Part 2:

I was denied due process by the State Of Florida trying to a file a complaint with merits against an offending doctor with a Florida medical license.

My experience seeking redress after being given incorrect medical advice by a licensed medical doctor in the state of Florida. In August, 2022 I filed a complaint with The State Of Florida Department Of Health VS Dr. Wayne Broth of Florida and New Jersey.

August 11th I received a confirmation letter my complaint was received signed by investigator & govt. analyst Adam Blahut. Despite sending in my medical records, emails exchanged with the practice and even the cell phone number of the doctor (screenshots from my phone showing caller id info), they tell me I did not supply enough information (I dispute this claim and believe I sent in enough information to establish my claim). In reply to this I sent in even more records (the state of Florida Dept. Of Health must have a very large database of images of injuries and this info is valuable). Florida Dept. Health wants paper record from the Dr. & Medical practice. My case involves telemedicine, I received no paper records, I was given a consult on the telephone after sending an email to the Doctor's website, I sent the State Of Florida these emails. Furthermore, I signed a form when filing my complaint that gives the Florida Deptartment of Health permission to get those records from the accused MD and medical practice and this is what they should have done. Instead, excuses and stonewalling begin to appear with the state agency in a case where I already have evidence of medical fraud from the millionaire doctors. The reality of healthcare in the state of Governor Ron Desantis does not look very good.

Dr. Wayne Broth also called me from a 908 area code although a person licensed to practice medicine by that name does not show up on the New Jersey license look up page.

After nearly 5 months I am finally put in contact with Dr. Wayne J. Broth, OLSS spinal consultant. I sent my MRI images which were misread by other doctors to New Jersey & Florida based Dr. Scott Katzman's office (Orthopedic & Laser Spine Surgery). His website advertises a free MRI Review. I sent in images and records from many of my MRI and CT scans, showing a very serious head injury which has slowly healed from 2018. I had broken the underside of my skull and had parasites and infection develop over several months. These injuries are clearly visible in the images presented, not noted by the original reading radiologists. In March, 2022, after a request was sent to me for insurance information from past medical visits (I have no insurance), communication from this office ceased (I tried to call back, but was only able to leave a message on their machine).

Then in June I started receiving emails from Jenny, the office receptionist and once again called but was never contacted until July 29th. I was given a number to a Doctor Broth and recorded my telephone conversation

00:26All right, in August, I filed this complaint with the Florida Department of Health against Dr. Wayne Broth, and this
00:42was in reference to a free MRI review that he gave me over the telephone.
00:50This is an example of telemedicine. I've seen many of my medical records, the MRI images themselves, and you hear
01:02when I got on the phone with this doctor,
01:05he did not acknowledge my injuries that are very obvious in these scans.
01:14The injuries are there. Nonetheless, I had broken the underside of my skull, and broken bone is clearly visible.
01:22After about a year, this wound had gone untreated, unacknowledged, and a massive infection began to set in, and I
01:32almost died from whatever was going on with me.
01:34This was a very awkward experience because it took Dr. Broth and Dr. Scott Katzman's office, Orthopedic Laser Spine Surgery,
01:49five months to get back in touch with me after I made my inquiry via email.
01:56When I simply asked his first name, because they only gave me the name Dr. Broth, I asked his first
02:06name, and then he abruptly ended our telephone conversation.
02:11So that's very shady.
02:15This sparked my complaint to the Florida Department of Health.
02:23All right, so after I sent in my complaint, I received this confirmation letter from the Florida Department of Health,
02:35dated August 11, 2022.
02:40And they tell me here that they did not receive enough information.
02:47I sent them a lot of information.
02:51A raw copies of my medical records, the images.
02:56Copies of email correspondence.
02:59With Dr. Scott Katzman's office.
03:03Also the office of Wayne J. Broth.
03:08As you can see in my original complaint, I even gave them the cell phone number of Dr. Wayne J.
03:17Broth.
03:18Because I was given this, he called me.
03:24And yeah, later on I sent in a screenshot of my cell phone.
03:30Showing the caller ID information, the time and date when he called me.
03:35If you call this number, presumably Dr. Broth will answer.
03:40So, I mean, you know, they ask here for records that document his interpretation of my MRI images.
03:54My case was an example of telemedicine.
03:57I'm in Alabama.
03:58I believe that they were located in Florida or New Jersey.
04:03I sent an email via the internet to the website.
04:08I sent my images attached to the email.
04:13I received a telephone call.
04:16And you can hear in that call, which you can see in my videos,
04:22that is the analysis that Dr. Wayne Broth gave of my images.
04:27So, it's as simple as that.
04:29I never went to Florida to physically interact with these people or go into their office.
04:37No money changed hands.
04:39Anything like that.
04:40So, I don't have paper records.
04:42And I did a reply on August 18th to the government analyst who wrote this letter,
04:54Adam Blahut.
04:56I was given no paper records from the consultation.
05:01And, yeah, I sent another email after that phone call with Wayne Broth.
05:05And I didn't get a reply.
05:08So, at this point, Dr. Scott Katzman's office, Wayne Broth, they will not communicate with me.
05:15So, it's kind of difficult to get records if they exist, if this place won't communicate with me.
05:23With the complaint form, I gave the Florida Department of Health permission to get those records from that doctor
05:35and whatever they needed.
05:41So, they didn't have to come to me and ask me necessarily for anything else.
05:46They should have went to the doctor.
05:49I signed this form.
05:50Because what they're asking me to do, this is unnecessary, and it's just a big waste of time and efforts,
05:58okay?
05:59They're wanting me to provide them records that I'm supposed to go to this doctor and obtain, okay?
06:08Well, with this form that I signed, they can circumvent the step that involves me being the middleman
06:16or some kind of facilitator, okay?
06:18The Department of Health of Florida should have no problems going to any licensed medical practitioner or medical practice
06:26and getting whatever type of records or information that they need, provided that they have consent and permission, which I
06:34gave.
06:35All right, so, yeah, what you can see through these correspondences here is it looks like there's some excuses popping
06:44up
06:44that don't make a whole lot of sense as to why they can't simply do their job.
06:49All right.
06:49All right.
06:49All right.
