03:33And now, here's your guide through it all, entrepreneur, mentor, and founder of Black Diamond Consultations, Laren Gaines.
03:53Welcome, welcome, welcome, welcome, welcome on in, y'all.
03:58Welcome into another episode of the 411 Podcast.
04:03This is Transformational Tuesday, and I am so grateful and so thankful to be here.
04:10So, I want to give a very special shout-out to all of my special guests who joined me on
04:17the live series of Dis6 Vitality.
04:21I mean, man, give it up to all of them.
04:51313, 313, Satya Nicole, and of course, I don't want to forget my friend, Danny Lopez Superfly.
05:02So many different artists, so many different artists, poets, all walks of the world.
05:08We had Belgium in the house. It was just an amazing experience, and the master class to top it off
05:14was off the chain.
05:15Thank you all so much for coming in there and joining in.
05:19I know we have some technical difficulties, but we're going to fix that the next time around.
05:23We're just moving everything over to Zoom. That's all I have to say.
05:26So, thank you so much again for showing up.
05:38Now, tonight, I'm back. I'm ready to get this thing started again.
05:44For some reason, I just love the audio version.
05:48When I started the podcast, it was all, you know, both visual and audio.
05:52But for some reason, this is just real dope to me.
05:55I love the audio version of it. I love radio.
05:57I've listened to radio as a kid, so I just love radio, talk radio. I love it.
06:04So, I got so much to go over, and I'm all over the place, and it's a busy week.
06:08It's a holiday week, so I want to make sure that we do this thing right.
06:12So, before I get into this show here tonight, I want to give a very special thank you to my
06:17executive producer.
06:18I want to thank God for giving me another opportunity to come out here and grow and get better
06:23and give the podcast to each and every one of you out there.
06:28Without him, none of this will be possible.
06:30And without each and every one of you out there listening, thank you so much, Spotify.
06:35I want to say what's up. I want to say what's up to the Facebook family.
06:38I see y'all early in the morning rocking with me, and I do appreciate y'all.
06:42Thank y'all so much for getting up and, you know, tuning in early in the morning.
06:47Just so much love from all over the place, and I couldn't do it without you and couldn't do it
06:51without my special guests.
06:54So, we're here.
06:55Episode 24, Fast Life, Fast Food, Slow Consequences.
07:00We're really going to take it there as this is Transformational Tuesday.
07:03And remember, everybody, while I can give this information to you, I am also eating up this information myself
07:12and taking this in myself and changing and bettering my life as well.
07:17So, let's get right on into it.
07:20Song of the day.
07:25Now, this song here came out before I was even born,
07:29but it just goes so well with the title Fast Life, Fast Food, Slow Consequences
07:34that I was trying to think of a song that would actually really make sense,
07:38and this just came right to mind.
07:41Life in the Fast Lane from the Eagles,
07:43released in 1976 off of their classic album, Hotel California.
07:49Now, you really don't have to be a musical genius to understand and know the song, Hotel California.
07:56I mean, it's just a classic.
07:59But Life in the Fast Lane, when I really started to pay attention to the song,
08:04I was really thrown back by the lyrics.
08:06And it's real.
08:10And just like our lives are real and the things that we do that affects us are real,
08:17but sometimes we get caught up in this game and we don't understand
08:20and we think that, you know, getting to everything so fast is the way to go.
08:30Slow and steady wins the race.
08:33When you want things too fast, too easy, too soon,
08:37sometimes that's not good for us because nothing in life is free.
08:43I'll say that again.
08:45Nothing in life is free.
08:46And you're going to have to pay one way or the other.
08:48You're going to pay spiritually.
08:50You're going to pay mentally.
08:51You may pay physically.
08:53You may pay emotionally, financially.
08:56Just know that every single thing that you get that you might think that it's fast
09:00and it's free and it's the way that we need to do it right now in this moment.
09:04There is a price to pay.
09:06You're going to pay one way.
09:08So now when we think about the food choices,
09:12I know that it's easy.
09:14It's quick.
09:16I mean, you look, you scroll on social media.
09:18It's all over the TV.
09:22But I'm not here to start any type of controversy because that's not what this show is about.
09:27But it's a little interesting when I'm scrolling on social media and all you see is,
09:35is this even real meat?
09:37Is this even real food?
09:41Certain different restaurants and chains are being exposed.
09:44And again, I'm not here to shed light on any of that type of stuff.
09:48That's not what we do here.
09:51But for some who used to consume these products and go to some of these restaurants,
09:56and sometimes I still will, you know, go to certain chains here and there when I really need to have
10:02something fast.
10:03So again, I have to remember to make sure that I always practice what I teach.
10:08So that's why we're talking about this tonight.
10:10Fast life, fast food, slow consequences.
10:13See, the things that we consume, whether it be the food, whether it be what we're watching,
10:18the music that we listen to, the people that we hang around, there's a consequence to it.
10:24And sometimes it shows up later on down the road.
10:27See, what you do today may not affect you until maybe six months, a year.
10:35Again, depending all on what we're speaking about.
10:41So this is so deep.
10:43And again, I can spend a whole hour speaking about it.
10:45But our bodies and our mind, let's take it to the mind and then we'll go into the body.
10:54But we are like the dopest computer system that you can ever find on this planet.
11:01You can go and you can run out and you can find any type of computer or think that you
11:05can, you know,
11:06check with artificial intelligence, all of this type of stuff.
11:12But the real computer system is us because none of these things can power and none of these things were
11:21birthed and have life without us.
11:26See, back in the day, our ancestors, they understood this and they knew this.
11:32That's why they were very cautious about the food choices that they made.
11:36And they were very cautious about what they put in their systems, because what you put in is what you
11:41get out.
11:42Now, over a period of time, after we've been caught up, after we've been wrapped up and trapped up into
11:47the system and into the matrix,
11:49things have been added to our food or toothpaste.
11:52And again, I'm going real deep, real fast.
11:56All types of things have been added to all of the products that we consume, even some of the water
12:02that we drink to dumb us down.
12:06So just slow down a little bit, people.
12:09Again, I don't know who I'm speaking to.
12:11I'm only speaking from real life experiences, but just slow down, people.
12:15Turn your labels over when you're in the store.
12:17Take a minute to pause.
12:19Can you pronounce that word that's on that label?
12:23Because if you don't know what it is, then why are you consuming it?
12:31Listen, it's just deep.
12:32I'm going to get off it, because again, I could spend a whole episode taking it there.
12:39Wow.
12:40We hear Song of the Day, Life in the Fast Lane, from the Eagles, 1976, offer their album, Hotel California.
12:49Again, I'm going to move on.
12:50I'm going to move on.
12:51But I just want to talk about how convenience eating impacts both your long-term health and long-term financial
12:58stability.
13:00Because if your health is no good, you ain't going to be able to go to the job.
13:04You ain't going to be able to stand on your feet for long periods of time to get that money.
13:08You're not going to be able to do the things that you need to do to get the bag.
13:11That's why you got to take care of your temple.
13:15Take care of your body so that you can be in it for the long run.
13:20I spoke the other night about longevity, being in this game for a long period of time.
13:25Trust and believe that the celebrities, the elite, the people who know what they're doing out there,
13:31they're not consuming all of these things like they put out there like they really are doing it.
13:36I'm going to get off of this.
13:37I'm going to get off of this and get into my special guest tonight.
13:42So we have a special guest tonight.
13:45I wanted to join in, and I definitely wanted to invite him on Transformational Tuesday.
13:49So we have another recording artist, Anthony Truhill, joining in.
13:54Y'all go ahead and give him a round of applause.
14:07What's going on?
14:08What's going on?
14:08How are you?
14:09I'm doing pretty good, man.
14:11How are you?
14:12I'm doing good.
14:13I'm doing good.
14:14Sometimes I get a little passionate and I go on a little tangent.
14:17That's what's going on tonight.
14:20I get you on that.
14:22Fast food, fast life.
14:25And we do have to, you know, treat our body and treat our temple the right way.
14:31And, you know what I mean?
14:33Absolutely.
14:34Yeah.
14:34Because if we don't take care of ourselves, who's going to take care of us?
14:38Exactly, man.
14:39Exactly.
14:41All right.
14:42So this is a classic, an introduction, which I do here on the 4-on-1 podcast.
14:48So we started off as a phone conversation back in 2020.
14:52I started calling some of my closest friends and was like, what's going on?
14:56What's the 4-on-1?
14:57And that's how the podcast started.
14:59So I always ask people, where are you calling from?
15:02So let us know what area you're representing.
15:06Well, I'm from Pablo, Colorado.
15:09Born and raised, man.
15:12I've been here for quite a few years.
15:18I've been back and forth.
15:21I've been to Denver.
15:22And, you know, when I was younger, lived up there, came back down to Pablo, started living here a little
15:33bit throughout middle school, high school, little parts of high school.
15:38Then I moved out to Washington State, you know.
15:42Oh, wow.
15:43Wow.
15:45I know that why people would want to go to Colorado.
15:50I've heard about people wanting to go to Colorado.
15:52What was Washington State like?
15:54Was that boring?
15:56It was unique and new.
15:59I got to see a lot of the naval ships.
16:01I was really fascinated about naval ships and how big they are.
16:07They're huge.
16:10I got to go on base, you know, move stuff around for, you know, the Navy guys and stuff like
16:17that.
16:17And it was a really good opportunity to see that.
16:21And it was a really good opportunity to go on both bases.
16:26I've been on both bases up there.
16:28The submarine base, I've been over there moving people back and forth from their house to a different place.
16:37It was a really good experience.
16:39Got to meet a lot of cool people, though.
16:42So, now, were you in the military or you just worked?
16:46I just worked in a moving company for a while.
16:50And we moved people all the way around, especially people that were in the military.
16:58We moved them a lot because they're always moving around a lot.
17:04Back and forth from different countries.
17:07And, you know, I've seen a lot of nationalities, you know, and they're really good people, really cool people.
17:14And they back, you know, I enjoyed their company and they enjoyed mine, you know.
17:21That sounds awesome.
17:22You said a lot of different nationalities.
17:24I want to stay on this topic for a minute because I love music.
17:30That's what my podcast was based on when I first started in 2020.
17:36And there is an artist.
17:39She's part of a group called TLC.
17:43You know who TLC is?
17:46I probably heard of them.
17:48No.
17:49Okay.
17:50So, if you haven't heard of TLC, I'm going to have to end this show right now.
17:54So, I know you heard of them because I'm going to name a couple songs and you're going to be
17:58like, okay, I got it.
18:00Now, if you don't get it from the first one, you'll definitely get it from the second one.
18:03So, I'm sure you've heard, have you ever heard a song called Waterfalls?
18:07Yeah.
18:08And I'm sure you, I'm sure you heard of the song No Scrubs, right?
18:13Yeah, definitely.
18:14All right.
18:14So, you know who they are.
18:16So, there's a, there's a, one of them.
18:19There was T-Boz, left eye, and then left eye passed away and there's Chile.
18:25So, I normally don't do this, but I'm just putting it out there because I want to make a statement
18:29because I do stick up for her at this moment.
18:32But I don't do politics or anything like that, but they're trying to say that she was supporting 47, which
18:39is our 47th president, sending donations in undercover and all of these other things.
18:45Whatever, here or there, people choose whoever they want.
18:49But then, they decided to say that, or give her slack, and I want to see what people say about
18:57this because this is fresh and new.
18:58I saw this today.
19:01That they were giving her slack because she says all lives matter.
19:08Now, I want to say, what's your take on all lives matter?
19:12I believe my take on all lives matter is everybody matters.
19:18Every life, every human being, even pregnant women that say that, you know, the baby, the baby lives matter too,
19:31you know what I mean?
19:32Even though they haven't deceived them yet, they're still living, you know?
19:38All lives matter.
19:39Yeah.
19:40It's not only one life, all lives matter.
19:43We all matter, you know?
19:44Even in God's eyes, we matter to him, you know?
19:49Yeah, yeah.
19:51So, ladies and gentlemen, please give Chili a break.
19:55I don't know what they're getting ready to do to her.
19:57I think it's part of the system, part of the plan because they're going on tour.
20:01So, of course, there's always some scandal.
20:04Somebody's always getting naked, having a photo exposed, something's getting leaked.
20:09There's always some drama before someone goes on tour and album comes out.
20:12I think that this is just part of the plan.
20:15People call me a conspiracist, Siri, whatever they call, whatever they say.
20:18But good.
20:19Call me whatever you want to call me.
20:21But it's no coincidence that they're getting ready to go on tour and this stuff gets exposed.
20:25And who cares what president they like?
20:28I don't choose one side.
20:29Left side, right side.
20:31It's all part of the same bird is what I believe.
20:33But don't hate on her for saying all lives matter because it's the truth.
20:38It's the truth.
20:40It is absolutely crazy.
20:45So, speaking of artists, you are an artist.
20:48Yes, sir.
20:50Do you get concerned with what you say and what you don't say?
20:54What platforms you come on?
20:55Do you worry about what people are going to say, even with the music that you put out?
21:01Is that always a concern when you come out of the studio?
21:07Sometimes it is.
21:09I do have some sort of concern.
21:11What if I could say something a little bit different than what I say?
21:14You know?
21:15I'm always trying to be careful in what I say.
21:18I talked to my cousin, Antonio.
21:23He tells me, it's good, it's good.
21:26And I'm the biggest critic of my own music.
21:30But, you know, in the end, it puts out, you know?
21:34It puts out.
21:35I get what, you know, my point of cost.
21:39To the people.
21:41I guess that's good that you have somebody that you support, that you love, you know, that can help support
21:48you as well.
21:49But for me, I say, don't be reckless, of course, people.
21:57There's people out there that you have to make sure you don't offend.
22:02If you want to have people love you and have fans and followers, you've got to conduct yourself accordingly.
22:10But I just think it's a shame when people are silenced for speaking the truth.
22:17When people are silenced or cut off or it's just crazy out there.
22:23It's crazy today.
22:24It really is.
22:24Some of the things that you can't say, but yet people can get away with other things.
22:30Interesting to me.
22:31Oh, it's interesting to me.
22:34They get offended once you start saying Jesus.
22:39They right away, oh, oh.
22:41And they want to pass you off and call you names and put you down.
22:48But we just got to remember when we say Jesus, Jesus was, you know, persecuted for what, you know, and
23:00died on the cross for our sins.
23:02You know, we're just trying to get it out there one way or another.
23:06Yeah, and I always say that if they did it to Jesus, what makes you think that they won't do
23:11it to you?
23:14Exactly.
23:14So, and where that comes from, even myself, I signed a contract maybe a year ago.
23:24And I was coaching and giving financial advice, but I do give it from the biblical perspective because the Bible,
23:3575% of it has to deal with money.
23:38When Jesus was having his conversations out and about, most of those conversations were about money and being a good
23:50steward.
23:51So, in any case, a couple people on this specific platform were highly offended when I started to speak from
24:02the Bible.
24:03So, I know exactly where you're coming from.
24:06And then I'm thinking to myself, wait a minute, let me check this out.
24:09So, I can't speak about the truth because the word is the truth, but some of these things that people
24:17are speaking about and conducting themselves on this platform are just so wicked and it's from the enemy.
24:23So, the enemy gets celebrated, but Jesus, we have to be silent.
24:29So, yeah, I had a problem with that.
24:30So, but in any case, that's why we got Black Diamond Consultations Network and I can speak and I can
24:36do what I want to do here.
24:38So, yeah, it is what it is.
24:41Yeah.
24:46So, before we move on, go ahead and let everybody know where they can follow you at, your social media
24:53platforms and everything.
24:55My social media platform, I'm on, what is it, YouTube, I'm on YouTube, I haven't posted anything on YouTube yet,
25:07I will be, this coming soon I'll start posting some of my music and stuff like that, what I've been
25:15doing.
25:15I've been mostly posting on Antonio's, his platform of YouTube and stuff when we do our music and some of
25:26his platform.
25:30But I am on TikTok, Instagram, and I think that's what I got, Facebook.
25:43I do have a Facebook too, so.
25:46So, how can they follow you?
25:48So, is there a specific handle name or they type your name in a certain way and you'll come up?
25:54How do people get in touch with you?
25:56They can get in touch with me on my Instagram.
26:00It's my name, Anthony, JP Treehill.
26:04They can get in touch with me there.
26:07Start following me on there.
26:10I have to, you know, get my other platforms, you know, correctly and stuff.
26:15I'm changing things, you know, as I progress in my faith and stuff, so.
26:21Yeah, that's, I will tell you that you start off one way and you finish another.
26:26Because when I first started off in 2020, I had no idea that it would be what it is today.
26:33But then I have to look back at what I've done before and I've been very creative since I was
26:41a child.
26:41So, I think I'm 45 years old now.
26:44When I was 11 years old, what did that look like?
26:48And how many different things I started and they failed and I didn't know what was what.
26:52And so, yeah, it's an evolution.
26:57It's, it's the process of, you know, God saying, uh, that I really don't approve of that.
27:04And then, okay, well, how can I change this?
27:07And then, you know, he shows me a way.
27:13Why don't you start something new?
27:15Well, okay, then I'll start something new, you know, the God and the path of righteousness, you know, starts coming
27:23together.
27:24And it's like, oh, I'm seeing what he's, you know, doing, you know.
27:30Now, how would you describe your music?
27:33I'm like a, I was thinking of this yesterday, too.
27:36And it's so mystical that I'm going down this path.
27:39But for me, when I listen to music, I have people who go back and forth.
27:44They're like, Laren, you're always listening to the beats.
27:46I'm like, yes, because I love big beats and I love soulful music.
27:51So I love hip hop soul.
27:53I love to feel as if you're in a club and it's about to go down.
27:58But then you just get this soulful vibe that just takes you to a whole nother place.
28:03And you're like, did that really just happen?
28:04Am I like rocking in a club or, you know, it's a beautiful.
28:09A whole blend of both is the best way I can describe it.
28:12Now, some people, when they listen to music, they go right for the lyrics first.
28:16They want to hear what the people are saying.
28:18I need the beat to captivate me first.
28:21And then I'm going to go back and listen to what you're saying.
28:25So how would you describe your music?
28:27Is it more hip hop or is it R&B?
28:31Is it soulful?
28:31Is it pop?
28:33And do we get the big beats or are we going to be more focused on the lyrics?
28:40Um, I started out with just beats, you know, something that would get people going, you know, and then I'll
28:50lay down the lyrics for that beat, gospel, try to keep it, you know, spiritual.
28:58So the more I think of spiritual, the more and more I can think of how I can put a
29:06beat into a spiritual way.
29:08You know, I want people to, um, to be worshiping along with me as well as enjoying the music as
29:20well.
29:20You know, I believe that that is a great, um, I want to say path to go down and a
29:28opportunity that is getting ready to explode.
29:32And I don't think people are ready because I was listening to something which is called trap gospel.
29:39And when I tell you that you don't even realize what you're listening to until you start to really pay
29:46attention to the lyrics and you're like, wow, but it's just so dope.
29:52And the beats are just so amazing.
29:54And what they're talking about, of course, is the truth.
29:57And only thing that I could say is, um, it's very transformative.
30:02We were here on transformational Tuesday music like that is very transformative because if you continue to listen to that
30:10over a long period of time, trust and believe your life will never be the same.
30:15And in a, in a, in a, in a, in a good way, in a good way, in a good
30:19way.
30:20So in a good way, go ahead.
30:23I'm sorry.
30:25Um, before I got into, uh, the spiritual and putting it into music, I was kind of in the, um,
30:37like on the, on, how would you say, um, on defense.
30:45Sitting on the fence.
30:47I got a word for, it's called lukewarm, lukewarm, lukewarm, listen to, you know, hip hop nowadays, and then kind
30:59of, you know, being lukewarm, listening to gospel too, and trying to figure out how I want to change this
31:07to this and stuff like that.
31:08Um, and I catch myself doing it, uh, here and there, but like, I have to like stop myself and
31:15say, okay, you know, what would be, you know, for God, you know, what would he, um, approve of, of
31:25what I'm going to put out.
31:26Um, you know, because before that I was listening and then I wanted to be like, I can change this
31:33to this and then I can, you know what I mean?
31:36Take what they're saying, but put it into gospel, but what they're saying is evil.
31:41And then, you know, I, I, I can't do that.
31:46I have to be one sided about it.
31:49You know, I know, I know a lot of people get, um, they're very conflicted with this because they believe
31:57that if they are for God, that they can't listen to secular music.
32:03They can't listen to, you know, certain things, but you can listen to, and again, this is just me.
32:12I mean, you figure it out, you get into the word, you do your own, but for me personally, I
32:20can listen to certain songs, but I have to be very careful because of what the message is, because whatever
32:28we listen to, whatever we are around,
32:31whatever is repeated over a period of time, that becomes our reality that is downloaded into our system and you,
32:43you can listen to it, but just be very careful because if you're listening to some reckless things, that's like
32:48saying, no, we're going to go and, you know, shoot them up and this and that, the next, the other.
32:55If you continue to listen to that type of music, you're going to develop that mentality and you're going to
33:00have that type of anger.
33:01You're going to have that type of resentment buried deep down inside and you won't even know where it's coming
33:06from.
33:09Yeah, especially when you look at depression, people that are dealing with a lot of psychological problems and they're putting
33:20it to the music.
33:22People sometimes don't realize you're taking up whatever demons that person's going through and it's being attached to you as
33:31you constantly listen to it and you're not in your Bible and you're not being with God and stuff like
33:39that.
33:40It comes down on you heavier because they're feeling it.
33:45Yeah, because you don't have any protection, you don't have anything to back it up, see the word and staying
33:50in the scripture is helping you combat whatever we deal with in the world because we got to get up,
33:57we got to go to work, we got to deal with people.
33:59So it's not like you can sit there and read your Bible all day.
34:04So you use that as a shield of protection to help you be able to interact and navigate in the
34:12everyday world.
34:12So you're absolutely right when you're listening to these things and if you haven't done your homework and you haven't
34:18done your research prior to you going in, you're just setting yourself up to be attacked from all different directions.
34:25And that's why you got to be very careful about the music that you listen to, the people that you're
34:31around, the things that you consume, the things that you watch on TV, because all of that downloads into your
34:39system.
34:40And speaking of the people that you're around, I'll say this again because I've said it many a times, that
34:47you are only an average of the five closest people that you surround yourself with, only an average.
34:52So if you're listening to certain music, you might say, hey, Laren, I don't have that many people that I'm
34:58around.
34:58I keep my friends to a minimum.
35:00Cool.
35:00But that music that you listen to, consider that a friend.
35:03That TV show that you listen to, consider that a friend.
35:06And the friend that you do talk to, consider that a friend because it is, you know what I'm saying?
35:12So go through all of the lists of the avenues.
35:16I don't really have that many friends.
35:18Well, guess what?
35:19Do you talk to people and interact with people at work?
35:21You're going to have to consider some of them friends.
35:24So think about the average.
35:26You're only an average of the five people that you put together.
35:29And you're not even any better than them.
35:32You're only an average.
35:32You're not even an average.
35:35So.
35:36Yep.
35:39It's all that.
35:41It's you get it.
35:44Even if you have to start your own devotion, devotional every morning, you know, do it three times a day.
35:52You know, when you get a break, be like, I got an appointment with God right now.
35:58And then go pray and do your devotional, you know, talk, sit and talk with God.
36:04You know, if you have lunch, have lunch with God, you know.
36:09You know, that is so interesting that you say that, too, because a lot of people, they have a hard
36:17time being by themselves.
36:18I spoke about how, you know, you're an average of the five closest people.
36:22Well, a lot of people want to have so many people attached to them because that's just I think that
36:30they're running away from something that they don't understand.
36:32So they feel that they need to attach themselves to so many different people to make themselves feel better.
36:40Like, that's going to make them feel better.
36:42So you said, you know, if you when you go have lunch, have lunch with God, a lot of people
36:49can't do that.
36:51Are you a type of person that you need to be around a lot of people or you're OK with,
36:57you know, being with a select few or by yourself?
37:02I'm OK with being with a select few.
37:05I'm really OK with being by myself.
37:08It gets me, you know, thinking about, OK, what what can I do with this little time that, you know,
37:18I can spend?
37:19I can talk to God, you know, pops up in my head.
37:22I can talk to God.
37:23Then I start praying, talking to God, telling him about the the the hours that in between from the morning
37:30time when I talk to him from the time that I get to my lunch.
37:34And then I talk to him about things that I seen, you know, how how do I approach, you know,
37:45some of my sins?
37:47You know, I know that I have scripture, I have his word, reciting scripture every time I feel like I'm
37:55going to be I get this attack that's going to come.
37:58I'm preparing myself, you know, raising my shield and of faith and keeping my faith with God and holding on
38:08to him and trying to keep my eyes on the cross and keep my eyes on Jesus, you know, just
38:15moving forward, you know.
38:18Hmm. That's that's amazing. That is amazing. A lot of people cannot say that.
38:26Now your music, do you have your album out yet? Is it coming out?
38:34Should be. We got one week. It should be coming out one week.
38:43And what what's the title? What's.
38:48So you said one week, one year.
38:52One week to a year should be coming out and the title of it's the turn, the return.
39:00OK, yes. Now.
39:04What would you say so far? Is it is it done yet or is it still a work in progress?
39:11I just finished one song.
39:17Biweekly is what I'm going for to finish each song.
39:23OK.
39:26OK, so so now what is what's that like?
39:31What's the process of the title?
39:35It's.
39:38They knew Don.
39:40If I can. OK, so.
39:43So, yeah, go ahead and elaborate a little bit.
39:46So how did you come up with that concept?
39:51Me and my cousin was sitting there and I wrote out the song and I was just like, I can't
39:57I can't figure out the name of this.
40:00So we started going through names and he goes the Don and I was like the Don.
40:07He goes, Don, new era.
40:09I was like, all right, I get it.
40:12I get it.
40:12I was like that that that that's perfect for this song.
40:16So we named the song right after I wrote it, the Don, because the return is like me coming back
40:24with all new new stuff, new era, trying to reach all all the listeners out there.
40:34You know, repentance is what I'm speaking about and then trying to trying to figure out, you know, how I
40:47can put my story and my walk of faith in it.
40:54You know, that sounds dope.
40:59That sounds dope.
41:00And you're going on a whole journey.
41:02So you got a plan set up.
41:05So I definitely would love to have you come back once we get the whole finished product.
41:11Talk about the whole album and how that whole, you know, process evolved over a period of time because you're
41:19on a journey right now.
41:20So if you're just getting started, yeah, next year around this time, we'll have you come back.
41:29Yeah, maybe I can, you know, bring on a song or something or, you know, shoot a song to you
41:36and, you know, see how, you know, have you listened to it, you know.
41:43Oh, yeah, no doubt.
41:46Yeah, we definitely will do that.
41:47We could do that.
41:48But so I want to thank you for coming on.
41:53Now, we got to head out of here so we can pay some bills soon.

43:02I definitely do appreciate you for coming on and sharing your story.
43:08Anytime, man.
43:09And it's I'm trying to get, you know, the word out there, you know, trying to I'm trying to do

43:46All right.
43:47Take care now.
43:59Ladies and gentlemen, there you have it.
44:01That was Anthony True Hill.
44:03New music coming soon.
44:06I have to say that this is the first time that I have really had a rapper go in and
44:14speak about bringing something new to the game as far as, you know, more spiritual.
44:20Now, again, like I said before, it's out there.
44:23I heard Trap Gospel for the first time this month.
44:26And I was like thrown back because it is some dope music.
44:30I'm telling you, you really have to go ahead and listen to it because of the beats.
44:35Everything is amazing.
44:36Just like, you know, you listen to regular hip hop records, even some of the gospel, which this has already
44:43been happening anyway.
44:44But it's like, you know, R&B type ish music.
44:49And you got to really listen to the lyrics to understand what you're listening to.
44:54But that's what I'm talking about for me personally is that feel is that vibe is to beat that.
45:00That's what captivates me in the first place.
45:02So but again, it takes a special type of person to be able to appreciate that music.
45:09And I believe it takes a real person because you have to go through some things to understand and know
45:15what really is out there.
45:18So that that's amazing.
45:21So, ladies and gentlemen, before we get on up out of here, please make sure you go ahead and head
