02:46to try to get around Cooper and not lose
02:48their toes to those leaders up front.
02:50Because Ken Roxen is making his way
02:52up as he's closing, but look how much time
02:54he's able to do it. We got the shot on

02:58teammates. He can't waste
03:00much time. I mean, if he does
03:02those guys, you know, Hunter
03:04Prado, Roxen going to be way
03:06far ahead of him. It's tough

04:05But that just shows you how good Cooper's riding as well.

04:16as Deegan makes a big mistake, you can hear him.
04:18He's at about 3,000 RPM higher
04:21than everybody else around him.
04:22He comes into these corners.
04:23He is in full attack mode.
04:25You know he wants to get to the front.
04:27I don't know that it's working necessarily for him
04:29as slippery as it is out there, but the sound alone
04:31tells you how much he understands
04:33the urgency of the situation.

04:37Like that's not going to help Hayden
04:39in this situation because this track has changed
04:41quite a bit than what it was, Ricky.
04:43It certainly has. And in those 90 degree
04:45corners where we saw Jorge
04:47Prado almost crashed, that is where
04:49Kenny is so precise.
04:51I talked about it in the first moto
04:53of how Kenny is the best
04:54at finding grip where there isn't
04:56and being so precise with that
04:59throttle, having great throttle control
05:00and finding grip.
05:03Just like right here.
05:05Make up so much time right there.
05:07You have to really respect the
05:09throttle on these 450s.
05:11Whoa, see it right there.
05:12Yeah, I'm sorry it is right there.
05:14And it's getting damp out too, you know,
05:16so the moisture is rising as well.
05:21It's a big pass by our second and third place
05:25if we get this going.
05:26That changes the points quite a bit, Jason.
05:28Oh, it would change everything if Roxen can get
05:31Prado. Right now it would be a
05:3214 point lead for Prado.
05:35It's a second in the moto.
05:36would give him the overall win and Roxen
05:38to finish second.
05:39If Roxen can pass him and take the overall win,
05:42go from a 14 point deficit to an 18 point,
05:46or sorry, an eight point deficit.
05:48So that is what's on the line right now.
05:51Kenny there adjusting his clutch,

06:58which is allowing him to close in on Hunter at the moment.

07:46He knows where you want to go, and he's going to take that away from you,
07:49a little Bill Belichick style.
07:50Like, I'm going to make sure you beat me with your left-handed
07:53and your right-handed kind of situation, and Cooper is awesome at that.
07:57Up ahead, Roxen still losing ground on Prado.
08:00Here is what is on the line.
08:02If Roxen was able to pass Prado, Roxen would not only take the overall win away from Prado,
08:07but Prado would actually go back to third overall.
08:10Hunter Lawrence would vault to second if Prado loses one spot.
08:15So Prado has to hold on to that second-place position
08:18as Deegan takes another run at web, and he's got him now.
08:23That was a really nice pass, James.
08:25He comes up the inside, fades to the outside to block Coop from being on the inside on that left

08:33And what it does, because he made it clean, you don't have to worry about Cooper retaliating on him.

11:56quickly things changed.
11:57That was massive for Prado.
11:59That's an important eight minutes for Jorge.
12:02I mean, you saw how aggressive he was making that pass on Kenny.
12:05But this is kind of what we've been waiting for.
12:08Now he has that sense of that red plate.
12:10Would he show up here trying to be on the attack or would he be kind of on the fence
12:15here?
12:15So I think for him, let's see if he can catch that number 38, Will.
12:20Yeah, what you guys are saying, Jorge Prado, that's exactly the kind of vibe that I got off him talking
12:25to him earlier.

12:29He's glad he's got it for the first time here in the U.S.

14:09Speeds were a bit slower as well.
14:11Not realistic.
14:13So this is probably the first real intensity-style race, JT, that he's raced since Salt Lake City.

15:59because there was a lot of talk as a result there in the month that was not great for Hunter.
16:03Was that to do with these two wrist injuries, one in Detroit, one at Ironman, and he's kind of nursing
16:08them both a little bit?
16:09Well, I checked him with Doc G, his physio, and he said it had nothing to do with the wrist.
16:14That was all situational, the mud, biking just kind of compounded mistakes.
16:18He said he has been in his office this week leading in because they were expecting a more chattery track
16:24this week,
16:25and they wanted to sort of preempt it and do therapy on those wrists, but he said that had nothing
16:29to do with last week,
16:30and I think he's proving that here with his performance in his photo too.
16:33Oh, Will Webb just made the move on Roxxon, and Prado is all over Deegan.

18:43He had to dig and make passes late to get it done this time.
18:47He was known for controlling races from the front.
18:50He went down in the sand.
18:51He couldn't do it this time.
18:53He had to do it another way, and he did.
18:55And Jorge Prado is looking at the overall with 2-2 scores.

19:02And Roxen, 1-4 for third.
19:04I can't even believe what we've seen.
19:05No, I mean, I can't.
19:07I mean, we saw Jorge go 1-1 dominating at Ironman.
19:10This is by far his best ride ever in here in America.
19:13And like you just said, it's the way he did it.

19:17You can kind of start to see him, like, just at an intensity that he had to be able to

19:23knowing everything that's on the line, to be able to come out here and win this race.

20:55Didn't vote for him in fantasy.

20:57And I felt like with Hunter, he's been the same guy this whole race.
21:00The playoffs, the first race, Mud, coming in a little bit of injury.
21:03He's been fine.
21:04And in that first moto, he rode fine.
21:05He just got a bad start.
21:06Lars said, this is the same guy that rode that first race, that first moto.
21:10So, except he's dominating this when he comes to that start.
21:13He's bounced back every single time this year.
21:15Absolutely.
21:16And for the fourth year in a row, a strong performance in round two.

21:22He'll finish second overall with the 4-1 scores.
