01:08So the Morning Roaster Podcast is about things that you can do.
01:12We always talk about the first 60 to 90 minutes of your morning, the way that you start your
01:18morning sets the trajectory for the rest of your day.
01:21So if you start your morning, just focus on, you know, getting some things done, maybe
01:26tidying up some things around the house.
01:28Yeah, it has that same reflection that the inner has the same reflection of the outer.
01:35So my luck, my bad, but we're going to go over some of the laws of the universe.
01:43And we're also, that's what we're going to be talking about this morning.
01:48So yes, and this episode is prerecorded, but we're going to be talking about that this
01:53morning.

01:55So today's episode is how universal laws guide daily productivity.
01:59Once again, I told you that this episode is for the morning, for the morning rises.
02:05And we, we, we talk about things, uh, like I said, without talking about doing the shadow
02:09work, it really focuses on, uh, a person's, uh, uh, discipline and, uh, the way that they
02:17see themselves and how we could grow, uh, together, both naturally, uh, both physically, uh, naturally.
02:25We also talk about the things you eat as well.
02:27So we have many things you can go to, uh, daily motion.com and look up, uh, the morning
02:31roasted podcast that we have, uh, I believe this is episode 20.

03:25as I usually do.
03:26Once again, this episode is called how, how universal laws guide daily productivity.
03:31So first off, I'm going to help you to understand what universal laws are.
03:35There are different types of laws that govern the universe and all these things, uh, align
03:42or, or, or, or, or, or not aligned with, uh, you know, some of these, some of these laws,
03:50you know, you can break, break these laws.
03:51And, uh, some of these laws are used, uh, they, they all are tailored around energy.
03:56So whatever you put out is what you get back.
03:58So all these universal laws are basically tailored around, tailored around energy.
04:02Every person, every human being, every dog, every, every countertop, every cup is a vibration.
04:12It's everything that you see around you is energy.
04:16I don't care what it is, man.
04:17I don't care what it is.
04:18This Mike's podcast, Mike that I'm talking into is energy.
04:21If I was to get a magnifying glass and I was to magnify to its highest, you know, times,
04:27whatever that may be, um, I would see, uh, this solid, uh, form will turn into floating
04:35energy.
04:35The more that I magnet magnify to a certain area of this, uh, this podcast, Mike, then I
04:42would get to a point where it's so magnified that you would just see the end of particles
04:46floating around in it.
04:47So everything that you see is energy and, uh, uh, there, so with so much energy and so
04:52much, uh, positive energy doesn't die.
04:54So, uh, some negative energy gets sent, sent your way.
04:58What you have to do is you have to learn how to alchemize, alchemizing energy is probably
05:03one of the hardest thing you will ever be able to learn how to do in this earth, but
05:07it is taking that energy, accepting it and turning it into positive energy.
05:11So to alchemize means to restore that energy back to a positive form.
05:16Um, it's kind of hard because it has to go through a process and those processes, that
05:21process is your emotion.
05:24So someone sends you some negative energy.
05:27It's not for you to try to get out of that energy is for you to, uh, stay in that
05:32energy
05:32and learn how to alchemize that energy and turn that energy, uh, into something, uh, positive
05:38finding the silver line and not only find the silver line, you can find the silver line
05:42and of what you're going through, but you could still be suffering.
05:45And that's not how you alchemize energy, how you alchemize energy is, is, is seeing the
05:51outcome despite, despite the feeling.
05:55So just say someone says some word curse, things like that, you know what I mean?
05:59And how you alchemize that energy when it latches on to you.
06:02So it speaks poverty, whatever on you, whatever you have to already see yourself beyond the
06:07current situation or current, uh, circumstance of where you are, you know, I'm already 10 years
06:12up the road, you know what I mean? I may be going through something right now, but my mindset
06:16is way since like 30 years from here.
06:20You know what I mean? I'll just look at this as just like a rough patch or something I have
06:23to go through. But my mindset is already, I'm already 60 years old.
06:28I'm already thinking about me being 60 years old with grandkids setting up like I'm, I'm 30
06:33years away, you know, but you still have to go through wherever you have to go through
06:37now, but you have to learn alchemy. The highest skill that you can learn dealing with any type
06:43of, uh, um, energy is alchemy, energy, alchemy. So you has to learn how to alchemize energy.
06:51That is the number one skill set that you are going to need to learn how to do, uh, especially
06:56when you vibrate high as well. Um, so, uh, how universal laws got daily productivity. Uh, number
07:05one is, um, I start my day with intention, not reaction. So you start your day with intention
07:12and I'm going to tell you something, man, you can start your day with intention. You have
07:15to intentionally want to get up. You have to intentionally want to brush your teeth. You
07:19have to intentionally want to take a bath. You have to, you have to start your day with
07:23intention. How do you start your day with intention? You have to already have a goal set
07:27in mind see the goal the goal is uh intention has no aim if if you don't have a goal
07:36i don't have
07:37to have intention to wait to wake up if i have nothing to do so you have to set a
07:41small goal i
07:42don't care if it's going to the post office i don't care if it's going to buy cornflakes
07:46but that helps you to wake up with intention i don't and i hate to say it like this but
07:53i'm
07:54just keep it real with you if you set a goal that i'm just i'm going to go get some
07:58weed tomorrow
07:59i'm going to go re-up tomorrow and i hate to say it like that because this is not the
08:03channel for
08:03that but i'm just saying no they have illegal marijuana but if you're running out of weed
08:07and you need to go get some weed you're you that is a goal that you have so when you
08:12wake up you know
08:13the next day that you wake up you have an intention and when you start your day with intention you
08:18are
08:18going to execute the task of going to execute to do and accomplish that goal what you need to do
08:23now you need to take that same uh structure and you can apply to anything in life so you can
08:31apply that to anything in life i don't i don't care if you you uh uh you drink you smoke
08:37you have a
08:38family member you want to go see out of town you have uh you have to get up and go
08:42to work you have
08:43to go feed the dog you know whatever you whatever goal that you have that uh that is what gives
08:50you
08:50intention to wake up so you have to set a goal my goal is to tomorrow i'm going to feed
08:55i'm going
08:56to feed the dog i'm going to go by the u-haul place i'm going to do i'm going to
09:00stop by the
09:01cleaners that's some things that i have to do and uh when i wake up it it uh initiates uh
09:06something in
09:07me that helps me to start my day with intention so i start my day with intention not reaction this
09:12is
09:12what reaction is reaction is that when you wake up you or do not feel like waking up so your
09:18reaction
09:19to that is to be disgruntled your reaction to that is to have an attitude so you cannot start
09:23the day off with reaction you start the day off with intention see reaction is saying man it's early
09:28it's loud i don't feel like getting up but intention says despite all those things i still have a goal
09:34to accomplish i still got to go get get some some some weed i hate to say i don't smoke
09:39but i still got
09:40to go feed the dog i still need to go to the post office i still need to go get
09:43groceries i still need to
09:45you know i still need to uh make this uh plan i still need to write this uh planner and
09:51do an event
09:51whatever you have to do so what i want to help you to understand is that you have to have
09:56a goal to
09:56wake up with intention and it doesn't matter how small the goal is it matters about the in the uh
10:03the intention you waking up with intention you need to set small goals so you can wake up with a
10:08purpose without a goal you have no purpose so set a small goal and with that small goal it helps
10:15you
10:15to wake up with intention i don't care if you say man i gotta get them i gotta get i'm
10:18gonna get up
10:19and make breakfast tomorrow just set small goals for tomorrow morning and you can see how that changes
10:24your life even if you don't feel like it if you still do it once you knock that off the
10:28list it just
10:29gives it gives you an adrenaline rush it gives you a dopamine hit that i accomplished something that i set
10:35my mind to and you just continually to be consistent and do that in small steps with everything that you
10:41do and you can see yourself and visualize and feel the feeling of you getting those small wins it's not
10:48about winning the lottery or getting one big win it's about you setting small goals accomplishing those
10:54small goals knocking them off your list and then you have a visual you have evidence in a visual
10:59the visual evidence that you are accomplishing something and you are make getting small wins
11:06i'm in one day i'm in one day i just had to wash the dishes wash the dishes and do
11:11laundry uh just
11:12something simple and i think it was something else i said man i just started making up small goals
11:18uh wrote wrote a list of small goals uh uh turn turn the tv off turn the tv off wipe
11:25the counter down
11:26just small goals and uh i just started right there so turn the tv off man so when i wrote
11:32the list down
11:33turn the tv off so i turned the tv off i marked it off you know i marked it off
11:36the list wiped down the
11:37counter i wiped off the counter and knocked it off but when i got done with that small list that
11:42people
11:42felt like that was uh it was just uh a list of stupidity or just normal things that you can
11:48that you
11:48should do anyways but when i got done with that list it gave me a dopamine hit of i knocked
11:54off
11:54everything on the list and i felt like i accomplished something you know what i mean even
11:59don't know how small it was but i still made steps toward accomplishing it and what i did is i
12:04started
12:04doing that with little things every day so i'm i'm looking at myself get these small wins it's not
12:10like one big win like i'm just winning but those small wins and those small steps lead to me being
12:16able
12:16to do something consistently whether i feel like it or not because i'm seeing myself getting i'm starting
12:22get addicted to winning how do you get addicted to winning in life you get addicted to winning
12:27by prepping yourself by just knocking off little small goals just have you a little bitty
12:33a little bitty uh tablet i haven't heard that word in a long time little bitty
12:37a little have you a small uh a small tablet and just start right small things say man you know
12:43what
12:43uh today i'm gonna i don't care what it is man uh get uh get in the shower you know
12:49what i mean
12:49uh get in the shower blow dry my hair wash clothes uh fold clothes uh you know watch uh turn
12:57turn watch
12:58the news i don't care whatever it is that you do you know what i mean i look at stocks
13:01and i do i do
13:02other things as well so i have my own routine that i do when i wake up in the morning
13:06but whatever the
13:07smallest thing there i don't care if it's go start to write down small things that uh can help you
13:15to
13:15get accustomed to winning you know what i mean get accustomed to make getting those small wins
13:20every day it's not about the big wins but just little bitty little stuff man i need if you need
13:26to go to the store write it down first if you already know without a shadow of a doubt you're
13:30going grocery shopping write it down first if you already know without a shadow of a doubt
13:34you have to put the groceries up just go go to the grocery store put the groceries up start to
13:40prep
13:40dinner whatever you need to do things that you are going to do anyways write those things down and
13:44start to knock them off your list and then what that does is it is a it is a mental
13:50it is a
13:53brainwash not kind of like a brainwash but it is rewiring your brain to get used to winning to
13:59getting getting wins getting those small wins because you you you're seeing you're knocking stuff
14:04off your list things you were going to do anyway but now you are more um you are more uh
14:10accustomed
14:11uh to winning you are more accustomed to knocking off goals and then once you get to those bigger
14:16goals that you have to knock off you are really in the mo you already have motion so a lot
14:21of times
14:21people think man this person has motion he's doing this he's doing that but it all starts with the
14:25small win you have to get used to winning with those small things and then when it comes to
14:29knocking big things off your list like it's you're using that same energy that same that same mindset
14:36to knock the big things off the list but you started with just you know what I mean wiping off
14:39the countertop you started with just you know writing small things down but your brain is rewiring
14:44itself saying man I'm I'm I'm winning I'm getting small wins everything that I had on my list that was
14:49I went I went to the store I went and got some I went and got some uh some weed
14:54I went by the liquor store
14:55I went and got the groceries this little stuff on your list now I'm not you know I can't tell
15:01you
15:01what to do but I'm I'm saying this in in a point that you can take your own daily natural
15:06habits that
15:07you do and then you can start to knock those things off the list and see yourself accomplishing things
15:12and then once you knock everything off your list you can say man it got to a point where I
15:16said man is
15:16there anything else I want I can do I got so used to winning that I wanted to add things
15:20to the list just
15:21so I could accomplish it and that's where I kind of integrated or move forward into finding more
15:27things to accomplish it didn't start with all one day I just woke up and I'm just like uh come
15:32on brain
15:33we're gonna rule the world you know like pinky in the brain that's not how it happened it just started
15:37it happened with just small things and and I started to get used to getting those small
15:43insignificant what people felt like was insignificant wins people be like why are you happy you know what I
15:48mean this this just has to do with me you know why because I wiped off the countertop and I
15:53shaved
15:53today I shaved I wiped out the countertop you know what I'm saying I there's certain things that I did
15:58my own uh personal wins that no one knew about that keeps me happy and after I may get those
16:03small wins
16:04you know what I do I treat myself you know what I'm saying I treat I treat myself it may
16:08be to
16:09man instead of making coffee at home I might get uh coffee somewhere else so you know I just find
16:14little ways to treat myself for accomplishing small goals that people feel like are insignificant
16:19but they don't know why I'm happy but they don't know I made on my own personal list and my
16:23own
16:23personal goals that may be stupid or insignificant to them but it's it's to me I'm I'm I'm I'm gaining
16:30motion I'm I'm getting small wins that no one ever knows about because I just set my own personal
16:36a win for you uh main um win for me may not be a win for you but it helps
16:40me with my own personal
16:42life and it helps me to stay consistent with uh getting small things done it makes me want to
16:46want to stay in that flow of getting things done so that's one way to to stay happy within yourself
16:52knowing within yourself you're you're getting a lot done from these small things but you want to get
16:56your mind uh you want to get your mind in that state of making those small wins by just doing
17:02things
17:03that other people may seem like it's insignificant but just make a small list and start that and once you
17:08look at that list and if you have six things on there you already knocked off five and it may
17:12look
17:12like some but it works man just try it you know try for the next seven days and you'll you'll
17:17start to
17:17see yourself making a lot of progress and finding other things to do okay so but I start my day
17:23with
17:23intention I remind myself that my thoughts and intentions shape the direction of my day so you know
17:30that's why it's so uh important to make that small list and get those wins because your intentions and
17:35your your thoughts uh shape the direction of your day so if your thoughts already have a already has
17:41a target see it's so it's so easy to uh uh get distracted when you don't have a target for
17:48your
17:48thoughts to to to go towards like if I know that I have to do some marketing my thoughts are
17:53already on
17:53I know I need to do this so my I don't have time for my thoughts to be distracted because
17:58my thoughts
17:58already have they already have a target uh or somewhere that they need to be so you know I mean
18:05but when you don't have a target I don't let me let me tell you something I don't care if
18:08you watch
18:09a certain show every Thursday when it comes around that time on Thursday your mind automatically is
18:15drawn towards I know that my show is about to come on that's the same thing that you do with
18:21anything
18:21else in life I know that this show is going to come on I know I'm going to have to
18:25watch it okay
18:25that's the you take that same strategy and you just apply it to anything else in life some things will
18:32be harder harder than the next but the same but that same strategy applies to everything you do
18:37in life uh and and you have to expect some type of resistance man maybe you know one time I
18:43was
18:43going to going to the store my phone rang I had to go I had to go somewhere else and
18:48then come back so
18:49there are going to be little uh little uh uh uh things in the universe they're going to see if
18:55you
18:55if you're really going to want to accomplish what you want to accomplish there's going to be some type of
19:00interference and but are you still going to take care of the business that you say you were going
19:04to take care of despite the slight uh the slight uh inconvenience
19:11so um you know you'll just have to uh continue to move forward but instead of reacting to emails
19:17uh stress uh distractions first thing in the morning uh I set a clear purpose for what I want to
19:23accomplish and I usually do that the day before at first I did it the day of I will wake
19:28up and I
19:29have a list of things I wanted to do but now when you uh like I said when you start
19:33to get
19:34consistent you can do it the day before you know like with my with my uh with my daughter so
19:40when I
19:41when I used to have uh my daughter what I would do is the day the day of I would
19:46probably you know
19:47do a hair for school get the clothes out but as I started to uh you know get into the
19:53rhythm of
19:54things you know what I'm saying I would do things the day before I would pack the lunch the day
19:57before I would put her earn her clothes and put them out the day before I would have her take
20:02take a bath the day before you know uh before school and when she wakes up and she's already
20:07ready and prepared so a lot of things that I do now when dealing with business I learned throughout
20:12my experience of life of being a dad a husband uh a brother being uh you know a lot of
20:18those things
20:19are basically the same exact thing you're just using it in another way so you don't have to
20:24complicate life to the point about uh being ahead or making sure that things so that same that same
20:30uh aspect of life of me getting my child ready for school when she when she was a lot younger
20:37and she's she's older now but getting getting her ready for school I applied that to the same thing
20:43in my chef career so when I worked as a national chef I was thinking okay man we're starting to
20:47run out
20:48of certain supplies I need to go ahead and get these things uh order these things on the truck and
20:53and
20:53and refill the stock so the same thing is I know that so we won't have to uh we won't
20:58have to order
20:59these things last minute and then we'll be running around so I don't want to get her get her dressed
21:03last minute and then we're running late and then I got to explain the thing uh explaining to the
21:07principal oh this is the third time you're late in this net so what we want to do we want
21:10to get ahead
21:10of that to avoid that argument and then what we want to do when I worked as a chef is
21:15we want to get
21:16these items in and we want to get these items in uh so that we won't have to run into
21:21an argument
21:21if someone said man okay do you guys have the chicken parm ready or do you have this oh man
21:26we're still waiting on mozzarella why are we still waiting on these things and we already knew ahead
21:29of time uh just from our experience that these things need to be done so a lot of things that
21:35you
21:35already do in life right now is the same thing that you just have to apply to a different uh
21:41scenario
21:42or situation so you know this is the exact same thing it's just it matters about your intention
21:47and your thought and where you choose to place that energy and that action so a lot of things
21:51that you uh a lot of things that are unconsciously that you achieve every day you just have to apply
21:58that to something else so same exact thing if you can post to facebook you can do online marketing
22:05you know if you know how to post to facebook if you know how to take a picture of yourself
22:09you know
22:09how to do it's the same thing man you can just take that it's the same exact thing it's just
22:14done
22:14with a different intention so a lot of things we do every single day are just you know the same
22:21things but anyways when i begin my day intentionally i feel more in control of my productivity and my
22:28mindset number two i align my energy with the the law of cause and effect so you have to align
22:35your
22:35energy with the law of cause and effect okay so if you don't know what universal laws are i'm gonna
22:40i'm
22:40gonna let you know i'm gonna i'm gonna teach you about the laws of the universe so
22:45number one i'm gonna give you a couple of these laws of the universe number one is the law of
22:49attraction so you attract into your life whatever you focus on think about or feel strongly uh positive
22:56thoughts and intention bring positive uh outcomes and negative thoughts bring the opposite so that's
23:01the law of attraction the law of attraction is whatever you think about is what you draw into
23:05your life and i want to let you and this is this so true if something bad is happening to
23:10you
23:10and in that moment if you cannot control your mind you would pull that you will pull that frequency
23:16or that energy more close closer to you now i'm not saying to ignore certain things that that go on
23:21because they're real and they're things that you need to understand you need to understand and accept
23:26certain things and learn how to work through those things emotionally or physically or whatever you
23:30need to do but at the same time you cannot if someone offends you or you get cut off in
23:37traffic or
23:37something bad happens to you the longer that you hold on to that type of energy the longer that you
23:43hold
23:43on to that frequency of being angry or mad or or jealous or pissed off or anything like that that
23:49is the
23:49only thing that is allowed to enter into your life because you are on a certain frequency nothing else will
23:57be
23:57able to enter into your life so each frequency is a gate or a door and only a matched frequency
24:05has the key to enter into that into that door and yeah some people can break in some people some
24:12people
24:12can break into your frequency you know why they first have to lower your frequency to a certain degree
24:17for before they can break into it so you know what i mean but anyways the the the law of
24:24attraction is
24:25whatever you think about it increases so if i think about money all day money increases my mind
24:30automatically find ways to make money my mind automatically uh is uh attracting uh people
24:36places things customers to myself in order to make uh make those finances if i'm if i'm thinking about
24:43the women or man i'm gonna tell you anything that you think about is what you attract
24:49i'm gonna tell you i'm gonna tell you a story man this is between us but one day i was
24:55looking at um
24:57i was looking at this uh fashion designer so i have a clothing store but i just i'm not really
25:03a good
25:03fashion designer you know i'm more good with logos and i can make kind of streetwear like urban streetwear
25:09but as far as like uh italian fashion or uh a fashion from like uh you know uh brazilian
25:16certain type new york new york modern fashion you know i mean but like fashion week type fashion
25:21so i was looking at this designer that was online and i was thinking like man i was watching how
25:26they
25:26like pin certain things together how they like made pants and and uh how they used how they use
25:31patterns to sew certain hoodies so they get an old nike hoodie and they turn into like uh uh they'll
25:36cut
25:37another uh uh sweater out of it and they'll stitch in like a picasso uh picasso patches into an old
25:44nike hoodie but it just looked like a regular nike shirt with like a picasso theme i was just like
25:49man
25:49that was so cool so i was thinking about this i was thinking about like man someone uh taking something
25:54that simple and urban and bringing it to a fashion show and then uh this is what i'm talking about
26:00the
26:00law of attraction and with that you know someone reached out to me uh i work for uh new york
26:06uh
26:06kids runway i would have never thought i work for a runway that had to do with uh children you
26:11know
26:11what i mean all these national brands from canada from london uh from new york uh from uh lady from
26:18cuba like uh so uh all these fashion designers came from all over the world but i was doing business
26:25in
26:25new york uh on wall street so we was at the lumaine ballroom right there on your own on wall
26:30street but i
26:31would never thought that even being on wall street or doing business on wall street right there that
26:37i would ever come in contact with these individuals so when i came in contact with these individuals from
26:42uh new york kids runway uh there was like they were asking about my experience and i actually
26:47i i actually like man you know what yeah let's do it so i was i was like an uh
26:52event coordinator
26:53for new york kids runway it's out of the blue so it's like i attracted that opportunity into my life
26:59and it all started with me just sitting there fantasizing and thinking about how to create
27:03these clothes that could be on like new york fashion week and it was unintentional it was
27:07like an unintentional manifestation it was just my curiosity of how do i you know what i mean how do
27:13i come up with different ways to create a fashion uh but urban fashion and how can i how can
27:19i you know
27:19uh customize that clothing to the point where it could be to that caliber where it was runway
27:24runway material and just you know it didn't start off i didn't go from i didn't go it started with
27:31new york kids runway it wasn't like a booming fashion week in milan but it was just a slight
27:37a slight manifestation or a law of attraction that came into my life through an opportunity
27:41from me just one day sincerely wanting to understand and learn about uh the fashion industry and i just
27:48that opportunity just just came into my life so you know that's the law of attraction whatever you
27:53focus on think about or feel strongly about uh positive thoughts or whatever uh those things
27:59will come into your life and that is a testimony to that so i believe that is true number two
28:04this is
28:04the second law of the universe this is the law of vibration so everything in the universe is energy and
28:10vibrates at a certain frequency aligning your energy with what you desire helps you to manifest it
28:16so if you want money you cannot fight you cannot fight so it's like this if you if you want
28:23to be
28:23rich and you want to have money i can't find someone who i feel like has money and fight that
28:28person you
28:28know what i mean because the same thing that i want into my life i'm fighting it so it really

28:33make sense it's just that that person is on that frequency so just say this if i want a if
28:38i want to
28:39um uh say a a beautiful a beautiful wife that's well accomplished and i run across another individual
28:46which is probably a business partner or someone that i know and i see that they have this beautiful
28:51wife that's well accomplished and i become jealous of that and i become mad mad of that or envious of
28:56that but that's the same thing that i want in my life that right then the law of vibration is
29:01telling
29:02me that the same thing that i say i want with my mouth my heart is not agreeing with it
29:06and if my heart
29:07in my mouth do not agree it blocks that it blocks that uh that blocks that uh i cannot attract
29:14it
29:14into my life because i have that a uh i have that another frequency creep in and stop that from
29:20coming
29:20into my life so if i see some so the same thing that you want in life you cannot fight
29:26it you know
29:27what i mean because it stops you from having it so that's why you see a lot of people man
29:30they they
29:31want something in life and they never have and they say why does this person why does that person
29:35why is that but what they need to say what they need to say is if this if i have
29:40come when you
29:42let me tell you something when you come across someone that has something that you you want or
29:48that you desire to have you know what that means that mean that that frequency is in the neighborhood
29:53that mean that it's it's possible that it's i if i've if i've seen uh it's just put it like
30:00this
30:00if you have a school bus dropping off kids and you see that that school bus stopped at that house
30:06right there to drop off that kid and then it comes it's in your neighborhood then it comes and it
30:10drops off suzy and then it comes a little bit further towards your house and it drops off bill
30:14and it comes a little bit further towards your house and it drops off your child so when a certain
30:19frequency when a certain vibration is in a certain area that mean that that area is being prepped for uh
30:26for it to for the next blessing or for that that means that something is close enough to you that
30:32it's uh it's palpable and it is able to happen it's like you're next so you know what i mean
30:38so if i see
30:38if if you have to look at the law of vibration like this if i'm around three if i'm around
30:45three millionaires
30:46i'm bound to be the fourth millionaire because i'm in the frequency of that energy so it's not to fight
30:52the energy it's not to break cut it off it's for you to envelop yourself in that energy and by
30:58accepting it and allow that that flow of energy to reach everyone uh through the acceptance of it so
31:04that is the law of vibration everything that the everything in the universe is energy and vibrates at
31:10a certain frequency aligning your energy with what you desire and that's what helps you to manifest it
31:15so number three is the law of cause and effect this is another one this this has to do with
31:20the law of
31:20attraction that has to do with the law of vibration the law of cause and effect every action has a
31:25corresponding reaction to everything that you do something else happens so that's why you know
31:31people say you you uh karma you sow what you reap but this it may not happen at that very
31:38moment
31:38but it starts to uh create everything that you do it's it's have you ever seen um let's say billy
31:46jean you ever seen that uh uh billy jean michael jackson and uh the steps didn't light up until
31:52he stepped on that on that step so that's kind of like the the thing of the law of law
31:57of cause of
31:58effect once you want every action starts to build the steps of a new timeline so right now i could
32:06right
32:07now at this current moment i could be about to go about to go to the store and and and
32:15and get a
32:16pepsi i can be going to the store my mind could be set on going to the store and getting
32:20a pepsi
32:20but i could say you know what instead of doing that uh you know that that can wait what i'm
32:27going to do
32:27is i'm going to probably do this podcast i'm going to do something else but what happens with each
32:32decision is that it changes the timeline you know what i'm saying so each decision you make
32:38it either it uh it either corrects or it it uh it changes your timeline so you have to watch
32:45what
32:45you do watch what you say watch where you were you know what i mean you have to be intentional
32:49about
32:49everything you do for your own personal life because the law of cause and effect that every
32:54action has a corresponding reaction you know if i if i make a if i if it's just like this
32:59i'm telling
32:59i'm telling myself i want to win the lottery but i'm not going to get any lottery tickets
33:03but every action has a corresponding reaction i have a higher probability of something good happening
33:09with me putting the action towards that so i if i if i'm going if i go and buy a
33:15lottery ticket i have
33:15a higher possibility of winning the lottery because every action has a corresponding reaction doesn't
33:22mean that everything is going to go well all the time but it does mean that you know with everything
33:27that you do it has an action that comes really it's rather seen or unseen so the choices and actions
33:33you take create results both seen and unseen everything starts unseen and manifests itself
33:38uh here in the seen world we all know that the spiritual world the world of energy uh that is
33:45the real
33:46world you know what i'm saying this world down here this 3d 3d realm is not the real world the
33:52real
33:52world is uh is ahead of time and everything that corresponds that happens there uh slowly leaks
33:59or manifests to see itself here in this realm so in this uh frequency down here uh the 3d realm
34:06so
34:07we all know that so that's the law of cause and effect so number four is the law of correspondence
34:12so the correspondent the law of correspondence means this your external world mirrors your
34:18internal state so whatever is on the outside you know i used to always fight with this uh the law
34:23of correspondence you know why because i used to say that man you know the way that i think and
34:27where
34:27i feel like i want to go in life i don't believe that my internal state uh mirrors my external
34:33uh
34:34circumstances because you can be put in a circumstance that do you not know there's a lot of good people
34:39that went to prison there's a lot of good people that died there's a lot of uh bad people that
34:45good
34:45things happen to us a lot of good good people that bad things happen to but that doesn't mean that
34:49their internal world mirrored their uh external circumstance uh so i always had a problem uh with
34:56this the law of correspondence saying your internal world mirrors your uh your uh your uh internal state
35:03your external world mirrors your internal state the patterns you experience in life often reflect your
35:08inner beliefs and mindset until i read that now when i read this right here that helped me to
35:14understand it a lot better yeah good things having a bad people bad things having a good people
35:17who's to really say who's really good and bad there's i don't really believe that there's
35:21really a good person or a bad person i believe that intentions the intentions of a person could be good
35:28or bad but as far as a person having that uh that description of who's good and who's bad you
35:34can find
35:34someone going through a bad situation and they could do something uh they can do something with the
35:38right intent to take care of their family or something like they can't really say that person is a bad
35:42family they just don't have the knowledge or the tools that they need at that current moment to
35:48make a better decision that's not maybe that's as far as their decision making goals so you cannot
35:52label that person a bad person because of something that they had to do in order to they felt like
35:58that
35:58was the only option available so you know you can't do so you know so but i believe that in
36:03the
36:03intentions of a person's heart and intentions and thoughts of a person's heart towards what they're
36:08doing either labeled them a good or bad person now if you just go out of your way to destroy
36:12somebody just because you know you don't like them for any reason those intentions are wrong we just
36:18know that there's a wrong and a right for them now you know but if you are doing something for
36:21your life
36:22or for your for someone else with the intent that uh i need to you know uh better myself better
36:28my
36:28family help this person to help that person you know i've known people that i've known people that
36:34got into it with people that they love because they wanted to help someone else that they love that
36:38that the family wasn't uh real privy to but they you know they took that chance so you know i'm
36:45not i
36:45believe that it's it's with the intention so the law correspondence so that's where i i kind of helped
36:51me to understand that i'm like man i feel like my internal world is good and positive but certain things
36:56and circumstances on the outside don't uh really reflect that but the truth is that the patterns you
37:02experience that means continually doing the same thing and going through the same thing over and
37:07over again when the universe is allowing you to bump your head and you are seeing that it's not working
37:12and you continue to do it and you're not getting the results that you want now there's there's two sides
37:16to this there can be a certain pattern or there can be a um there's a difference between a process
37:23and a
37:23pattern see a process that you're going through you can go through the same thing fail get back up and
37:30it's teaching you resilience it's teaching you how to how to uh be okay with rejection you have to work
37:36through that emotion of rejection to empty that's like shadow work to empty that darkness so when
37:42someone comes and says something to you it doesn't affect you it doesn't make you heartless but it may
37:47it helps you to uh to to live and operate at a level where you can handle pressure you can
37:53handle
37:53rejection so there's a difference between a process of you going through rejection repeatedly after that
38:00so it can build up uh build up that uh that you know you build your spirit and where you
38:05can be
38:06used to rejection so whether someone rejected you or not you are still secure and authentic enough
38:10know that know yourself authentically enough where it really doesn't hurt you someone can call you call
38:15you ugly but you've already experienced that so much to the to the point that you still love
38:20yourself you know everybody's not for everybody so a lot of things that you go through it's a process of
38:25doing some type of shadow work to build you up uh build up build you up vibrationally so certain
38:31things don't affect you for where you're going in life and then there's another thing called a pattern
38:35so a process is different than a pattern a pattern is something that continues to happen happen day after
38:41day you all what you you pick this you pick this you pick the same person with a different face
38:47you
38:47pick the same person you know with a different from a different town or for a different so there's a
38:52certain pattern there's something that you're you're doing and that you like that's attracting
38:56that you hasn't that the universe is letting you know that or god you know we talk god runs the
39:02universe but universal law is set in place to help you to understand certain triggers to help you to
39:07understand certain things that's happening in your life so that's why i say the universe but you
39:11know what i mean but anyways so that that is uh something else so you let's go on number five
39:17the law
39:18a compensation the universe compensates you for your efforts rather through rewards lessons or
39:25opportunities what you put in comes back in some type of form that's why i always tell people this man
39:31everything that you do it doesn't necessarily have to happen to you everything that i do i could uh i
39:37could give some i from the sincerity of my heart i could i could give someone five bucks and then
39:43you
39:44know i could be that doesn't mean that i get 10 bucks back but the universe will still pay me
39:49back
39:49in some form or god i say god will pay you back but you know we're talking about universal law
39:53but
39:53the the universal law the energy that i put out was would come back in some other form i can
39:58give
39:59someone 10 bucks while the sincerity of my heart and then i can uh i can miss getting hit by
40:04a car
40:04you know what i'm saying because you know that the universe is paying me back for the things that
40:08i've done i could i could uh you know so it doesn't always come always come back in the same
40:14form that you put it out and israel comes back better it comes back worse in some type of form
40:18i can do something bad and make a mistake and then have no remorse for it and it doesn't necessarily
40:23necessarily have to hit me but it can hit someone that i love and someone that you love you can
40:27be
40:27wondering why are they going through these certain things you don't understand that your actions
40:30because because you have a soul tie or a bond to that person that that uh bad action that you've
40:37taken because of that soul tie and you guys are tied together doesn't have to necessarily
40:41hit you it can hit someone else so you have to be careful and you have to be careful passing
40:46these
40:46things along to your children as well everything that you that happens in life the law of compensation
40:51within the universe says that what goes around comes around what you do you will get back in some
40:56shape or form and even if you do not get it back in some shape shape or form it will
41:01hit someone
41:02close to you or it will come back in some type of way uh i watched the no let's not
41:08talk about let's
41:09stay to stay on on topic here so i'm not going to go into that story uh maybe we have
41:13a little bit
41:14more time i can go more into the stories that can kind of uh don't correspond what we're talking about
41:18but the law of compensation basically says that the universe compensates you for your efforts rather
41:25that's through rewards lessons or opportunities so whatever you're doing in life no matter what happens
41:30against that just say if you're if you're you're looking to get your driver's license you you read
41:36the book you find some kind of resistance you cannot find a car you're doing this so uh all these
41:41things
41:41but your efforts will be rewarded and maybe you might have an opportunity you ran across somebody at work
41:47you know what i mean you've friended the person or something then there's an opportunity for you to
41:52use their car or whatever but the efforts you put in in life will be rewarded in some type of
41:56way
41:56whether it's through an opportunity whether it's through a lesson you have to learn or
42:00whatever but it does happen whether whether you want it to or not so uh uh number i want to
42:09run
42:09through these real quick uh but for the sake of time so once once for the sake of time so
42:15we will
42:15pick we will pick up um what is this we are on uh the law of compensation that's the fifth

42:22and then uh the law and we're talking about our second talk points where i align my energy
42:28with the law of cause and effect so you know i mean that's where we're going to pick up uh
