00:08To be honest, I wasn't really expecting to make this video, you know, just out of the New Year content.
00:16But here we are, right? Okay, now recently, the X-Player show has been now making a round.
00:22You know, G4 TV had to make a comeback.
00:24And, you know, people were excited to see them back again, right?
00:27You know, bringing the gang back together.
00:30And, to my knowledge, apparently they've been going on for a while.
00:35I didn't notice it until I saw this clip.
00:38So, that makes it extra worse.
00:41But, I saw the clip on Twitter making a round.
00:44And, I was wondering, what is this girl talking about?
00:47And, why is it Adam Sessler on a TV screener?
00:50And I realized, this is the X-Player that they make.
00:54You know, the X-Player came back.
00:56So, they had a reunion thing, which was actually good for Thanksgiving.
01:00And, then they come back to the actual show.
01:03And, this was actually one of the streams, right?
01:06And, this girl, I don't even know if she's a girl, because she looks like a dude.
01:13And, she's ranting about how much nonsense goes to stuff, okay?

01:33But, every time G4 is brought up in various channels, even in this YouTube channel, we have the chat in front of us.

02:25Anyone that has watched Attack of the Show or X-Play could tell you that they were definitely easy on the eyes.
02:32And the studio were definitely aware.
02:34They definitely knew what they were doing when it comes to those two actresses or hosts.
02:40Because, Morgan Webb, for example, tips with the gaming artists.
02:46Let's say you can get started with Olivia Munn and all the crazy stuff that she did on the show, right?
02:51And that's just to, you know, denote whatever their qualifications are or their experience, you know, their knowledge of their stuff.
02:59Because, for what it is, Morgan Webb actually knows her stuff, okay?
03:03If you watched the show back in the day, she was well worth in her stuff.
03:09You know, she wasn't just a dumb, you know, attractive girl there.
03:13You know, but this idea that it was not easy on the eyes that is completely flat out bullshit to you.
03:18And, while you're on, I have to say that being easy on the eyes isn't necessarily a bad thing, you know?
03:28I mean, I'm sure I get this false, cool girl and she's not easy on the eyes, but that's fine, you know?
03:36It's not about how you look, it's about what you know, right?
03:38Remember, it's X-Play, right?
03:40It's games, gaming news, games abuse, that's what the whole show is all about.
03:45You know, the idea that people are taking over you because of how you look, that's just a couple of trolls in the comments section.

03:55This whole ranting about sexism and, you know, all this stuff on one face in gaming.
04:00No one's giving a shit about that whole virtue saving dimension, right?
04:05That's this whole Gamergate continuation thing.
04:08No one cares about it anymore, okay?
04:10Either you know your shit or you don't, right?
04:13And in this case it was for Screamgirl, I assume she knows her shit, right?
04:18Because she's from the eSports background and you definitely would get in there without knowing your shit, right?
04:24Because that is a very competitive type brand in the gaming sphere, right?
04:30So I can't say that she knows her shit, right?
04:35So, that's all we need to know.
04:38You know what I mean?
04:39You being attractive or not isn't an issue, it's a non-issue, okay?
04:44I blame it, you know.
04:46These actresses or these hosts who were easing on their eyes and all this other stuff.

04:53Nobody wants to hear about that.
04:55And let me tell you something.
04:57When you start going down this path, you're gonna start losing people.
05:01And that's exactly what we're seeing right here, okay?
05:04They lost a couple thousand viewers.
05:07And they probably lost a lot more potential viewers as a result of this, right?
05:11Because think about in my case, right?
05:13Think about how many other people who didn't know this thing was going on.
05:17And they only found out about it from watching this clip.
05:21And this clip just gives them the wrong impression of the show.
05:24And they didn't even want to bother watching anything else, you know?
05:28Even though for what it is, right?
05:30The X-Play show, right?
05:32They still have Adam Sessler as the recurring guy on the show.
05:35You have a show from the early 2000s, basically a relic of the past.
05:41And you bring it back up with this new crew for this new audience online, right?
05:47Because X-Play when it started, it was...
05:50You know, the G4 thing, it was on cable TV, right?
05:53It wasn't just online things.
05:55So now when you're online, you have to deal with a different audience.
05:59And you can't, you know, do much of the old shit that you do, right?
06:03And I assume they are aware of that, but still.
06:06This whole show that they are, they have like a thousand plus employees or something, you know?
06:12Working on, you know, carrying content, writing reviews, and all the other stuff.
06:16Think about how much money goes into that, okay?
06:20The other money they just have like 12 employees, assuming they're not working on the minimum wage.
06:26Because it's not just a, you know, small show, it's a very popular show that's being brought back up.
06:34And it's on their big studio, you know?
06:36So assuming, if they're getting paid at least a little bit over minimum wage, right?
06:41That's thousands of dollars a load that's on the employees.
06:44And then you also have to pay for like, maybe they rented the studio, paid for equipment.
06:48You know, paying for technical stuff, like, all the other stuff.
06:51They're probably spending upwards of at least $100,000 just to actually get the show money.
06:57At least maybe on a monthly basis, you know?
07:00Right?
07:01Because remember, this is explaining some random internet show with a couple of YouTubers come together, right?
07:06This is a show that was made, it went off, and then they come back, right?
07:12So when you factor in that, and then you have, you're doing this shit, you know?
07:18You see, I thought you're doing this too, I mean, right?
07:20It's pretty much like a virtue signaling shit.
07:23You know, guaranteed to basically, you're basically throwing all that down the toilet.
07:29Right?
07:30Because like I said earlier, no one comes to this show about gaming, gaming news, gaming reviews.
07:35No one comes to that to hear about sexism, video gaming, and, you know, being easy on their eyes,
07:41and all the stuff that woman goes to, and all that other stuff.
07:45No one wants to hear that, okay?
07:47And that's not me saying, okay, you shouldn't, like, you know, address any other stuff like ever, right?
07:55Like, there are some scenarios where they can have a good bad discussion on that.
08:00But not like this, where you have your audience in the chat, and you just run them off on them because of, like,
08:07four or five of them in the chat were saying some truly nonsense about your appearance.
08:14I mean, that's not how you go about it, okay?
08:17That's the recipe for disaster, in a sense, right?
08:21So I will finish this up here by saying, you know, don't do what these guys are doing recently, right?
08:29I really wish they didn't come out because they clearly are not caught out for this new age of online, you know, content.
08:37And it makes you feel kind of bad for the other hosts because, you know, Xavier Woods is a really cool content creator, you know,
08:44and he's also a part of this, along with Gus Johnson, you know, they have some good guys there, right?
08:50And you guys have their politics, too, right?
08:53Because let's be clear here, everyone under the G4 TV banner, as to what I remember,
08:59every one of them is basically leftists.
09:02Every one of them.
09:03So I don't really care much about their politics per se, especially given the fact that they never really make it a thing
09:10when talking about their ass stuff on the show, right?
09:14You know, except for this one time with this girl who's rambling about, you know, sexism,
09:19and misogyny, whatever.
09:23Yeah.
09:24So, I don't know, guys.
09:25I guess this is probably a nailing cover for sure.
09:28I imagine they'll probably bounce back from it.
09:32You know, even if enough people forget about it, but from the way things are looking,
09:38I don't think they're gonna get anywhere of the potential viewership that they would've gotten had this scenario not happened.
