00:00Hot tub for two. Okay. Cute.
00:03Four sets of holiday hosts.
00:05Oh, that's lovely, that.
00:07Yeah.
00:07Check into each other's places.
00:09Hello. Welcome to Love Lady.
00:12And suss out one another.
00:14What do you kind of think what we kind of do?
00:16I honestly have no idea.
00:19I'm not cheerily from what we do.
00:20So how can anyone else guess?
00:24Today, the guests fall hook, line and sinker.
00:27Yes.
00:27Oh, well done.
00:29Get over there.
00:30As they battle.
00:31For me, the whole thing is about connecting with nature.
00:34That's a conscious effort not to have electric there.
00:36Yes.
00:37To be named best value for money.
00:39Five. A bombshell. I'm really disappointed with that.
00:49The third visit of the week is to Richmond, North Yorkshire.
00:52And Dale Tusswale glamping, owned by Chris Long, a host with the most.
00:58It's all about being friendly, isn't it?
01:00The people are coming to stay a couple of nights at my tents.
01:03I want to make them welcome.
01:04Welcome with open arms.
01:05Welcome to my place.
01:06Come and enjoy it.
01:08Guests looking to embrace the place can choose from three self-catered safari tents that sleep
01:14up to six for up to £200 per night based on a two-night minimum in a place that has Chris
01:20as pleased as punch.
01:21It's in a great location in North Yorkshire.
01:23I've got a trump card in three great safari tents.
01:26We've got a lovely fishing lake you can fish from.
01:28We provide a peaceful, restful place for people just to take a deep breath.
01:34And Chris hopes his guests will be able to unplug.
01:37One of the things that's lovely about our site is the fact that we don't have electricity.
01:41It gives you time and space to just switch off and just enjoy it.
01:48About to arrive are today's first guests.
01:50So it's quite crisp and cold outside, isn't it?
01:53It is. Freezing morning.
01:54A great day for you to forget your coat.
01:57Indeed.
01:59Wrapping it all up, our couple Naeem and Sarah Payman of the Lovelady Shield Hotel in Alston,
02:05Cumbria.
02:06On the first visit at drinks...
02:08Cheers!
02:09Cheers!
02:10Chris sowed some seeds.
02:12I've spent a couple of years in Holland and then thought about returning to the farm where
02:17my dad is and thought of the idea of hospitality.
02:19So this is based at your dad's farm?
02:21This is based at the family farm, yes.
02:23Oh, cool.
02:24So today, they're digging deep.
02:27He did say, I mean, it's in a farm, right?
02:29So presumably it's large swathes of land.
02:31Maybe it's in the middle of nowhere.
02:34I'm not really into camping.
02:36It's just at night, I want to be warm and comfortable.
02:40Oh, wow, look at that.
02:43Whoa.
02:44I've never seen anything like it.
02:46Hi, Chris.
02:47Welcome to Dale's Swell Glampain.
02:49You're staying in the middle tent, Snipe.
02:50It sleeps six people.
02:52It's £200 a night, minimum two nights stay.
02:54I hope you have a lovely stay.
02:55Great.
02:55Thank you very much.
02:56Wow.
03:00Oh, wow.
03:01This is so cool.
03:02There's even heating.
03:03We just have to get the fire going.
03:04Yeah, there's a little burner there.
03:05That looks really nice.
03:06While Naeem and Sarah warm to the place,
03:09today's next guests are ready for some quiet time.
03:12I think the rest of the group have realised
03:14that I do all the talking.
03:16Well, then you've all been chipping in.
03:18To be fair.
03:19I've managed to wedge a few words in sideways, yeah.
03:23Talking the talk are couple Jane and Phil DeVille,
03:26owners of Ashbourne Holidays in Marston, Montgomery, Derbyshire.
03:31Last time out over drinks.
03:32Cheers.
03:33Cheers.
03:34Chris was in a revealing mood.
03:36Are your facilities off-grid?
03:39To a degree, but you will have your creature comforts.
03:41Oh, I see.
03:42Looking forward to this.
03:43Sounds risky.
03:44So today, Phil and Jane are charged up.
03:48As long as it's comfy and it has the basic amenities
03:53that you need to make a cup of tea or go to the toilet,
03:57it shouldn't be hard work.
03:59Morning, Jane and Phil.
04:00Morning, Chris.
04:01Welcome to Dalesville Glamping.
04:03You're staying in the top ten grouse.
04:05It's £200 a night.
04:06If you have any queries at all, just give me a shout.
04:08Lovely.
04:10This is nice.
04:13Nicely laid out.
04:14Oh, beautiful.
04:16With Phil and Jane content under canvas,
04:19today's final guests are travelling tentatively.
04:22So I'm thinking tense.
04:24Could be tense.
04:25I'm hoping it has running water and electricity.
04:27I hope I don't have to walk anywhere to the toilet in the middle of the night.
04:30I've got a wee bladder as it is.
04:32Keeping everything crossed are Jack Waring and Neil Barnes
04:36of the Rybeck Hotel in Bowness-on-Windermere in the Lake District.
04:40Last time out when they hosted...
04:42Welcome to the Rybeck Hotel, Windermere.
04:45Despite bigging up the space...
04:47Good-sized room.
04:48I like that.
04:48First impressions.
04:49Really pleased with it.
04:50Chris had views on the vista.
04:52Lovely garden.
04:53But I was hoping for a lakeside view.
04:55Which meant at feedback...
04:56I'm lacking a view of the lake.
04:59He said no to another go.
05:01Would you stay here again?
05:03No.
05:04Shell shot.
05:05And today, for Neil and Jack, it's not no bother.
05:09I know he's a kick in the teeth.
05:11Just saying, no, you won't go back somewhere.
05:12That's like saying...
05:13He wasn't impressed at all.
05:14Not impressed at all.
05:15This is the one thing we have weighing on our shoulders a little bit.
05:18Yeah.
05:19We're not going to play the game, I would, Jack.
05:21We're not going to play the game.
05:22There's no point.
05:22Hello.
05:26Hello.
05:26Hi, Jack and Neil.
05:27Welcome to Dale Swale Glampane.
05:28Hiya, mate.
05:29You'll be staying in the nearest tent, Woodcock.
05:31It's £200 a night, and I hope you have a fantastic stay with us.
05:34Wonderful.
05:34Excellent.
05:35Thanks, Chris.
05:35Bye-bye.
05:37All right, here we are, Jackie.
05:40Well, it's quite spacious.
05:42Yeah.
05:42The living area looks clean, doesn't it?
05:45With the host out of the way,
05:46the guests can see if Dale 2 Swale has it nailed.
05:50So this living area, I can imagine, like, with the fire on it,
05:54would be really nice and cosy.
05:55Yeah.
05:56Oh, this is nice.
05:57It's nice and light, anyway, yeah.
05:58It's quite a big space, isn't it?
05:59It is, yeah.
06:01You've got all the plates and everything here.
06:03Well, let's have a look at the pans.
06:04Well, the pans look nice and tidy.
06:06That's a brand new one, so there's no problem with that one.
06:08Let's go around the back.
06:10Yeah, that's definitely not been cleaned.
06:13Oh, God, look at all them flies.
06:14Oh, God.
06:15Oh, yeah.
06:15I wonder why there's so many flies.
06:17Oh, wow.
06:18Now, that's quite impressive.
06:20That's a nice shower.
06:21Yeah.
06:22You've got a sink there, unit, plenty of room.
06:24It looks quite new, though, doesn't it?
06:25Yeah, it looks OK.
06:26Oh, nice.
06:27We've got pots and pans.
06:29Not been cleaned.
06:31Here we are, the twin room.
06:32Yeah.
06:32What do you reckon, Jack?
06:33Well, I can see we've got some hot water bottles.
06:35You've got towels, blanket.
06:37It looks comfy enough, doesn't it?
06:39Looks like we've got some mouse droppings.
06:42Let's have a look at the loo.
06:43Some hair over there.
06:45Oh, yeah.
06:45And other stuff on the side here and around the front.
06:48Like that.
06:49Oh, fab.
06:50Oh, at least some milk.
06:51But that means we obviously haven't got a fridge.
06:54No electric.
06:55Yeah.
06:56Solar hub.
06:57I don't know if we'll be able to charge our phone in that.
06:59And I'm not sure how I'm going to get my laptop plugged in.
07:01For me, not having mains power is a bit of an issue, isn't it?
07:04It is totally.
07:05Glamping is luxury camping, so you've got to have the luxuries, I think.
07:08Yeah.
07:09There doesn't seem to be any Wi-Fi.
07:10I feel like Wi-Fi is a must in this day and age.
07:13Room inspection's almost over.
07:15Naeem drops one on Sarah.
07:19Jane bunks up.
07:21I'm not staying here tonight.
07:23That's OK.
07:23I could always shut you in.
07:25And for Neil and Jack, it's a damp squib.
07:29It's broken.
07:30You won't be using that too often.
07:31The inventor of the lifeboat was born in Richmond in 1757.
07:41And today, Chris is hoping to keep his head above water
07:44by treating his guests to some fly fishing on his on-site lake.
07:49I've never done it before, fly fishing, but I'll have a go.
07:52No, I think we've picked a good day for it.
07:53It looks beautiful.
07:54Water still.
07:55But before the group are let loose on the lake...
07:58Good morning, Ollie.
07:59Chris.
07:59How are we doing?
08:00Yeah, very well.
08:01Chris has arranged a lesson with expert Ollie.
08:04Right, hands up.
08:05Who's ever been fly fishing before?
08:06Nope.
08:07Nobody?
08:07No.
08:07Have you not done it, Chris?
08:08No, I haven't done it.
08:10I haven't done it.
08:11And this is your farm, then?
08:12This is part of the farm, yeah.
08:13Part of the farm, but I haven't done fly fishing.
08:15Do you have a fishing school or anything here, what you offer?
08:17Yeah, we do.
08:18The guests can have a day's fly fishing,
08:20and he also provides lessons for those people
08:22who want to have a look who've never done it before.
08:24It's a good offering, isn't it, as part of your business?
08:26It's a lovely additional thing, yeah.
08:27Absolutely.
08:28I think this is a great thing to have on-site.
08:30I think you could advertise glamping stroke fishing experiences,
08:35definitely, because that's quite a niche market to have that.
08:38It is.
08:39And after a crash course...
08:41You are going to very slowly lift and accelerate up.
08:45The group cast off.
08:47Do you know what you're doing?
08:48No.
08:48Here, fishy fishy.
08:49I think it's about patience, isn't it?
08:52And technique, isn't it?
08:54Yeah.
08:54Oh, did I miss him?
08:56Almost.
08:57Any takers?
08:58No, I've not even seen a fish yet.
09:00I'd rather be up there with Zara.
09:02She seems to have all the fish, I think.
09:04Oi-hey!
09:05Yeah, that's my girl.
09:07Oh!
09:07Yeah!
09:08Welcome!
09:08Wow!
09:09I got fish!
09:10She did, first one.
09:11Yeah, that was really fun.
09:12I really enjoyed that.
09:13Nice to learn something new.
09:14I think that's a great marketing point,
09:16to be able to do fishing lessons on-site.
09:18Yeah, it's an experience.
09:19It's not just the stay.
09:21With Zara hooked...
09:22There's not much action down this fence.
09:24No, no, no.
09:26The fishing competition is really hotting up.
09:30There you go.
09:31Rill it in.
09:31Oh, no, it's gone.
09:32It's gone.
09:33Oh, no!
09:34No.
09:35Go on.
09:35I just want to catch a fish.
09:37Go, go, go, go, go.
09:38There you go.
09:39Yes!
09:40Oh, well done!
09:41Team Ibeck!
09:42Well done, yay!
09:43Get up there!
09:44Well done.
09:45And it's competition on some of the group's minds.
09:48Neil and Jack, there was no difference in them,
09:50so I haven't got the feeling how they felt about my feedback.
09:53There's not much being given away, I think,
09:55so it's difficult to tell.
09:56It's really tricky at the minute.
09:58As the sun begins to set on the lake,
10:00Chris has plenty to reflect on.
10:03Fishing was a big success.
10:04I think everyone's enjoyed themselves
10:05and I think I'm going to reel them in over drinks later on tonight.
10:15The third visit of the week is to Richmond, North Yorkshire,
10:19where tonight host Chris has invited his guests to the local.
10:22Cheers!
10:24And with tipples tasted, Jane gets down to business.
10:28Out of all the glamping options that there are on the market nowadays,
10:32what made you choose Safari Tent?
10:34I did my research, had a look around what was locally available around here.
10:38I was looking to more attract the families,
10:40so the Safari Tent's fitted the equation very well.
10:43Do you think you're limiting your market by having no power at all?
10:47We don't appeal to everybody.
10:48For me, it's such a peaceful, beautiful place.
10:51I just feel like electric would just enhance it a little bit for normal life.
10:55For me, the whole thing is about connecting with nature,
10:58escaping a little bit.
10:59So that's a conscious effort not to have electric there?
11:02Yes.
11:03Yes.
11:03We understand the concept, but in this day and age,
11:06it's quite essential to have electricity.
11:08Glamping with no electricity.
11:11I just do not get it at all.
11:14So Chris, have you ever stopped in one of the Safari Tents before?
11:16I'd probably stay in there two or three times a year.
11:19I think it's essential that you stay at your place.
11:20Yeah, I do, I do.
11:21To understand how it is for guests who are staying there.
11:24Yeah.
11:24We designed our place with absolutely everything in mind
11:27that we looked for when we would go away, didn't we?
11:30So are you guys self-catering like Chris or bed and breakfast?
11:33We are self-catering.
11:34Okay.
11:34Yeah, they're totally independent units.
11:37So how long have you been running for?
11:39We opened our doors for the first time last April.
11:42Oh, okay.
11:43And we've just won quite a big award.
11:45Gold for best in the Peak District.
11:46Oh, wow.
11:47Hold on, we're up against professionals here.
11:50We're up against professionals after 18 months.
11:54Now you're just intimidating us.
11:57You can see that she's totally passionate about what she's set up.
11:59Obviously setting the bar pretty high.
12:01So I can't wait to see it.
12:04Excitement brewing.
12:05Chris is looking to the night ahead.
12:07How is everyone feeling about spending the night under the stars tonight?
12:10I was really relieved when I saw there's all these facilities,
12:13like a full kitchen and bathroom.
12:15Glamping for me is all about comfort and going out to the loo in the pitch black.
12:21It's not good, is it?
12:22Yeah.
12:23What I will say, Chris, I think the hot water bottle is a good touch for this time of the year.
12:26Yeah.
12:26I've got the fire going, so hopefully that'll...
12:29Nice and toasty.
12:30If anyone's fire is not going, would you like me to come back and help start it?
12:34Oh, that would really help.
12:34I might need a few more logs.
12:35We might need a few more logs.
12:36That's fine.
12:37That's fine.
12:38We've got plenty of logs.
12:39Not a problem at all, guys.
12:40I think there's a great vibe in the group.
12:42So let's hope they have a good night's sleep and they're comfortable.
12:45Drink's done.
12:47It's all back to the glamp site.
12:49And with logs delivered...
12:51Here are some more logs for you.
12:52Keep warm.
12:53Brilliant.
12:54Naeem and Sarah are chilling out.
12:56Is it any warmer in the bedroom yet?
12:58Yeah, it's a little bit warmer.
13:00I've got four hot water bottles, a duvet and two blankets.
13:05Do you want to borrow a hot water bottle?
13:07I'm OK.
13:12It's a new day in Richmond, where Phil and Jane are snubbing their snooze.
13:18How did you sleep last night?
13:19Not very well.
13:20That noise.
13:21I think it is just the canvas.
13:23Yeah, that was one of the things that kept me awake, plus the road noise as well.
13:27And over in his tent, Naeem's in the dark.
13:31This is now morning, right?
13:33Can't really open this window, because everyone can see straight through.
13:37And then the thing with the shower is half of the water went straight down the shower hose,
13:42and that meant the pressure wasn't as great as it could be.
13:46Breakfast at Dale 2 Swale is a self-catered affair,
13:49and while the guests have brought their own ingredients...
13:52Voila!
13:53Ta-da!
13:54Let's crack on with breakfast.
13:55You do the breakfast.
13:55Chris is confident he's got the kitchen covered.
13:59Hopefully everyone will be impressed with the set-up,
14:01and everyone has everything they need to make a cracking breakfast.
14:05As the guests get cooking, they suss out the set-up.
14:09That's a good hub, isn't it? Four rings.
14:11Just as quick as an electric kettle, that will mean.
14:13Yeah.
14:13So are you going to do the eggs?
14:15Yeah, only the eggs.
14:16And I'll deal with the rest.
14:17Both of us have some working space here.
14:19I think a camping experience is pretty good.
14:22Yeah.
14:24I like the eggs.
14:25I like a bit of mushroom.
14:27You know what I did forget, though?
14:29What?
14:29It's salt and pepper, so I do apologise.
14:32We could have done with some salt and pepper.
14:33You know, that'd be a nice little touch, I think.
14:34Yeah.
14:35Cos it is a thing a lot of people must forget.
14:38No tongs, is it?
14:39I think, considering it is self-catering, the utensils are a bit basic.
14:47There weren't any tongs to turn the bacon, there wasn't a whisk, there wasn't any kitchen roll.
14:52And Neil and Jack...
14:54Bread here, but no toaster, so I'm going to improvise for that.
14:57Right.
14:57...aren't in a jam.
14:59I'm actually going to do the toast on that.
15:02I think this is actually going to work.
15:04I think breakfast went well, considering we compromised, we made do of the facilities we had.
15:09You're coming up with that idea to put the toast on top of the fire was class.
15:13With the food good to go.
15:15Voila.
15:16It is not a bad-looking breakfast, that, actually.
15:18Everyone digs in.
15:19My favourite part of this is actually having breakfast in the open, listening to the birds sing.
15:26And the group chew over the cost.
15:29Would you say this is value for money compared to what we do?
15:31I think our customers have a lot more in the way of facilities.
15:37And luxury.
15:37And luxury, yes.
15:39I've enjoyed it, I've enjoyed it.
15:41Just the lack of electric still, to me.
15:42That's the one thing, the lack of electric.
15:44Lack of luxury, that's what I mean.
15:45Yeah, it's just a bit dark and miserable in the morning.
15:48What do you think about the price?
15:50For me, 200 quid.
15:51I mean, for two people, it's just completely out of the question.
15:53For six people, you know, you're like, OK, it's just over 30 quid a head.
15:57I guess it's good value for money.
15:58Given that it's self-catering, and breakfast isn't included, and you're staying minimum two nights, that could actually add up to quite a significant amount.
16:09Money mould.
16:10Next on the bill is the man himself.
16:12As a host, you can't fault Chris.
16:14No, no, he's been a very good host.
16:16I think Chris has been a good host.
16:17Yeah.
16:17And he has been attentive.
16:18He is living by what his ethos is with this place.
16:22He wants it to be like this.
16:23No qualms about Chris.
16:24I think he's a great guy.
16:26He's obviously done a great job with this.
16:28I'm guessing for people who are used to camping, this is real luxuries.
16:32Breakfast finished.
16:33It's time for the guests to get stuck into the anonymous feedback forms.
16:37How was your host at Delta Swirl Glamping?
16:41Very good.
16:42Friendly and attentive.
16:43Ten out of ten for hosting.
16:45Great host.
16:46Yeah, great host.
16:48Definitely a ten from me.
16:49Yeah.
16:50How clean was Delta Swirl Glamping?
16:52Clean pans and utensils.
16:54There was a few too many flies.
16:56I think we should score them a nine.
16:58Yeah, I'm happy with a nine.
17:00I think it could have been cleaner.
17:01Deep clean required throughout.
17:03E.g. kitchen, pots and pans, toilet and shower.
17:07Mouse droppings.
17:09Yeah.
17:09I guess five.
17:11Sounds good.
17:12How were the facilities?
17:13Good bathroom, shower head was broken.
17:15Yeah.
17:16Definitely needs mains electric, 100%.
17:18And I think overall, when you say glamping, it just lacks a bit of luxury.
17:23Yeah, I agree.
17:24I think a six is fair.
17:26Very basic facilities and some necessities missing.
17:30Indoor bathroom, a nice touch.
17:34Lack of power is very restrictive.
17:37Need kitchen roll and more utensils.
17:42I'm going to have to give that a six.
17:44Very true.
17:45There was no electricity.
17:46No electricity, no Wi-Fi, inadequate lighting.
17:49Lack of adequate heating.
17:52Leaking shower head.
17:53What do you think, about a four?
17:55Yeah, I really wouldn't go higher than that.
17:57How did you sleep?
17:59Not very well.
18:00No.
18:00Poor night, sleep, road noise and canvas movement noise.
18:07I think it's got to be a five, hasn't it?
18:10How was breakfast, Neil?
18:11Well, I enjoyed breakfast.
18:13Had all we needed to cook breakfast.
18:15Improvised for toaster.
18:17Missing salt and pepper.
18:19I think an eight is fair.
18:20Do you agree?
18:20I think an eight is fair.
18:21Finally, would we stay here again?
18:23Not for us, is it?
18:24Not the glamping we choose, is it?
18:26No.
18:27For us, it's a no.
18:29We're just not the type of people that like this kind of experience.
18:33We would not stop here again.
18:34I would say no.
18:38Now the guests must pay what they think their stay was worth.
18:41Both agreed?
18:42Yeah.
18:42OK.
18:43The cash will be kept under wraps until the end of the competition.
18:47But for now, Chris can see if Dale 2 Swale prevails.
18:52How clean was Dale's spell glamping?
18:54Nine.
18:54I would have liked ten, but nine is next best.
18:57Clean pan and utensils.
18:59Excellent.
19:00A few too many flies.
19:01Hmm.
19:02I mean, they're in the middle of a field.
19:04This time of the year, there may be a few flies around the place.
19:07How were the facilities?
19:08Six.
19:09Good bathroom, but showerhead broken.
19:11That is disappointing.
19:12I'll have to have a look at that and make sure that's fixed and corrected for the next guests.
19:16Need mains electric.
19:17It stipulates on the website that we don't have electricity.
19:20So it is what it is.
19:21Lack of luxury.
19:22I think, for me, luxury can provide it in loads of other forms, which we provide.
19:27How was breakfast?
19:28Eight.
19:29That sounds pretty good to me.
19:30Had all we needed to cook breakfast.
19:32Improvised for toaster.
19:33Obviously, we don't have electricity.
19:35They maybe fried some bread.
19:36I'm not too sure.
19:37Missing salt and pepper.
19:39That's the first person in four years that's ever asked for salt and pepper.
19:42Neil and Jack, are you off?
19:43Yes.
19:43We're off, yeah.
19:44Thanks very much.
19:45Thanks for the stay.
19:46Cheers.
19:47Would you stay here again?
19:48No.
19:49So, I'm a little bit disappointed.
19:52I think it's something that's outside of their comfort zone.
19:55Okay, one down.
19:55Two more to go.
19:56Let's see what happens.
19:57How was your host at Dale Swell Glampain?
20:00Ten.
20:01Brilliant.
20:01Fantastic.
20:02Friendly and attentive.
20:03I'd do my best and go above and beyond for the guests.
20:05How were the facilities?
20:06Six.
20:07A little bit disappointed on that.
20:08I'm hoping that the facilities that we've got there are good.
20:11Very basic and some necessities missing.
20:13Disappointed by that.
20:14Indoor bathroom is a nice touch.
20:16That's great.
20:17Lack of power is very restrictive.
20:19That's what it's all about.
20:20It's one of our unique selling points.
20:21Need kitchen roll and more utensils.
20:23The list of utensils could be endless.
20:25We provide, I think, a pretty thorough set.
20:28How did you sleep?
20:29Five.
20:30Poor night's sleep, road noise and canvas movement noise.
20:33They're in a big canvas tent.
20:34There will be a little bit of noise.
20:35Oh, Phil and Jane, are you off?
20:37Hi, Chris.
20:37Safe journey home.
20:38Many thanks for coming to stay with us.
20:39Lovely.
20:40Thank you very much, Chris.
20:41Bye.
20:42Would you stay here again?
20:43No.
20:44Really disappointed.
20:47Let's see what the third person has to say.
20:49How was your host at Dale Swell Glampain?
20:51Ten.
20:51Excellent.
20:52Great host.
20:53I'm pleased.
20:54That's fantastic.
20:55How clean was Dale Swell Glampain?
20:57Five.
20:57Very disappointed.
20:59Deep clean required throughout, e.g. kitchen, pots and pans, toilet, shower, mice droppings,
21:06a bombshell.
21:07I'm really disappointed with that.
21:08It takes me two hours to clean each tent, and my cleaning procedures, obviously, in this
21:12instance, hasn't reached the mark.
21:14How are the facilities?
21:15Four.
21:16Again, I'm disappointed.
21:17No electricity, Wi-Fi, inadequate lighting.
21:20When guests visit us, they know there's no electricity.
21:23The Wi-Fi, you can get 4G.
21:25We do provide lights.
21:26There's very lights.
21:27There's some lights in the tent and also some torches.
21:30Lack of adequate heating.
21:31We have a log burner.
21:32We provide hot water bottles, blankets, and the duvets are thick.
21:37Leaking shower head.
21:37Again, it's not something that I've noticed, but that's obviously the second one, so I'll
21:42definitely have to have a look at that immediately.
21:43Thanks so much for coming today.
21:44Let's have a safe journey home.
21:45Thanks a lot.
21:46All right.
21:46Bye-bye.
21:47Would you stay here again?
21:49No.
21:50Naturally, again, disappointed.
21:52Quite clearly, we had a couple of guests who just kept on banging on about electricity.
21:55We don't have electricity, so...
21:56I'm looking forward to my next visit at Jane and Phil's, and I'll be holding everything
22:01back until the payment day.
22:04Next time, when Jane and Phil host...
22:07Hello.
22:07Hello.
22:07Hi there.
22:08There's a spring in the step.
22:10Oh, wow.
22:12Chris, you've certainly got away with the animals.
22:14And payment day looms.
22:16There's going to be comments that none of us are going to like.
22:18I think we've all tried to be helpful, and I hope that it's taken that way.
22:26I think we've all tried to be helpful, and I hope that it's taken that way.
