The weekend's weather conditions are starting to look a bit promising, Rochelle Edwards tells you why in our weather forecast.

00:06It's going to be a mostly fair night accompanied by slightly hazy conditions.

00:10You can also look out for some brief showery interruptions.

00:14Moving on to tomorrow's forecast, conditions will become partly cloudy from early afternoon

00:18with a few light to moderate showers over most areas.

00:22There is a medium chance that some of these showers could become heavy with thunderstorms.

00:27Both islands will have a maximum temperature of 31 degrees Celsius.

00:32Saharan dust is present in our atmosphere, so persons sensitive to changes in air quality

00:36should take the necessary precautions.

00:39And for those of us who like the sound of rain at night, well, you are in luck.

00:44As you can expect light to moderate showers to give you that cozy sleep we love so much,

00:48especially after midnight.

00:51Taking a look at our favorite time of the week, the weekend.

00:54Well, it's going to start off fair, but will become partly cloudy at times with a few lights

00:59to isolated moderate showers.

01:01There is also a chance of some afternoon thunderstorm activity.

01:05Maximum temperatures are coming in at 31 degrees Celsius in Trinidad and 30 degrees over in Tobago.

01:16Seas are moderate with waves 1.5 meters to 2 meters in open waters

01:21and up to 2.5 meters in sheltered areas.

01:25Taking a line out of the classic Annie, the sun will come out tomorrow

01:29in Trinidad at 5.48 and set at 6.32.

01:35Over in Tobago, sunrise will be at 5.43 and sunset at 6.29.
