circus already, they wear costumes.
27:50So it's one of those things that it's like, how do you make it more fashion?
27:53I think you did that in ways.
27:56I like the styling.
27:57I think the hair and makeup was cool.
27:58It felt a little more editorial, which was nice to see.
28:01I like that you chose all these pop of colors and you really stuck with the theme.
28:06And that was circus.
28:07I love the look and I'm glad that you took risks during this round.
28:11You've always used a lot of color and there has been something that's a little childlike
28:17about the things that you've showed us.
28:19Today, I was really surprised because I felt like you have really evolved as a designer.
28:24The patchwork coat, for instance, that was such a simple design, but that color blocking
28:30made that the most chic coat I've, like, seen this season.
28:34I think it's great.
28:35Thank you, Hawa.
28:36Thank you so much.
28:38Chelsea, tell us about your inspiration and your collection.
28:42My collection was inspired by this video game that is about, like, this futuristic world.
28:48And there's this android there that was originally human.
28:51And so it was based on the entire story of that.
28:53The second look, that top was next level.
28:55It reminded me of some sort of gun holster.
28:57Yeah.
28:58And I loved the bird coming out of the back.
29:01I thought it was so kitschy and fun.
29:03Okay.
29:04Just your graduation and the way that it transitioned from just plain black to still keeping true
29:09to who you are with that ninja inside you that is ready to come out and be an assassin.
29:13I think that you did a fantastic job.
29:15I love this red little ship dress.
29:18It was so simple, but the fit was perfect.
29:21It was so flattering.
29:22And I love that you did a pant under this really feminine, flowy dress.
29:26You really blew me away today.
29:28Although I love the story of the evolution from computer to man, I don't know that I aesthetically loved the, like, leather sleeves with the floral kind of tube dress.
29:41But there's that kind of balance between this sort of superhero and the very womanly that I love to have seen grow in your work.
29:50All of the different layers, the patchwork with organza inserts and all the seams was really, like, technically beautiful to see.
29:57But I don't really think that your strength is evening wear.
30:01Like, I don't think this look or the second to the last look is what you're really that great at.
30:07We love that red leather shift dress.
30:09It was really well done because of its simplicity.
30:11It was beautiful and easy.
30:13And I think that's what your focus should be because you're really good at it.
30:17To watch every girl walk down and, like, see your story from android to human was so special.
30:23And I remember at the very end of your show, I looked over at Aya and Kelly and I was like,
30:28Did she make that dress that she's wearing?
30:30And they were like, I think so.
30:31You really, really took some sense of you and something that was very personal into your collection.
30:39Izzy, tell us about your inspiration and your collection.
30:42I was really playing with this idea of having sort of a collection inspired by the iconic shapes and pieces and movement of track uniforms,
30:51but making it really sophisticated and exciting.
30:54This was an athleisure collection, correct?
30:57Um, no.
30:58I think I sort of took the athleisure idea, but definitely made it a lot more elegant and, like, upscale clothing.
31:04You really did.
31:05Um, firstly, I have to applaud you for picking the model that you picked today and the look that you picked.
31:11I love the striped waistbands.
31:14I love your color blocking.
31:16I think these pants are incredible, and I love that there's such a laid-back, cool sensibility about what you've made,
31:22but it's also very chic and original.
31:24Also, I think out of everybody's collection, yours was the most cohesive.
31:29I love when I can find a look like so that I could totally wear to what the MTV Music Awards are,
31:34like the VMAs or something like that, because it really wows people.
31:38But I can also wear that on stage and feel totally comfortable.
31:41Thank you, Izzy.
31:43All right.
31:44Thank you, designers.
31:45We've enjoyed talking to you.
31:47We have a very big decision to make.
31:49We'll call you back.
31:50You can leave the runway.
32:01Oh, that was tiring.
32:03I'm so nervous.
32:04I don't think any of us thought, like, we'd get this far.
32:07Yeah.
32:08I'm happy I just got to show.
32:09I feel like a winner already.
32:10Oh, I feel sick to my stomach.
32:12I think everyone's a super talented designer, but only one of us can win Project Runway Jr.
32:17Coming up, one of you will be the winner of Project Runway Jr.
32:22All right, we have a big decision to make.
32:33It's so hard because I like elements from everybody, but then some things are really annoying and I wish I didn't see.
32:39Like, they all needed a little bit of editing, but there were some pretty fabulous things as well.
32:46When we look at Izzy's collection, yes, it was one of the most cohesive, but it was slightly underwhelming and a little boring at times.
32:53But she did make cheap fabric look expensive.
32:56That's true.
32:57I mean, and her muse look is great.
32:58I like the color palette.
32:59I like the story that she took us on.
33:01I like the last look, but it definitely wasn't as innovative as I wanted.
33:05When it feels like the same thing over and over and over again.
33:08Yeah.
33:09Although it is fun and colorful, there are some looks that are really struggling to help you to understand, like, why are you showing this on a runway?
33:17Totally.
33:18All righty, let's talk about Chris.
33:22I like Chris's first two looks.
33:24I thought they were really amazing.
33:27I agree.
33:28Totally agree.
33:29And even though there's other elements in the collection I didn't really love.
33:31They look like they're from a totally different collection.
33:33That's what kind of confuses me.
33:35I know, but they're still so good that I don't even care.
33:38Because he gave us two of the coolest looks of his entire final.
33:41Yeah.
33:42And then he took us to Boca.
33:43So I'm a little bit confused.
33:44Yeah, yeah.
33:45No, absolutely.
33:46I love Boca.
33:47Hello.
33:48Right.
33:49But just not in this New York inspired story.
33:51Especially the muse outfit that he brought out was my least favorite.
33:54Mine too.
33:55It's just a good thing that the negative space hoodie is so powerful.
33:59But that's a thing about a fashion show.
34:01One good look.
34:02One major look, you will remember it forever.
34:05And that is such an important thing.
34:09Let's talk about Hawa.
34:10I love that collection.
34:12It was so fun.
34:13It was so fun.
34:14The youthful vibe, that's always going to be her.
34:17Yeah.
34:18But to make something that looks like it is like actually for babies.
34:21I know.
34:22Isn't necessarily.
34:23Like doll clothes.
34:24I think what she wants to be conveying.
34:26She's young.
34:27She's very young.
34:28So she hasn't reached that point in understanding the difference between childish and youthful.
34:32Well, I feel like a part of me thinks that she knew that because there's like a collar piece in every single one of them.
34:37Which I feel like adds a little bit of sophistication to it.
34:39She is truly channeling her own sense of what is good and right and beautiful, which I think is what we all like about her.
34:46Yeah.
34:47I do think that her journey is the most interesting and I will always fight for Hawa.
34:50There's something special about her because she's unique and different.
34:53All right, let's talk about Chelsea.
34:57Her work is beautiful.
34:58I mean, all these beautiful leather pieces look so expensive and they're technically hard to create.
35:04She definitely picks a narrative and a concept that has some through line to it.
35:09It takes you on a bit of a journey, which I think is really important.
35:12And there are pieces that, I mean, I could see you putting on that red dress and walking right at the door.
35:17Sure.
35:18That red little mini, I loved.
35:20But having said that, that one dress with the sleeves stitched onto it.
35:24Yeah.
35:25Oh, that printed moomo.
35:26I don't understand that.
35:27Well, and that's where she was trying too hard to make this point about human and machine.
35:33And it was like, put it down.
35:35Like, yes.
35:36I don't need it.
35:37I agree that that was definitely a miss, but I think she really gave us a true show.
35:41And she showed us more sides of her as a designer that I didn't really expect, especially with the last look,
35:47even though it was not my favorite at all from the collection.
35:50Yeah.
35:51There was something about it that showed her technical ability on a higher level.
35:57This is just such a hard decision to make because they're all so talented and I feel like I'm torn still.
36:03Yeah.
36:04To be on a journey and watch them start down here and end up up here, it's making this decision even harder.
36:11All right.
36:12Have we made our decision?
36:14All right.
36:15Let's bring them back out.
36:18Designers, all of you are very talented, but only one of you will be the winner of Project Runway Junior.
36:27Each one of you put on an amazing runway show today.
36:33You should all be very proud of yourselves.
36:34One of you will be the winner of Project Runway Junior.
36:40One of you will be the winner of Project Runway Junior.
36:43Each one of you put on an amazing runway show today.
36:46You should all be very proud of yourselves.
36:49One of you will be the winner of Project Runway Junior.
36:53But you did a great job.
36:55You can leave the runway.
36:56You did great.
37:00Honestly, it sucked getting forth.
37:01I was like, what the heck?
37:02I was gypped.
37:03But Chris, Chelsea, and Howa and their collections were really, really cool and innovative and crazy
37:07and out there, which I loved.
37:08Oh my gosh, it was really cool.
37:09You're a winner that you just be in here.
37:20Yeah, I love it.
37:22This definitely is just the beginning for me.
37:25I'm so excited to see what I'm going to create after this.
37:27You're the winner.
37:29Oh, being here.
37:30Yeah, I love making it.
37:31This definitely is just the beginning for me.
37:34I'm so excited to see what I'm going to create after this.
37:38I really loved everything I did, so I'm really proud of myself.
37:40And that's so neat.
37:45Hoa.
37:49Unfortunately, you are not the winner of Project Runway Junior,
37:53but you did a great job.
37:57We've loved watching you all season.
37:59You can lead the runway.
38:07Being in this competition, I definitely
38:09feel like I'm just so blessed.
38:11You know, it was really tough for me,
38:14but I still made it in the end, and I got to show,
38:16and it's just such an honor.
38:19Wow.
38:19What are you doing very well, too?
38:22I love everything fashion, and I will definitely
38:25want to do this for the rest of my life.
38:27Chelsea, Chris, one of you will be the winner of Project Runway Junior.
38:33Chelsea, you are such a creative soul.
38:39Your collection was a powerful mix of masculine and feminine.
38:42You put on an amazing show.
38:46Chris, you've grown so much.
38:49Your pattern mixing has evolved into a cool, innovative style.
38:53We were obsessed with some of your looks today.
38:56They were designs we've never seen before.
38:58You both did an amazing job.
39:01This was a very hard decision.
39:03Chelsea.
39:05Chelsea.
39:06Congratulations.
39:07You are the winner of Project Runway Junior.
39:09Oh, my gosh.
39:15You're the winner of Project Runway Junior.
39:17You're the winner of Project Runway Junior.
39:19You're the winner of Project Runway Junior.
39:34Oh, my gosh.
39:35Oh, my gosh.
39:36Oh, my gosh.
39:38Thank you so, so much.
39:42Chris, I'm sorry.
39:43That means you're not the winner of Project Runway Junior.
39:46I want to thank you all so much.
39:48Congratulations, Chelsea.
39:50Bye.
39:51Chris, I love you.
39:53Oh, really?
39:56I'm just, like, thrilled to be runner-up right now.
39:58I'm like, cool.
39:59I got second place.
40:00You know, I'm still better than everyone else besides Chelsea.
40:03I like the color silver.
40:04I'm not a big fan of gold.
40:06Silver looks nice on me.
40:07I'm OK.
40:08Chris DeFar.
40:09Hi.
40:09I'm runner-up.
40:10Great.
40:10Nice.
40:11Yay.
40:13Oh, my gosh.
40:14I just want to say congratulations.
40:15I love the show today.
40:17I can't wait to see what you do next.
40:21You managed to take this insanely incredible imagination
40:26and perspective and actually turn it into high fashion.
40:30You are a ninja warrior princess, and I cannot wait
40:33to see you be the assassin that's going to take over
40:36the fashion world because I know you have it in you.
40:39Not only did I love your collection,
40:41but I really think that you are a really strong role model
40:44for young women because not only do you project an image
40:49of a really strong young woman yourself,
40:52but the woman that we see in your clothes is that as well.
40:55Congratulations.
40:57Chelsea, there's someone else that's very excited.
40:59Tim.
41:00I'm coming.
41:01Happy!
41:02Yay!
41:03How thrilling.
41:04I am so happy for you.
41:07Ah!
41:08I won!
41:09There are some other people that are excited to congratulate you.
41:13Yes.
41:14Family!
41:15Come on out.
41:16Ah!
41:17I won!
41:18Ah!
41:19Thank you very much.
41:20It's so powerful.
41:21I'm so happy.
41:22Being on Project Runway Junior has taught me so much.
41:26Like, it's developed me into not only the designer, but I think the person I am today.
41:33I feel really, really happy and all her hard work pays off.
41:38A week ago, she do the work until like 5 in the morning.
41:42I said, you are so horrible about the time management.
41:49We're on the same page.
41:51Yes.
41:52All right.
41:53Let's go, guys.
41:54All right.
41:56Congratulations again.
41:57Bye.
41:58I'm a real fashion designer now.
42:00Like, people can buy stuff.
42:01I'm going to manufacture items.
42:02I'm going to, like, custom make.
42:04It's real.
42:05And it's, like, so amazing.
42:06Woo!
42:07Woo!
