A new EMR customer review dated June, 2026 reports:

"Frequent failures, when you call tech support with an issue they act as if it's your problem not theirs demanding that you do leg work because their program failed. Work orders frequently take weeks to get resolved. I've had one open for multiple years and it still hasn't been resolved. They can send me monthly emails with updates saying they haven't gotten to it but no resolution of the issue. The radiology department frequently misses obvious fractures on x-rays."

This backs up my own experience dealing with EXPERITY. I am a misdiagnosed patient who had an x-ray misread by Experity's Dr. Ana Maria Echenique M.D. in 2019. $175 x-ray taken at AFC Urgent Care (American Family Care) outsourced to Experity. She stated I had no injury present but a translucent oval appears in the actual images where in other CT & MRI you can see broken skull bone and several inch diameter infection. My injury in actuality was a broken basilar skull / head trauma. It may cost over $1,000,000 USD to treat.

Curiously, on the radiology report (telemedicine) it lists only a phone number below Echenique's name but no company or practice title. Dialing this lead to Experity.

I called Experity in early April, 2022 to have it possibly reread (and the error fixed). "Marjorie" (Experity) used social engineering tactics to have me give her access to my old medical images from the urgent care clinic AFC (American Family Care), with the understanding that it was going to be reread for me (the error corrected and correct diagnosis given). I gave permission to get the records. I was told I would be called back repeatedly. My calls were never returned. When I called back a week later I was told Experity management made a decision that reread request could not be honored. They used me to get permission to access the records and once they looked at the images again they cut and run and dumped me. Possibly a HIPAA concern. AFC also would not support me to get the correction via Experity or correct the error themselves. $175 with no results.

The fact these following doctors would take referrals from AFC is now a big enough red flag to anyone who knows but:
Referred on to highway 280 neurologist (Kyle Hudgens / Grandview Neurology) and 50 year experienced orthopedic doctor (Perry L. Savage Sr. / OrthoAlabama Spine & Sports) (the x-ray reread was problematic to getting the specialists to take my concerns seriously and the additional MRI & CT I showed them was dismissed as showing no injuries) these doctors would not acknowledge my injury cost me $300 x 2 = $600 fee.

I called Experity CEO David Stern also and left a message on his voicemail (recorded call see my videos) about what happened to me. Call was never returned.

00:00Alright, a new review has been posted on Software and Services Urgent Care Provider, Xperity.
00:08And this one is apparently from one of their urgent care customers.
00:13This is from June, 2026.
00:16They write, frequent failures.
00:19When you call tech support with an issue, they act as if it's your problem, not theirs,
00:27demanding that you do legwork because their program failed.
00:31Work orders frequently take weeks to get handled.
00:35I've had one open for multiple years and it still has not been resolved.
00:41They can send me monthly emails with updates saying they have not gotten to it,
00:48but there is no resolution of the issue.
00:52The radiology department frequently misses obvious fractures on X-rays.
00:58Would not recommend to anyone looking for an EMR.
01:03They do not put their clients first or take their concerns seriously.
01:08And this backs up my own experience.
01:10I was a patient in 2019 who had an X-ray taken at an American Family Care AFC Urgent Care
01:22Clinic, $175 cash.
01:25I later found out my scan was erroneously read by an Xperity doctor, Anna Maria Echnik, EMDD-ABR.
01:35I've done a lot of hours worth of video on my nightmare experience.
01:40A translucent oval several inches in diameter can be seen in my head X-ray in subsequent CT and MRI.
01:50In this same area, there is broken bone and infection.
01:56I took my issues back to Xperity.
02:00Their representative did a social engineering trick where she had me give permission to give the original images to Xperity
02:12with understanding that they're going to be looked at again.
02:17After several weeks, I was eventually told by Xperity that they were not going to fulfill their agreement with me
02:28to correct this error or acknowledge their doctor's mistake.
02:32I was going to say, I'm going to say, I'm going to say, I'm going to say, I'm going to
