02:37Now, today is a special day because I have a special co-host who is no stranger to be on
02:42the tape at all.
02:43And, of course, he is the Acting Commissioner of Police and Administration and Support, Mr. Junior Benjamin, who is here

02:58It is a privilege, once again, to be here, and I'm looking forward to a wonderful time just to, you
03:03know, share with the audience, you know, different things that are happening with the police service.
03:07So, it's just good to all those that are listening.
03:10We're going to have a good time today.
03:11Yes, I know that because you're always willing to assist and you're always willing to show up regardless of what
03:17is taking place within the TTPS.
03:19You try your hardest to fill in where it may be when it comes to the show and we appreciate
03:23that.
03:24Certainly, certainly.
03:24So, let's go straight in, recruitment.
03:26We are seeing a lot of that happening throughout Trinidad and Tobago and we're seeing a lot of young persons
03:31willing to step up to the plate.
03:33And I tell you, I'm really, really encouraged.
03:36I feel really elated to see that we have so many people willing to answer the call to become police
03:43officers.
03:44And, for me, I think it's even more than that.
03:47It is really knowing that we have quite a number of young people that are in need of jobs that
03:53are so qualified as well.
03:54So, what that does for us is to ensure that, you know, we can now find what I call the
04:00cream of the crop so that they will come to the top.
04:03We are hoping through the processes that we have put in place that we can really get the best of
04:09the best and be able to really ensure that we can raise a new breed of police officers that can
04:14help us champion that change that we want to see.
04:17Now, what is very important, I think, that many persons are here having discussions with seeing so many young people
04:25rushing and, as they call it, the Congo lines that we're seeing for the recruitment.
04:30But, could you speak to those who are really entering and not just for the paycheck because, as they say,
04:35I need a walk?
04:36Yes.
04:36It's bigger than this.
04:37Yes, yes.
04:38And I think, first of all, I always say you need to understand that I think the police, being a
04:42police officer is much more than a career.
04:45Yes.
04:45It's a calling, and you have to understand that because there are times that to really be a good police
04:51officer, it calls for commitment.
04:54It calls for sacrifice.
04:56Yes.
04:56You have to go beyond.
04:58Sometimes you have to give up the fact that your family, they're asking you to stay home, but you have
05:03to go out and really in the nighttime, do the toil.
05:07It's about real painstaking investigations.
05:10It's about really going out there and really trying to speak to people in a world where sometimes people just
05:19don't like the police, but you have to be nice, you know.
05:21And it can be very, very, very challenging.
05:24But we believe that if we have police officers or persons who are committed, persons of character, persons who we
05:31believe are competent enough to do the job, you can go out there and, again, make a difference, and that
05:37difference can help us change our whole life.
05:39Now, we always speak about, you know, the support of the citizens throughout Trinidad and Tobago when it comes to
05:44assisting to the police service with crime-related activities because we are the eyes that will assist the TTPS.
05:52But before they even enter into the service, if persons know about things individuals have done or are still doing
06:00and they're seeing that they're going through the recruitment process, what should you do?
06:04And, Whitney, that's such a wonderful question because we are saying that if we really want persons of character, there's
06:11nobody else that really knows those persons than even persons around their villages and homes, et cetera.
06:18And we are saying if you know that someone is involved in illegal activity and you've seen them come, it's
06:24important to get in contact with at least, you know, someone, you know, the nearest police station or anyone that
06:30you believe are from the executive.
06:32I would even say get in contact with me, you know, because as a DCP administration, the recruiting falls within
06:39my purview.
06:39And just let us know because we need to ensure that the people that we are bringing into the service
06:45are persons of good reputation.
06:48One of the things that we have as a pillar is that of profession where we say pride and it's
06:53professionalism, respect, integrity.
06:55And I'm stopping right there because integrity is what we're looking for.
06:58And if you're not living the right life, then I'm saying that integrity that we're looking for.
07:03So it is very important for us, the citizens, if we see something in this case, you must see something.
07:08You must see something.
07:09Tell us.
07:09Because you don't want those bad apples to enter because then it will just contaminate regardless of how many great
07:15apples are there.
07:16You put one bad apple, it rottens the bunch.
07:18And that is so important because a lot of people on the outside, they look good, but sometimes it's on
07:24the inside.
07:24I tell you, so we have to really weed out those persons and we have tried.
07:30We have had some of our detectives coming in, some of our warrant officers coming in and persons from the
07:37gang unit coming in and trying to weed out such people.
07:41So we ask the public to help us as well.
07:44All right.
07:44So speaking of the TTPS, you'll continue to mobilize a lot of initiatives.
07:49And I'm seeing here, which we will discuss right now, the mobile police units.
07:53Now, there was a media release from the TTPS with regards to the mobile police units and their place in
08:00strengthening public safety.
08:02Now, the Trinidad and Tobago Police Service notes that the considerable public discussion surrounding the deployment of mobile police units.
08:11It is important to clarify that mobile units are not new to the TTPS.
08:15They have been in existence for a number of years.
08:19And as with all technology, improvements have been made over time.
08:24And in keeping with the government's strategic direction for law enforcement, the discussion was taken to move forward.
08:33And the decision of the procure micro police units happened.
08:36These units maintain mobility with minor adjustments while offering greater capacity to law enforcement.
08:44Now, each unit is designed to be moved seamlessly throughout the country with only minimal foundation construction.
08:52The new generation of units can house more officers and advanced technology than the outdated models.
09:00And while it would be unwise to reveal too much operational detail, the enhancement capacity is a significant step forward.
09:08GCP, talk to us a little bit more.
09:11Yeah.
09:11I think that this is a wonderful initiative as we seek to really bring the police to the people.
09:18One of the things that we need to do in this time is to have greater police visibility.
09:22We need to even aid in terms of how we can even respond faster to persons and reports.
09:30And we believe that, you know, even this initiative where we are able to have these police posts, you know,
09:37in these areas, especially the areas that we are putting it would be in the hotspot areas, areas that we
09:43believe that would really bring greater relief to citizens when they have to make reports can only augur well for
09:51a better and a much brighter future in terms of policing in this time and in this season.
09:57What we would want to also say is that we believe that it would also help the police officers because
10:03you have a well-outfitted police post that can even help with accommodation because in some of these stations, the
10:13accommodation could be a bit challenging.
10:15But here you have first-class accommodation and, again, police officers would be able to spend their time in a
10:23much comfortable environment so that they can produce well as well.
10:26And quick time, which is very important.
10:28And if something happens in a certain area, I'm guessing the officers will be able to move as quickly as
10:33possible.
10:34That's right.
10:34Response time is so very important because as we seek to build that whole idea of trust in the police
10:40service, we recognize the importance of responding, you know, much quicker to offenses so that we can at least seek
10:48to apprehend those perpetrators.
10:50And at the same time, we want persons to know that, hello, you are important when we make that report
10:56that at least within a short space of time.
10:59And right now, we have a time span really within a 12 to 15 minutes period that, especially for first
11:07-class cases that we want to respond.
11:09So we are putting those things in place to also assist us in that.
11:12And I know, as you mentioned, you all can't say too much, but I'm hoping that you all will have
11:16eyes in the sky like how you all wait for Carnival, eh?
11:18Just saying because it will help you in a major way.
11:21Now, we are seeing more and more where persons are going to different police stations to make reports, and it
11:28seems like some of your officers still don't understand the one-door policy.
11:32How much can we stress on that for your officers to understand when persons show up from Icaacas and they
11:38come into Port of Spain and they need to make a report or don't send them back to Icaacas?
11:44Yes, see that open-door policy that we ought to have and that one-door policy is really, first of
11:50all, it is so that persons don't have to leave one place and say, okay, it happened in Port of
11:57Spain, you have to go to Port of Spain and make that report.
11:59And we are telling our officers that, again, some persons just, I don't know, they just continue to probably share
12:07the wrong information.
12:08But we will continue to share it.
12:10We are saying if that happens, it doesn't matter what station, you can make that report.
12:14It is the responsibility of the police officer to take the report and transmit it to the relevant division or
12:21station district.
12:23And when that is done, someone in that station district will be assigned to take up the report.
12:29What we also want to stress is the importance of follow-up.
12:33Because I believe that that is one of the important things if we really want to build that level of,
12:39you know, public trust that we must follow up.
12:43Ever so often, you need to call the victim and let them know that, hello, this is what is happening
12:48with your report.
12:49And we are trying to build that into our system.
12:52So I'm saying as we look into the windscreen of our future, we believe that the quality service that is
12:58expected has to do with follow-up.
13:00And we are hoping to see that coming very soon, if it's not already in our stations.
13:05I mean, all this hard work that you are putting in with the administration, DCP, it seems like so many
13:10officers may be a bit lazy.
13:12Because we have been stressing this from inception.
13:17And it is giving, like, oh, God, I have any mood for that.
13:20Just go back to that next station and deal with it.
13:22That is how some people, people since have called numerous times and spoke about it.
13:27But it seems like we have to inject it more into the officers for them to understand the importance of
13:32that.
13:33Well, I believe that sometimes some things you have to reinforce.
13:37And certain things, I tell people, the police service is not a speedboat.
13:45You know what I'm saying?
13:45It is really one of those, you know, liners where you, you know, those ships where you have to take
13:53your time and move.
13:55And I think sometimes it's probably taking too long.
13:57But we are trying to make the turn.
13:59We are trying to make the turn.
14:00And I'm saying that, you know, we are seeing something.
14:02But these are so basic, DCP.
14:04These are so basic.
14:05And I agree.
14:05And I agree.
14:06And I want to say that I totally agree.
14:08But I think that we are bringing into that aspect of community partnership and also customer service.
14:17That customer service is something, again, the police officer long ago was a staunch kind of person that, you know,
14:23with a serious race.
14:25You know, now we are saying, no, it is now reaching out.
14:27It's about a care and concern.
14:29And therefore, I'm saying it's really a slight change to what we had before.
14:33And it's going to take a time for the ship to turn totally.
14:37But I think that we have some officers who are understanding what we're doing.
14:40And when I see that, I feel very hopeful when I see what is happening in some of the circles.
14:46And therefore, where we see there's a need for us to continue to reinforce, we are going to do that.
14:51But I assure you, we are working on it.
14:53One link.
14:54One link, officers.
14:55Let it be seamless.
14:56Because, of course, when that happens, you could help the situations in different communities.
15:01And we could propel and not take so long to turn that ship, as DCP is saying.
15:07But the TTPS continues to work extremely hard.
15:09And with that, we have some information with their media release today.
15:13Young people, once again, 19-year-old businessman, owner, arrested.
15:18Now, Western and Eastern Division police yesterday arrested a 19-year-old businessman
15:22and seized two firearms and a quantity of ammunition from his home and business place.
15:27Now, during a crime exercise held between 1 a.m. and 9 a.m. on Thursday, 6 August, 2026,
15:35Western Division Task Force officers went to the teenagers' West Morines' home.
15:40In accordance with the Emergency Powers Regulations 2026,
15:44officers searched his home and found two firearms with four magazines
15:49and 110 rounds of 9-millimeter ammunition.
15:53Officers then went to a quarry in the Wallerfield area.
15:57Where they found 90 rounds of 5.56 ammunition.
16:02The teenager was arrested and inquiries are ongoing.
16:05Now, acting on information, Western Division officers also searched a barrel near the basketball court
16:11at Sparrow Drive, Pity Valley, and found two plastic jars containing a total of 148 grams of cannabis.
16:19No arrests were made in connection with that find.
16:22Now, during other anti-crime exercise between 12 p.m. and 4 p.m. on Thursday,
16:28officers proceeded to a forested area approximately 10 to 15 meters of LP-53 Blue Basin Road,
16:38Dago Martin.
16:39A search of the area resulted in the discovery of a white crocus bag containing an unloaded shotgun.
16:46The exercise was incident-free.
16:49D.C.P.?
16:50Yes.
16:51And I want to start off by just commending the Senior Superintendent Williams and his team there in the Western
16:58Division for a job well done.
17:01And, again, I think that it would be unfair to just leave, you know, starting with the very D.C.
17:07D.C.P.
17:07D.C. Martin and her operations that is going on.
17:11We have Operation Resolute that we are seeing bearing fruit, even at this time, where, you know, officers are going
17:17out there.
17:18And, you know, many people want to condemn the SOE.
17:21But, again, because of the SOE, you are able to go into places and we are able now to really
17:27seek to extrapolate and to get these weapons off the street.
17:31And, again, a wonderful job done by Western Division where we were able to see some good results.
17:38What you recognize is that we have quite a number of young persons committing offenses.
17:44And we have to ask ourselves what is happening here, what is happening there.
17:47And I think that we need to, you know, try to get our young people to be more focused.
17:54And, therefore, the H.O. and Tobago Police Service, we are really working with our youth clubs to see if
17:59we can get our young people to be, once again, you know,
18:03law-abiding citizens through the youth club and also through some other activities that we have planned coming up.
18:10Yeah.
18:10I think also, apart from the youth clubs, you all could try, like, what, during election time, you know, they
18:15will start to walk through the communities.
18:17You all could walk through the communities and just speak to the people and find out, you know, their concerns.
18:21Even some of the men and some of the boys that you may see on the block, speak to them,
18:25ask them why they're there.
18:26Just engage because those are the places I think you will find more of, you know, the communication that is
18:32needed because the persons you want in the youth clubs may not be showing up or their parents not getting
18:38them there.
18:39But if you actually go into those communities that they really needed and they're showing up for them, you might
18:44see a difference maybe.
18:45It's just my opinion.
18:46No, and I think you're right.
18:48And I think we need to also try our very best to see how we can find alternative, you know,
18:54means of keeping them occupied.
18:56We have, you know, football competitions, different things to get them into a more constructive lifestyle.
19:03And I think that we are also looking at that.
19:05We talk about that, but from the men's standpoint, I think that we really need to work on all young
19:11men because I think that there is an issue there where we are not seeing the fathers in the home
19:16standing up.
19:17So you find quite a number of young men being led astray very easily.
19:23So right now, let's take a look at what's making our SOE update as of August 7th, 2026.
19:30Number of operations, 11,174.
19:34Number of target priority offenders, 2,860.
19:38Searches conducted, 4,069.
19:40Traffic operations, 6,864.
19:43Total persons arrested, 4,930.
19:47Total persons charged, 1,192.
19:51Firearms recovered, we're seeing increase with the pistols, also the shotguns, giving us a total of 271.
19:58Ammunition recovered, we're seeing increase with the 9mm, the 12 gauge, also the 5.56.
20:04And that is giving us a total of 5,577.
20:08And dangerous drug sees, we are seeing an increase once again with the cannabis and now again with the cocaine
20:13DCP.
20:14Well, we are really glad in terms of we're seeing progress.
20:18We are seeing progress.
20:20Whenever you compare, and I would say when you look at the murder figures, you're seeing, compared, I think last
20:28year we had nearly 42% reduction.
20:30And to this point, when we look at our murder figures, we are at least, I think, 10 or 11
20:37murders less than we had last year.
20:40So it means that we are, we're not saying that we are comfortable, but we are saying that we are
20:45heading in the right direction where we are seeking to keep the figures down.
20:49Nevertheless, I always like to make it quite clear because some people would think that, hey, it's like, you know,
20:55you're saying that crime is, you know, is under control.
20:58And I want to be very, very careful because I'm saying every murder is one murder too much.
21:02But we need to start to be thankful first as a nation because I'm saying the police, we are doing
21:08our jobs.
21:08And therefore, this is a wonderful sign to encourage Trinidad and Tobago to join us on this fight as we
21:16seek to reduce crime.
21:17Because we have not seen crime done at such low levels, at least within two decades or so.
21:25And that is a tremendous feat.
21:27And I think that the commission of police should be commended as well as, you know, all those, you know,
21:33the executive, you know, divisional commanders, first division and second division, everybody who's participated.
21:40And even the citizens, thank you so very much for helping us as we continue along this trajectory.
21:45Well, I hope that the citizens understand that and they really feel it because, you know, it's a different sentiment
21:50when they speak about it.
21:52Even with the stats that you give, the citizens still don't feel that comfort, just said, but you're still pushing
21:57through regardless.

25:18it was in 2024 officer came to me at the time we had just uh in the top exec three
25:29women and one
25:31male and said to me as the most senior police officer what are you doing for the male police
25:37officers in the service and it was a question that really lingered in my head what and i decided then
25:47to really do something and i said look probably it's time to start you know i said then the male
25:54police bureau june 18 2026 marked a historic milestone for the trinidad and tobago police service with the
26:03official launch of the men's police bureau established under the office of the deputy
26:09commissioner of police administration mr junior benjamin the bureau represents a significant
26:15investment in the welfare development and professional growth of the services male officers
26:23the vision of the men's police bureau is to promote the welfare discipline professionalism
26:28and operational effectiveness of male police officers while supporting the overall vision and mission of
26:36the trinidad and tobago police service in service to the people of trinidad and tobago
26:42its mission is to serve as a leading source of support development and advocacy for male police officers by
26:51fostering a strong sense of brotherhood providing meaningful mentorship promoting holistic well-being
26:59and addressing the unique challenges officers face throughout their careers guided by its motto to build
27:08stronger men stronger police service and stronger communities the bureau is founded on five key pillars

29:10many times it's not just the men we forget in society but in the case of the men in the
29:15ttps
29:17yes you know um i i see it and i really feel you know a joy in my heart why
29:23because you know
29:25the trinidad and tobago police service nearly probably 70 percent of us are male police officers and
29:33we have had the women police bureau and they have been doing a good job in terms of seeing about
29:39the
29:39women and the question is what about the men and i think the time has come where the voices of
29:45the
29:45men need to be heard it's the time has come where we need to look out for the well-being
29:49of our men we
29:50have just lost probably about two or three of our officers due to suicide and so on it means that
29:56they are
29:57going through some serious challenges um we have single parent police officers who are male and
30:02they are going through challenges so the male police bureau or the men police bureau is there to really
30:08assist in giving that that support to our men it is there to help in terms of mentoring we want
30:14to
30:15one of the things that we're going to be doing i think next week is that we're going into the
30:18academy
30:19and we're going to meet with the young men in the academy just to let them know that hello
30:23we have a support system for you and you're not doing this all alone we are here to help you
30:29along
30:29and it's really a brotherhood it is understanding that we are going to be your big brothers we're
30:34going to be yes and that support that you need and something that has not been in the police service
30:38and it's time that we change it as we seek to have a better police service we believe if we
30:43can really
30:45seek to make that difference we can have stronger police officers and a stronger police service at the end
30:50now you mentioned some of the officers who um passed because of suicide we send condolences to
30:55the families and of course to the members of the ttps as well because that is something that no one
31:01is
31:01able to deal with um and especially when they're battling we just don't know what has happened there
31:06with that being said we take that short break when we come back we will take some calls
31:10and more discussions with the dcp we'll be back all right guys today we're going to start a new topic
31:15and that topic is entitled
31:29there is no way i could teach in all that noise and there is definitely no way we children could
31:36learn
31:36in that noise of violence they deserve more that fear that anxiety we have to have our classrooms filled
31:46with joy laughter and hope not fear that is why i support the tcps school-oriented policing initiatives
31:56this is not just about law enforcement it's about building trust parents teachers students
32:05and officers all coming together to provide a safe space where young minds can flourish
32:13if we all stand side by side we can protect our children keep them safe and they can have a
32:21space
32:22to learn without anxiety and fear i am ready to partner with the ttps in fostering safe respectful
32:32and empowered schools across shunadad and tobago it's not a simple task we need parents students
32:40teachers and communities to get involved it's time to get on board securing our schools securing our future

36:52person is aware of if they're being arrested what they're arrested for so it's important that there

37:05know that hello you're now being arrested for obscene language resisting arrest you know and so on and you
37:11know your rights etc so these are things that uh certain protocols that must be followed and therefore
37:17it is within a person's right to understand that exactly how much they should know uh could be
37:24something that we can debate on but nevertheless there are certain key things that they should know
37:28because it's it forms part and parcel of their rights all right so uh that would be probably my
37:34answer to that question and the customs when it comes i mean you're in the city west but that's the
37:38thing
37:38so i i don't know if i can speak with any level of authority there in terms of um if
37:44they can just ship
37:44them yes right however i know that there are certain protocols that they would follow and based
37:50on the circumstances uh they would know whether or not they can ship a person out immediately if not
37:55they would know exactly to take the information from the individual so you know if the person
38:01is in the country and probably the information does not pan out where you can at least
38:06uh locate the individuals so that you can at least um arrest the person and take them out uh
38:12those are things within those jews that i don't have that authority to speak on but i know that
38:18they're sitting protocols that we all follow and i don't think they could tell you make a right about
38:21till like it came into a no entry street and go back up your order it may not look like

43:04you could try to park in such a you know um where you would yeah tight spot and you're not
43:10even parked
43:11close to the car but you know there's space there so that is first thing that is wrong the second

43:17that you you see wrong is that it's like a car is going to overtake and then the truck just

43:24continues to come even though you had enough time to stop so there's so many things that are all right
43:29so i want you to pay attention right here where the truck is now going up it seems like in
43:34a park
43:34in space because it's just off of the road right right so i'm not sure what was going if he

43:38paying attention and i know if if and notice notice the car stop yes the car stop and he just
43:45drives
43:45into continues so i'm not sure i know trucks take a little while to stop it but not like that

44:00it's important that even when you first of all driving don't just drive for yourself drive for
44:05others it was probably even more prudent for that driver to go on the right hand side where they
44:12was able to park and park across there to free up the space and secondly you know even if you
44:18see a car
44:19if you're going to overtake wrong corner it's something you have to make sure that is safe for
44:24you to do so but you'll still be wrong because you're on the wrong side of the road to even
44:27begin
44:27with so you can get wrong and i think that even with the with the truck coming there i think
44:33that
44:33we need to be our brother's keeper and understand that hey you can wait until everything is clear and
44:38then allow it so there's so many things that we could do differently but i think if we learn from
44:42it
44:44now quickly this incident took place in crystal stream indigo martin and this is an area that many times
44:51many persons have experienced scary situations here and even serious accidents as well not paying
44:57attention now we don't know the situation here we're just seeing the end result but dcp you have to be

45:12observe you know the traffic laws of trinidad tobago and we are saying to persons the reason we have traffic

52:19this was between 10 and 10 05 this morning while we were proceeding to cross she stopped the vehicle
52:28and she whined on the glass and started to yell and say you're way not clear you don't have to
52:33wait to
52:33cross but we were already on the court from the other driver crossing and she came across um down the
52:42hill to come across um high street to get on this other part and she continued to rant and rave
52:49and
52:50speed across the road so she did have no intention of stoppage suddenly there are the people who were trying
52:58to cross on the crosswalk yeah um you can leave the the license plate number with our producer yes you
53:08could do that thank you so much jcp yes crosswalk people the drivers not understanding yes and that's
53:13the thing once you're on a crew you know a pedestrian crossing i am saying that you know the drivers
53:20have
53:20to stop without there's no two ways about it my big choice on the crosswalk you have to stop you
53:25need to
53:25stop and i think that we need to get it right but there's this road rage that is existing and
53:31i think
53:31that we have to i don't know we have to deal with that as individuals and as you know citizens

53:37trying to be that there's this fire rage that just get into person i don't know why you know a

53:42also the drivers too huh yeah on the roads if you stop tell our persons to cross on the cross

53:48have the right you have to do that once you see pedestrians by a crosswalk you have to stop almost

53:53from behind and vex because i stopped to let the people cross that is a reason for the crosswalk and
53:59they are following the rules of crossing the road if there are no traffic lights so if you're in front
54:05of a school and there's a crosswalk and the children cross when you know blow get upset because the
54:10children cross in the crosswalk i think patience is something that we have to really pray for because
54:16we need to have that because i think some people just want to get going and in this world where
54:21it's a
54:22fast space everybody wants to go i think that and you know it's like i don't know if you recognize

54:35know but i just think that we really need to have some patience we need to ensure that we really

55:18going to be going out there we are doing some more training with our officers we want to ensure that
55:23we equip them a bit more in terms of understanding what we want them to do i think that we
55:28are still
55:28very much uh on that mechanical roadway it's just about you inside there we want them to have a more
55:35mentorship uh relationship with the students so that it's about talking to them and really building
55:41that level of engagement we want to see them you know interact with them a little bit more and it's
55:47not just we are the big bad wolf no we are police officers in the schools and we are there
55:52to really
55:52ensure a safer environment for the school now the reason why i add that too we we are going to
55:57see a lot
55:58of new students entering a different environment because they're changing schools right and i i just don't
56:04want it to be when if they never experience police officers within a school it should intimidate them
56:09but embracing it and understanding that they're there to assist and guide and not there to be this
56:15master over you yes and that is why we believe that is important for us to train our officers because
56:21the
56:22first impression comes yeah you know when you go there people expect don't move away you go there and
56:28we say no no we want you to change the way that even you speak to the students uh where
56:33you there's
56:34a need to be stern you can be stern but you can also be respectful and we want persons to
56:39understand
56:39this uniform is not something for you to be afraid of but you offer for you to respect yes and
56:45therefore
56:45do the right thing because it's the right thing to do yeah and that's what we want to call and
56:49those who
56:50are not afraid of the uniform you need to respect the uniform that is very important because they will
56:54learn the hard way because of the laws that are now before us just because you're a child you feel
57:00you could do what you want it can't look like that so we have less than a few um seconds
