00:00So, here's a little update on what I think is day f-
00:06Today's probably day five.
00:08Because I did Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Monday.
00:12I think today is day five.
00:13I'm not sure.
00:14Whatever day it is.
00:16It was on runs like this where I'm like, man, I just wanted to give up the whole time.
00:20I kept on thinking how dumb this was to run.
00:23And, like, I don't even want to be a runner.
00:25But I was just, like, one foot in front of the next.
00:28Just don't stop.
00:29And I ran it in a nine, 19-minute mile.
00:33Like I said, not great.
00:35Definitely not my fastest time.
00:36But the whole time, I was just thinking this is going to be the worst run that I've had this
00:41entire experiment.
00:43And I ran faster than what I did the day before and the day before that.
00:48Besides the, I think it was four minutes, 28, or four minutes, eight minutes and 28 seconds or 48 seconds.
00:55It was one of those.
00:56But these shoes are holding up good.
01:00I feel like I'm still getting an understanding of where they kind of hit when they land.
01:06I normally land on my toes.
01:07And from PT I've been going to, everybody's been telling me it's not actually how you're supposed to do it.
01:12So I'm just trying to figure out how to run that feels more comfortable for me.
01:15But another day in the books.
01:17I'm glad that I did it, even though I really didn't want to.
01:19So do the things that you know you should be doing, even if you don't want to.
01:22You'll feel a lot better.
01:23You'll feel a lot better.
01:23You'll feel a lot better.
