26:32Businesses that release goods before confirming that the check has been successfully cleared may suffer significant financial losses when the
26:42check is subsequently returned.
26:44Unpaid. How the fraud works?
26:49Fraudsters may request quotations for large orders via the telephone or WhatsApp.
26:55Present a fraudulent check to purchase high-value goods or services.

36:44persons being placed on a preventative detention order and at the point in time sometime after they may be
36:52released with all being charged because maybe the last piece of information or the critical piece
36:58of information that is required to prefer the charges there's some stumbling block or hindrance that
37:04prevents us from accessing it at that point in time or entirely it doesn't mean that upon release the
37:12person cannot be re-arrested back on the preventative detention order it does not mean that the person cannot be
37:19charged once we get the balance of the information so it's just one of the tools that we use in
37:26the
