00:05Hi.
00:06Hi.
00:07Hello, Tim.
00:08Hi.
00:08All right, I just want you all to know something.
00:10I feel great about this.
00:12Yeah.
00:12This is wonderful that you and I know how the judges are feeling about this.
00:18Does anyone want to go to Mood?
00:20I would like to go to just get thread and maybe a print.
00:24Kelly, you need?
00:26Glitter.
00:26Glitter.
00:27Edmund?
00:28I feel like I can work what I have.
00:30Candace?
00:30Oh, I think I have more than enough to work with.
00:34I agree.
00:35Would either of you have objections if I went shopping for Kelly and for Ashley?
00:41No.
00:42All right.
00:43I'm going on a shopping spree.
00:45Thank you, Tim.
00:47I appreciate it.
00:48Okay.
00:48Should we head back into the work room?
00:49Yes.
00:50Let's go.
00:54All right.
00:55I would definitely never wear this.
00:57Does it even look like it goes in the collection?
01:03Did anybody say what time we have until tonight?
01:05Eleven.
01:06You can get a lot done at eleven.
01:07Yeah.
01:08But I haven't had to present ten pieces in.
01:10I know.
01:11I know.
01:11I know.
01:13I'm back for mood.
01:15Kelly, I have glitter for you.
01:19Feel this.
01:19Oh, my God.
01:21Oh, my God.
01:2120 pounds of glitter.
01:23Ashley, where are you?
01:25Right here.
01:26Everything else in this bag is for you.
01:28Enjoy it.
01:28Thank you so much.
01:29I appreciate it.
01:30This is like Christmas.
01:39Hi, Tim.
01:40I'm here to check in with you, but I want you to know this is about how are you responding
01:45to what the judges said earlier in the day, okay?
01:50So, are you bedazzling?
01:52I am.
01:53Good.
01:53Can I tell you what I love about this?
01:55And it's also what I love about your collection.
01:57Yeah.
01:57It puts a smile on my face, and this just makes my smile broader.
02:02Good.
02:03It's too bad I'm not allowed to be in here.
02:04I'd be glittering the living daylights out of all this.
02:07Thank you, Tim.
02:09You're not happy.
02:10Well, it's not that I'm not happy.
02:13I'm just in my head deciding what to do.
02:16I was also thinking about scrapping things.
02:18What were you thinking about scrapping?
02:20I love the print, and I love the fact that I went there.
02:22This print.
02:22Yeah.
02:23I do, too.
02:23But it doesn't go with the collection.
02:27Well, sometimes it really is true.
02:29The things that you love the most and that you've invested so much in need to leave because
02:33they hold you back.
02:34They just hold you back.
02:35I mean, this really is a make it work moment.
02:38Yeah.
02:39Hey, how did I do at Moo?
02:41Did I get what you needed?
02:42Yes.
02:42Okay.
02:43Perfect.
02:44I got some zippers.
02:45I'm going to see if I need to trade them out or not because I just didn't like how,
02:50you know, I dyed this.
02:51The only reason the stitching stands out is because this is such a light color.
02:55Can you take the purple dye and just paint it on?
02:58Yeah, I probably will do that.
02:59Just try it.
03:01Okay.
03:02Okay, so this is one that I just started on today.
03:07It's kind of a play off of this one, but a more sexier version.
03:11The one that I had earlier today, which I'm modifying it as well.
03:15Oh, that was the one with the ruffle on it?
03:16Yes.
03:17And what is it going to become?
03:18I am trying to decide.
03:21You need to be smart about this.
03:24Okay.
03:24And that brings us to this one.
03:27Um, I guess the questioning on this was the ruffle effect.
03:31So you have convictions about this and stand by them.
03:36I will.
03:36I am taking Tim's advice.
03:38This whole ruffle effect that I'm loving, I'm going to just own it.
03:43All right, designers, you all know that you have a lot of work to do.
03:46Five of your models will be in.
03:48You will have an hour and 15 minutes with those five models.
03:52Your remaining five models will be in tomorrow.
03:54And I will see you in the morning.
03:55All right?
03:56All right.
03:56Thank you, Tim.
03:57Love you guys.
03:58Are you going crazy now?
04:00Uh, a little.
04:01That's a good thing though.
04:03That means I'm getting my mojo back.
04:05All right.
04:07All right.
04:08And I'm going to try like everything on each of you and then see what looks good.
04:11Okay?
04:12Tim wants me to mix and match some tops and some skirts and just have fun with it.
04:16Okay.
04:16Let's keep that one in mind.
04:17Let's try one more.
04:18I am changing my collection, making it more modern, making it more sexy, and still trying
04:23to figure out how to maximize each look.
04:27Awesome.
04:28All right, designers, it's time to end the day and head home.
04:49I have to make the decision if all my girls are going to be wearing all the head pieces.
04:55At this point, I wouldn't want to go home because I put all my models in these head pieces.
05:01All right, designers.
05:03You will each be going to the Sally Beauty Studio to meet with Gregory Patterson for your hair
05:07consultations.
05:08All right?
05:09So have fun and I will see you a little later.
05:13Welcome to the Sally Beauty Hair Studio.
05:16Hi.
05:16Just seeing this.
05:17So many ideas fly.
05:18If we could create this really sleek, cool ponytail, give her a little kiss of Candace.
05:24Girl, get to work.
05:25One of the things I really wanted was big hair.
05:28We have some incredible extensions that we can add so that it's fuller, more exaggerated.
05:33Just big out the hair.
05:34Yep.
05:35We'll add the pieces to amplify their density.
05:37Boom.
05:38Perfect.
05:38What's up, man?
05:39How are you, Edmund?
05:40I'm good.
05:40What I've done is I brought actual looks.
05:42Thank you for that.
05:43I want all of her face to be exposed.
05:45I think all the hair should go back away from the face and should be tucked behind an ear.
05:50It's sleek, shiny, sexy, beautiful, really luxurious-looking hair.
05:54So I wanted to be able to see when I have all my girls lined up to just know what
06:00headpiece
06:00is going to go on each outfit.
06:02Sure.
06:02We're going to make them all with the volume.
06:04Whoever gets the headpiece, she may lose a little bit of volume right in the front.
06:08Cool.
06:08Maybe we'll add a little more shine, just make it even that much more luxurious.
06:12Yeah, because I definitely want to do that retro wave look.
06:15Good luck.
06:25Come on in.
06:27How is everyone?
06:28Good.
06:29Well, I am delighted to introduce you to a very special guest, Brian Bolane from Lexus.
06:35And Brian has a special surprise for you.
06:37I do.
06:38Hi, designers.
06:38At Lexus, we've always been known for the pursuit of perfection.
06:41We thought it would be great fun if we could give you a taste of perfection done the Lexus
06:46way.
06:47So we've arranged for you to have the use of two brand new Lexus RCF coupes tonight and
06:52tomorrow so that you can arrive at your finale show in style.
06:56It's all amazing and I'm going to enjoy every second of it.
07:00Brian and I are going to depart and I'll be back later.
07:03Good luck.
07:03Nice meeting you.
07:09All right, designers.
07:10I know everyone is stressed out and in a panic.
07:13You have an hour to pack up everything.
07:16And I will see you backstage at New York Fashion Week bright and early in the morning.
07:22Yay.
07:22All right.
07:23I love you all.
07:24Bye.
07:29I decide that I can't make the last look.
07:32So I plowed a cherry blossom look that they're probably going to hate.
07:35But I listened to what the judges said.
07:39I took all the distractions away and I have myself now in the collection.
07:43I'm ready to win.
07:47Okay, you guys, it's time to go.
07:50Physically and mentally, I've put everything into this collection and into being here and
07:55getting this far.
07:56All I can think about is how much I want this and how much I want to win.
08:16Today I am showing at New York Fashion Week.
08:20This has been something that I've wanted for so long.
08:23Given all the obstacles and even being told no 13 times, I'm here.
08:29This has been an awesome experience.
08:31It's amazing but slightly terrifying.
08:33Presenting your line in front of all those people.
08:36You ready?
08:37Let's do it.
08:37Yeah.
08:37Go.
08:38This is it.
08:39I'm no longer just Kelly from the deli.
08:41I am now designer Kelly from the deli.
08:43Like I need to write this chapter and have it like end with a win.
08:54Yay!
08:56We made it.
08:56We are here.
08:57Nice style.
08:58Yes.
08:59You try to live in the moment and take a deep breath and just appreciate this.
09:03This is not just another runway show.
09:06Can anyone else believe this or are they shocked too?
09:09It's like pinch me right now.
09:10Oh my gosh, I can't believe it.
09:59Hello, everybody.
10:02And welcome to our big finale of Project Runway season 14.
10:08And I have to say, it's been a roller coaster ride.
10:12I would like to introduce to you our judges.
10:15First, we have fashion designer, Zach Posen.
10:19Creative director of Marie Claire magazine, Nina Garcia.
10:25And the very talented Carrie Underwood.
10:29Thank you so much for being here today, our guest judge.
10:33Okay, I'll put you right here.
10:36All right.
10:37I feel good now.
10:38I'm freaking so excited.
10:40It does not seem real that I'm showing at Fashion Week today.
10:43I could have never dreamed that in a million years.
10:45Enjoy the show, everyone.
10:47I've been waiting for this my whole life.
10:49I couldn't be happier right now.
10:56Hello, everybody.
10:58I'm super excited to be here.
10:59Very grateful.
11:00And my collection is inspired by combining Studio 54 with New Wave Streetwear.
11:08I hope you guys are ready.
11:33I have a bunch of disco Barbies.
11:35I love it.
11:36Listen, that's what I love about it.
11:37It's so authentically you.
11:40Being backstage with Tim, watching my collection, just feels so right.
11:45I never even imagined being in this situation.
11:48Like, I've watched the show a million times,
11:50and actually being the designer back there just felt so right.
12:29I never even imagined being in this situation.
12:29I never even imagined being in this situation.
12:29I never even imagined being in this situation.
12:29I never imagined being in this situation.
12:29I never imagined being in this situation.
12:32I never imagined being in this situation.
12:32I never imagined being in this situation.
12:46I was trying to capture like the party girl like 70s studio 54. I'm looking at my collection walking
12:54down the runway and there's not one tiny little thing I would change. Nothing. I feel like I put
12:59so much thought and so much of myself into this collection. I feel like it definitely shows and
13:05I honestly couldn't be any prouder ever about anything.
13:43Go up to the front. How are we on the time check? In this moment I am extremely proud. My
13:48work being presented on this amazing platform on this day in New York City. I've been waiting for this moment
13:55forever.
14:05Thank you, thank you. This has been such an amazing journey and experience getting here. Thanks to my family with
14:15me. Okay, my family's here supporting. I dedicate this collection to my mom. It's called Anna's Roses. It's all about
14:22love. Thank you.
14:41This is my shining moment. This is something that I can be proud of. This is
14:56my form of yelling and giving my voice.
15:28This is my husband. It's my loving moment. Isunami. My daughter's beautiful man.
15:55This is a memory of this rock.
15:57Knowing how much I put into this collection, knowing how much I've gone through, and knowing
16:03a lot of the changes that I've made in the final hour in order to get it to the level
16:09that it's at, I feel like this is my moment that I've earned.
16:13It's finally here, and I'm hoping that it's well received.
16:16You see Zach's face?
16:54Can we turn her into the light?
16:55There we go.
16:57This is the moment that I've been waiting for.
16:59I feel like I'm living a dream, but it's a reality.
17:02Let's see.
17:03Stand up straight.
17:05I knew I'd go far.
17:06I didn't think I'd make it this far.
17:08I'm proud of myself.
17:10Go.
17:15Hello.
17:17Just to introduce my collection, the entirety of the collection is Asian Infused.
17:22I'd like to dedicate it to my little blonde birds in the front row.
17:29Because just like fashion, they give me life.
17:32Enjoy the show.
17:34Thank you very much.
17:44Thank you very much.
17:45Thank you so much.
17:46Thank you so much.
18:15I think they're all pieces that I would wear.
18:17I know.
18:17And I would wear them just the way that I presented them.
18:21I'm watching my collection walk down the runway, and I think it's just speaking volumes.
18:26You can feel the confidence in it, and it's definitely sexy.
18:33It's so intense.
18:56Wow, look how powerful this is.
18:59Yeah, and not in a fussy way.
19:01Right.
19:02It's not trying too hard.
19:03Yeah, I'm happy that I listened to the judges.
19:05Yeah.
19:06The red leather gown is my favorite.
19:09She just looks really strong and fierce, but still elegant.
19:21Yeah.
19:27Yeah.
19:28Yeah.
19:29Familieекс Highland
19:30Yeah, I love it.
19:31Yeah, yeah.
20:08And then you there you go perfect
20:12I'm just excited for my family to see my collection
20:16I just wish my grandmother was here
20:18Losing my grandmother was one of the toughest things
20:21She was the person who taught me how to sew
20:24She was the person who pushed me to continue doing designing
20:27And when I think of how proud I am of myself
20:30I think of my grandma and how proud she is of me
20:35If it wasn't for her I wouldn't be here right now
20:46Hello everyone
20:47I just want to thank Project Runway
20:49For giving me this opportunity to create
20:51A plus size collection for them
20:53And my inspiration is from the Mexico City
20:56In the 1950s
20:58And I hope you enjoy this vibrant collection
21:00Thank you
21:27Thank you
21:32This is a big deal to the plus size community
21:35This has been a dream of mine since I was in high school
21:39I said I wanted to be America's best plus size designer
21:43And I am finally living that right now
21:48I'm trying to hold it in so bad
21:50Listen, if you're going to let it go
21:52This is the moment
21:53Not a time to hold it in
21:55Enjoy it
21:56You burned it
21:57You burned it
22:08You believed that right now
22:10You burned it
22:11Youotsna
22:33I like their attitude.
22:35Yes.
22:35I definitely wanted their personality to shine through each artwork.
22:39I feel confident in this collection but I know that the other designers did a 180 in their collection and
22:47they worked so hard and I feel like we all have a chance to win this.
23:34Thank you so much.
23:39It's one of the most exciting things.
23:42To put plus size women down a runway on New York Fashion Week take a lot of confidence and she
23:47pulled it off and I think she's amazing.
23:53To me there was a clear winner today. Edmund's collection. It was just so well done. There's not even a
24:00question. I don't even know why they're deliberating. Edmund it's you.
24:02Come on. I think Candace has it this season. I really loved what she did with just the black and
24:08reds. My eye just went to those clothes more than any other ones.
24:11I think Candace did a great job with the rock and roll vibe which I love. I thought it was
24:16a really, really great show. It's anybody's game at this point.
24:18I thought it was beautiful. It was not boring. It was super, super exciting. What a great accomplishment for them
24:24all.
24:32Welcome back to the runway. Today's fashion show there were hits and misses but we never got bored. That's for
24:38sure.
24:39All right. Let's say hello to our judges. First we have creative director of Brooks Brothers Women and fashion designer
24:44Zach Posen.
24:46Hi designers. There's nothing like the feeling of your first show in New York City during Fashion Week.
24:52I want you to cherish that moment for the rest of your lives. Thank you.
24:57Creative director for Marie Claire magazine Nina Garcia.
25:00Congratulations to all of you. I'm very proud to admire all the different voices that I saw out there.
25:07It was really phenomenal to see all of you. Thank you. Thank you.
25:11And our guest judge, seven time Grammy winning artist who has just released her new album Storyteller as well as
25:18her first fashion line,
25:20Kalia by Carrie Underwood. Here's Carrie Underwood. Thank you.
25:23I just want to say that I hope you all feel so proud of yourselves. I know what it's like
25:29to stand at a finale
25:32and one of your lives is literally just going to change and you are so stinking talented, all of you.
25:39It's just been really amazing to see.
25:41Thank you. Okay, before we decide the winner of Project Runway season 14, we have some questions for you. So
25:48let's bring out your muse models.
25:51Kelly, tell us about your inspiration and your collection. My inspiration was Studio 54 meets New Wave Streetwear.
25:59I wanted to add a lot of fabrics that look like different textures like the wood and the metal.
26:04What do you think, Zach? I think Kelly really went for it today. I really appreciate and it really sparkled
26:11and shined on the runway that you glittered the shoes. It just worked.
26:15Thank you, Zach. I was very impressed and I was very surprised. What I really liked about your collection is
26:22that it was your voice and it was successful.
26:24I liked your first outfit. Yes, I could see your reference of Studio 54, but they were not so literal
26:31and I love that.
26:32I even liked your jumpsuit with the cutouts. There were some outfits that I did not like, such as this
26:39one, that look like it's a Cirque du Soleil or a skating outfit.
26:43I did have a few favorite pieces. Mine was actually the long dress in the wood fabric. To me, that
26:49looked very sophisticated but fun at the same time.
26:52And then it had the matchy fanny pack on there that looked really chic.
26:56One thing I wrote down about you is you are not afraid. Just fun, funky. I love the textures. I
27:03loved it.
27:03Thank you. That means a lot. Ashley, tell us about your inspiration and your collection.
27:08So I wanted to create a collection that is inspired from Mexico City in the 1950s and just make clothing
27:15that's not out there for the plus size woman.
27:17You did something that was not expected. And fashion is all about the element of surprise. And this was a
27:25courageous and brave move.
27:27They were looks that I liked more than others. The pink opening look is one of my favorites. You were
27:33playing with forms that are considered taboo for full figured women.
27:37But you did them splendidly. I celebrate your conviction. That takes guts as a designer.
27:44Thank you. I love the colors, the femininity. My favorite was the plum with the lace overlay. I would wear
27:52that right now.
27:53I loved your models, the hair, the makeup. I really enjoyed it. Thank you.
27:58Ashley, I really enjoyed your collection. The sea foam tunic dress, simple, but then you used beautiful lace.
28:05The look that you brought today, I do love. I wasn't a fan of the romper. This crotch was just
28:10forever long.
28:11I didn't like that very much. But I love the fabrics. They look really expensive. Very well done. Thank you.
28:17You did something outstanding today. The teal, spectacular. Any woman that has a little zest and fun in their life
28:25is going to love this dress.
28:26Me?
28:27You fixed the bust on the two piece. The zipper was a little bit wonky. I loved the play with
28:33the maroon and the pink.
28:34This was a great example of your color play. And I liked that you dressed it up with the hat.
28:38I think you did it just right.
28:40Thank you. Candice, my inspiration was Asian infused. I definitely wanted to show a piece of me, but in taking
28:50your guys' advice, in pulling back, I feel like I found myself even more.
28:55It's a little hard for me to get behind a lot of leather like that, but I love the silhouettes.
29:01My favorite was the coat and the cigarette pant. I just, I thought it was very sexy.
29:06Thank you. I was very surprised in a good way. I found out that you can drape a really sick
29:14dress. That first look was absolutely beautiful. And mind you, that was a still very edgy dress.
29:21It was just edgy and feminine. You have the best of both worlds. It's just learning how to put more
29:28of them together.
29:29For me, it's very clear that you have an architectural sense. It's a little witchy. It's a little urban. But
29:36I want you to find even more original form and voice.
29:40I think that you are a great designer. Was this a cohesive collection? No. Just because it's red and black,
29:48that doesn't tie it in. Like for me, this is the perfect example.
29:51I see Halloween like there's no tomorrow. You have to be very careful with leather that you don't overdo it
29:57and then becomes too Fredericks of Hollywood-y.
30:00Thank you guys.
30:01Edmund.
30:02My mom owned a salon, so each day I'm around Vogue magazine, hair magazines. My inspiration was really beautiful, sexy,
30:09glamorous icons that I've seen.
30:11When the music started and your first model walked around the corner, she looked so sophisticated. It was really like
30:17pow. And third look to die for.
30:20That gown is one of the most beautiful dresses that I have seen.
30:24Wow, thank you.
30:26Gorgeous.
30:26It is clear to me that you have respect for women. You have a way of making clothes that look
30:34very sexy in a very refined way. The one shoulder, the cut is perfect. The proportion is right. It's beautiful.
30:42Now when you get carried away and you want to do like the showstopper, that's when it gets crazy. That's
30:48not your essence. So I wish you'd just keep that. Your girls always look sexy.
30:53I really appreciate that.
30:55I agree with Nina. When it's pared down and clean, it's stronger.
31:00I think you do classic, sexy, glamour really well.
31:08Models, you can leave the runway.
31:13All right, designers. We have a very big decision to make. We're very proud of all of you. But only
31:19one of you can be the winner of Project Runway. You can leave the runway.
31:31The winner of Project Runway will receive $100,000 to launch their line. A celebrity cruises modern luxury vacation for
31:38two to almost anywhere in the world. A year's supply of Sally Beauty products and the opportunity to consult with
31:45Sally Beauty to create a limited edition finger paints nail color collection. Travel in hotel accommodations to inspiring destinations around
31:52the world from Best Western International.
31:54A 2015 Lexus RC 350. From Mary Kay, an entire year's worth of beauty products for their fashion shows and
32:02professional makeup artist services for their debut show. A complete sewing and crafting studio from Brothers Sewing and Embroidery. And
32:09the winning designer and model will receive a fashion spread in Mary Claire magazine.
32:13I think that this Project Runway in particular is all about coming out with your authentic voice. The designers that
32:23did well were very true to their voice. And the designers that did poorly tried to be something that they
32:30were not.
32:31I do have to say Edmund did a lot of beautiful dresses that I would actually wear. Yeah, he gets
32:37a woman's body. And he listened. He really tried to please us to try to fix it. In the last
32:43two days especially. I agree. But listen, Edmund has a lot more to grow.
32:51I was least impressed with Candace to be honest with you. I thought Candace was going to surprise us and
32:58show us very polished, edgy, like a professional collection. Yeah, I really did. It's again the question, who is Candace?
33:07What kind of designer is she? What is her real aesthetic?
33:15Let's talk about Kelly. I mean, she got better and better and better. She actually won more challenges than anybody
33:22else. She won four challenges. Really? And she's had a really good attitude. She's always like, thank you so much.
33:28I'm going to work harder next time. I like that she put glitter on the headphones and she did the
33:33shoes. Even on the lips. It's authentic and it's her and it's free.
33:41Let's talk about Ashley. I love Ashley. I think she's really talented and she's gutsy. You don't have to be
33:47plus size. We could all wear two. I think her designs are really good. I think there's a huge potential
33:52in market out there. Her color sense was the most sophisticated. And unusual. Not safe. No, those pastels could have
34:00looked real scary. But also it was not safe for her to do all these crop tops.
34:04She was courageous to stand her ground and say, you know what? This finale, I want a design for the
34:10plus size model. It's a whole new world. It's more inclusive. And I'm glad there isn't Ashley to represent that.
34:19We have to decide a winner. Kelly's a cool girl. There's no inhibitions. There's just this artist that is dying
34:27to come out.
34:28I'm very proud of Ashley. To me, it was the most cohesive fashion show we saw today. It was an
34:34exuberance of joy.
34:36All right, so we've made our decision.
34:41Yeah.
34:43Let's bring them back out.
34:47All right, this is a really difficult one.
34:50But we have made our decision.
34:52One of you will be the winner of Project Runway.
34:57Candice, while there were a few pieces we didn't love, you really made your models look as cool as you
35:03do.
35:10Candice, I'm sorry you're out.
35:13Thank you. Thank you very much.
35:16We have loved getting to know you.
35:17And we look forward to seeing more from you in the future.
35:20Definitely. Thank you.
35:25All the best to you.
35:30I couldn't be sad if I tried.
35:33Hi, baby.
35:34Are you doing so much of the dresses?
35:36I'm done with the dresses.
35:38To have my son and my daughter here after being eliminated, it doesn't feel like losing.
35:44That's not losing in any way, shape, or form at all.
35:47Not even a little bit.
35:49I love you.
35:49I love you, too.
35:51That was one crazy ride, huh?
35:55Edmund, your respect for women clearly showed in your collection.
35:59You took our advice and really added some sexiness to your looks.
36:03There were some misses today, but there were also some looks that a few of us would love to wear.
36:10Edmund.
36:18I'm sorry.
36:19You're out.
36:20All right.
36:26Happy to see you.
36:27All right.
36:27Happy to see you.
36:29I hope we will see more of you, Edmund.
36:31You will.
36:32You will.
36:34Good luck, ladies.
36:36Project Runway is amazing.
36:38This experience has really made me grow in a very short period of time.
36:45I didn't get it.
36:48You're still winning, man.
36:49You're still winning.
36:50You're still winning.
36:51You're still winning.
36:51Good job.
36:52Good job.
36:52This has been something that I've wanted for so long.
36:55Good job.
36:56You got it.
36:58I am very proud.
37:00I am extremely proud.
37:05And then there were two.
37:07Kelly, Ashley, one of you will be the winner of Project Runway Season 14.
37:18Ashley, you took a lot of risk with this collection, and it paid off.
37:23We're so proud that you were able to make the inclusive collection that you've been wanting to create.
37:29We love that your line had such a clear, strong, and original point of view.
37:36Kelly, you came a long way this season.
37:40Your collection made us smile today, and you stay true to yourself.
37:44Your positive attitude is infectious, and you know how to make truly fun clothes.
37:51Kelly?
38:04I'm sorry you're out.
38:13Kelly, we really did love your collection so much.
38:16Keep being you.
38:17Yes, definitely.
38:20Auf Wiedersehen.
38:23Good luck to you.
38:25Congratulations.
38:29I was so close.
38:31It's just hard.
38:32It's tough.
38:35Everything.
38:36Oh, Gibson.
38:38No.
38:39I know.
38:40I'm obviously happy for her.
38:42I just really felt it.
38:44I know, sweetheart.
38:45Being here on Project Runway definitely made me see things about myself as a designer that I didn't even know
38:52was inside of me.
38:53Yep.
38:55Ashley, that means you are the winner of Project Runway season 14.
39:00Yay!
39:01I have to come and kiss you.
39:04Thank you so much.
39:05Mwah!
39:06Mwah!
39:06Congratulations.
39:08Now you're allowed to cry, okay?
39:10I know, I have every excuse to cry.
39:12Now you can't let it all go.
39:12Happy tears.
39:13It definitely is happy tears, and I thank you so much.
39:17Oh, my gosh.
39:18Ashley, you take this win, and you ride with it, and you're going to have to stay even stronger
39:23and be more resilient than ever in the real world.
39:26It's harder out there.
39:27I think you're going to do some groundbreaking stuff.
39:30Congratulations for having the courage to show what you really believe in, and I'd love
39:35to speak to you about doing something with Marie Claire in the future.
39:38Thank you so much.
39:40Watching as a fan, you could just tell you have the sweetest spirit and so much creativity
39:46and passion for what you do.
39:49You deserve to be here.
39:50And now, there are other people here that want to congratulate you.
39:54Come on out, everyone!
39:56Oh!
39:57Oh!
39:57Oh, my gosh!
40:02I don't even know if there's words to explain how I feel right now.
40:07You must be very proud, no?
40:08Oh, I am.
40:09Ooh!
40:10Thank you!
40:12That's what he's been waiting for.
40:14Welcome to the family!
40:15Girl, I don't want to let you go.
40:16Oh!
40:17Mother, we made it.
40:19Thank you, Grandma.
40:20Thank you, Grandma.
40:20If it wasn't for her, I wouldn't be here right now.
40:23I struggled so much, and sewing and designing was my outlet, and I thank her for showing
40:30that to me, that it's okay to be different.
40:33Felicitaciones.
40:34Felicitaciones.
40:35Muchas gracias.
40:36Muchas gracias.
40:37We are so proud of our baby.
40:39All our dreams come true through her.
40:42Every time I doubt myself now, I can just go back and reflect at this moment and be like,
40:48I won Project Runway.
40:51Congratulations!
40:51And I almost feel like unbreakable now.
40:55Ashley, it's a whole new threshold for you, and we expect a lot.
40:59Yes.
40:59I'm ready.
41:00I am good enough.
41:02I can do this.
41:03I'm ready.
41:04Yeah, I'm ready.
