00:13Yes, I heard. It's very unfortunate, but luckily we can expect mostly sun tomorrow, Sunday and Monday.
00:22So we can get some of those weekend activities in, yeah?
00:24Correct, but we will still have some showers here and there, but not as much. But I'll tell you more at the Weather Center.
00:30Certainly.
00:32Good evening, Trinidad and Tobago. Put the laptops down and throw the work files away because it's finally Friday and also time for your weather.
00:43Activity once again peaked with scattered showers and isolated thunderstorms affecting parts of Tobago and eastern Trinidad, while widely scattered activity occurred over portions of west-central Trinidad.
00:57Luckily, there were no reports of flooding.

01:38We have minimum temperatures at 24 degrees in Trinidad and 25 over in Tobago.
01:43And don't let conditions experience this week make you cancel your Saturday plans just yet because according to the Met Office, tomorrow will be hot and sunny with a light haze, but it will be interrupted by periods of increased cloudiness accompanied by a few showers.
02:00There is a medium chance of isolated thunderstorm activity.
02:03We also have some Sahara dust paying us a visit with a mild to moderate concentration expected.
02:09So persons sensitive to these changes in air quality, please take the necessary precautions.
02:14Tomorrow's maximum temperatures are expected at 33 degrees in Trinidad and 32 in Tobago.
02:21And conditions are looking even better for the next couple of days as both Sunday and Monday are forecast to be mostly hot, hazy and at times breezy despite again a few isolated showers.
02:34Saturday will experience maximum temperatures of 32 degrees in Trinidad and 31 in Tobago.
02:40On Monday, however, there's a low chance of isolated thunderstorm activity favoring southern areas with maximum temperatures expected at 33 degrees in Trinidad and 32 in Tobago.
02:53So experts say the best time to take a run in the sun is early morning and early evening.
02:59So here's your sun time that will come in handy.
03:02Sunrise is at 559 in Trinidad and 556 in Tobago.
03:07And sunset is at 540 in Trinidad and 536 in Tobago.
03:12And I did say tomorrow will be hot and sunny.
03:15So if the beach is on your mind, here's what your seas are saying.
03:19Seas are moderate with waves 2 meters to 2.5 meters in open waters and near 1 meter in sheltered areas.
03:25But note that all marine interests are advised to exercise caution in association with occasional long period swells.
03:34With that being said, it's now time for your tight times.
03:38It's all for weather tonight.
