Real update — I’ve been slipping on the diet and the weight is up, but I can’t ignore the positives. My workouts are getting stronger, and my knee is actually feeling better. That’s real progress.

Now the next step is obvious. If the strength is improving and recovery is trending up, the diet has to match that effort. You can’t out-train sloppy nutrition. It’s time to tighten things up, clean up the meals, and get the scale moving back in the right direction without losing the strength gains.
