01:06The most stressful time is during breakfast service,

01:09because Ying thinks we're a fast food restaurant.

01:14Those pushing the pace can choose from six rooms

01:20for up to £135 a night,

01:22and meet hosts who believe they're diamond.

01:25The Castle Inn is a hidden gem.
