In this video I show further evidence of how bad Birmingham, AL. nurses & doctors attempt to silence the voices of their (former) patients. A negative review I posted on a CRNP I had been a patient of in 2019 was deleted. The provider: Complete Health Trussville (formerly Northside Medical Associates) located at 7201 Happy Hollow Rd, Trussville, AL 35173.

-As of 2025 this office has adopted a rather unethical & unprofessional practice of using representatives to speak to the public who discuss health information (AND ARE RESPONSIBLE) but go by pseudonyms (nicknames) & outright refuse to give identity when requested.
-Visited Trussville Complete Health 2019-2020.
-MRI in this building w/ St. Vincent's Ambulatory, $500 - 10 year honors graduate / neuroradiology specialist Dr. Michael Brant Ruff (Vulcan Imaging) failed to note broken skull bone or 6 inches diameter infection in the images!
-Attempted to see Dr. Scott Boyken. Always booked up / asked if I would see a Nurse instead.
-Many problems with nurses I saw here acknowledging a very serious injury I had - broken skull (occipital condyle / condylar canal / possibly foramen magnum also broken), head trauma, infection and parasites.
-I saw nurses Frankie James Crumb & Celeste Richardson. Referred to MRI in same building.
-Crumb was attentive, I thought he was going to help me. Stuck instrument in my ear / could see visible infection & swelling from the 6 inch mass in my head (matches MRI anomaly) & neck & noted it. He saw the MRI pictures & everything changed, probably realized I had a $1,000,000 USD head injury. After I told him about the antibiotics effects next visit he sounded in a panic, repeating "we're done, we're done". The exam ended.
-Told results were normal / negative (no injury) (not true (SEE VIDEO)).
-Obtained imagery from the scan and my records and found I had serious head trauma in the basilar area of my skull. I made Northside Medical Associates aware of this and even called CEO Dr. Ronald Helms, my phone call was never returned.
- Crumb told me he was going to call St. Vincent's and try to get the MRI error straightened out (I had a $700 bill and my injury was not noted). This never happened, phone tag went on for weeks. I was eventually told I was being "referred" to Cooper Green to a neurologist because I had no insurance or source of income.
- My next visit with Celeste Richardson in 2020 was a new low.
- Conversing with her was very difficult. Seemed oblivious that I had any injury or prior history. Not open to my input. I took in print outs of the MRI / CT frames showing the broken skull and massive infection. She simply asked me "where did you get those images". Didn't want to see them & I feel didn't believe I had a physical injury.
-I requested anti parasite meds & argued over this. She wanted a blood test which I refused initially. She walked out on me before exam was finished. I was accused of trying to "dictate" my treatment for my efforts.

00:00You can see roughly 60 to 60 hours of documentation on what happened to me,
00:08including all the MRI, all the CT, all the x-rays, the uploaded written doctor's reports.
00:16I have recorded telephone calls.
00:20Thank you for calling complete help. This is Taylor. I'm going to ask you.
00:23Yes, ma'am. I'm trying to get in touch with Haley.
00:26Okay. What's your date of birth?
00:28And who am I speaking with, please?
00:30This is Taylor.
00:31Do you have a last name?
00:33I cannot give you my last name. My first name.
00:36Can you tell me why you can't?
00:39Sir, I cannot give you my whole name. I can only give you Taylor.
00:43I was recently informed that a negative review I posted in regards to my exam with nurse practitioner Celeste Richardson
00:54has been deleted.
00:56I wanted to do this video and simply point out this fact.
01:00Nurse Celeste Richardson attempts to silence the voices of her patients.
01:05I find this very offensive and highly unprofessional.
01:10But yeah, in my experience with complete help, I repeatedly faced attempts to conceal truths, erase truths, alter documentation.
01:23Yeah, you can hear that opening phone call.
01:26They won't even give first and last names of who you're talking to.
01:30Yeah, you can go back and watch my videos on my visit with Celeste Richardson.
01:35This nurse repeatedly tried to convince me and taught me out of the fact that I had a serious injury.
01:45Ascribing my symptoms that I related to her as examples of stress.
01:54I'll show how I found out that Celeste Richardson deleted my review.
02:00If you pull up the Google review listing in any browser, you'll see this screen.
02:07And one review is listed here, and as you can see, it's not mine.
02:12And although it was later deleted, there's still a record of it on my Google account.
02:20And I'll read this verbatim so you can see what these bad doctors and nurses don't want you to be
02:28aware of.
02:29I had some visits at the Complete Health Trussell location at 7201 Happy Hall Road, Trussell, Alabama, 35173.
02:37This is just off Deerfoot Parkway.
02:39But most recently, in 2025, I regrettably had to deal with this location again for a family member.
02:48And there I made a startling discovery.
02:50The office has adopted a rather unethical and unprofessional practice of using representatives to speak to the public
02:58who discuss health information and are responsible but go by pseudonyms, nicknames, and outright refuse to give identity when requested.
03:06I visited 2019-2020 when it was called Northside Medical Associates.
03:12Referred to MRI in the same building built by St. Vincent's Ambulatory Healthcare Network, LLC.
03:20$500.
03:22The radiologist misdiagnosed an injury that appeared in those images.
03:27Ten-year honors graduate, neuroradiology specialist, Dr. Michael Brandt Ruff, MD for Vulcan Imaging Associates,
03:35did not note the broken skull bone or six inches diameter infection that appears in the pictures.
03:42You can see the actual MRI images I am referring to in this video.
03:47I had many problems with the nurses I saw here, acknowledging the very serious injury I had.
03:53Broken skull in the area of the occipital, condyle, condylar canal, possibly forming magnum.
03:58Head trauma infection, six inches diameter visible in the MRI.
04:03I almost did not make it trying to deal with this injury.
04:07Doctors and nurses who were trying to mislead me in this very vulnerable time period,
04:12especially when I was paying the money for medical services, this was not appreciated.
04:18Curiously, when the nurses seemed uninterested in examining me, I was not referred to the MDs in the location like
04:27Dr. Scott Boykin.
04:28So what happened here?
04:30Did they patient dummy?
04:31I saw nurses Frankie James Crum and Celeste Richardson referred to the MRI by Crum.
04:38The MRI tech for St. Vincent's misrecorded which side of my head and neck of my pain was actually on
04:47in her notes.
04:48Crum was attentive.
04:49I thought he was going to help me.
04:51He stuck an instrument in my ear and could see visible infection and swelling from the six-inch mass in
04:59my head.
05:00And that same infection appears in the MRI.
05:04In his notes, that's written down and recorded.
05:07Crum saw the MRI pictures and everything changed.
05:09Probably realized I had a $1 million head injury.
05:12After I told him about the antibiotics effects, in the next visit, he sounded in a panic, repeating,
05:19We're done, we're done, and the exam ended.
05:22This was an extremely disheartening experience.
05:25I was not done because I still needed treatment for a possible critical injury that almost cost me my life.
05:32Yeah, Crum kept talking about physical therapy.
05:36And he wrote some critical observation about my concerns of seeing a physical therapist.
05:44And yeah, it's really simple, okay?
05:47You have a broken neck, broken skull, a broken form and magnum.
05:52You can go into physical therapy, all right?
05:55You just think about this for a second, all right?
05:58I was told by the Northside Medical Complete Health staff that the results of the St. Vincent's MRI were normal,
06:07negative, and contained no injury.
06:09And this is not true.
06:11And I brought this up to Nurse Crum and Celeste Richardson.
06:15Unfortunately, they did not take my concerns that seriously.
06:20Money's paid for services.
06:22I obtained imagery from the scan and my records and found I had serious head trauma in the basilar area
06:30of my skull.
06:31I made Northside Medical Associates aware of this and even called CEO Dr. Ronald Helms of Pell City.
06:38My phone call was never returned.
06:40I believe there was substantial talent in this practice to help me, but they did not.
06:45Nurse Crum told me he was going to call St. Vincent's and try to get the MRI error straightened out.
06:51I had a $700 bill all in and my injury was not noted.
06:56This resolution never happened.
06:58Phone tag went on for weeks.
07:01I was eventually told I was being, quote, referred, unquote, to Cooper Green to a neurologist because I had no
07:08insurance or source of income.
07:10Actually, I was being patient-numped by St. Vincent's and Complete Health, who did not want to acknowledge the truth
07:17of my injury.
07:18My next visit with Celeste Richardson in 2020 was a new low.
07:23Conversing with her, very difficult.
07:25Seemed oblivious that I had any injury or prior injury history.
07:30Talking about this area of my neck and head.
07:33She was not open to my input.
07:35I took in printouts of the MRI CT frames showing the broken skull mass infection.
07:42She simply asked me, where did you get those images?
07:45She did not want to see them and I feel, didn't believe I had a physical injury.
07:50Yeah, one thing that came up again and again is she seemed to believe that I had psychological manifestations or
07:59I was perhaps imagining them or made them up.
08:03I requested anti-parasite medication and argued over this with Celeste Richardson.
08:09She wanted to take a blood test, which I refused.
08:12She walked out on me before the exam was finished because of this.
08:17And I was accused of trying to dictate my treatment for my efforts.
08:23Finally agreed to the blood test.
08:25I requested a detailed analysis of the blood for parasites, fungus, and other issues.
08:33She denied me this and she made an offhanded comment that that was going to be expensive.
08:40I got the blood test back.
08:41Celeste Richardson dismissed some of the anomalies there.
08:46Simply stress.
08:48And this was absolutely not true.
08:50You can see the MRI images.
08:53I had massive infection in my head and neck.
08:56Slowly and incrementally, my health was declining.
09:00Paid money went to these medical practitioners.
09:03My time was wasted and they were playing these games.
09:05I complained to the Northside Medical Associates office manager.
09:09She said the MRI people next door would contact me but never did.
09:15I was denied a request for medical records from Northside Medical Associates Complete Health.
09:21On the same day, usually any medical practice will simply print out the patient's medical records right in front of
09:30them.
09:30It usually takes a couple of minutes.
09:32And you can sit there.
09:33You can watch the paper come off, pop out of the printer.
09:37They collect the papers right in front of you.
09:40They'll staple them, put them in a vanilla envelope, and they'll hand them directly to you.
09:44That didn't happen in this case.
09:46They said they were going to need several days to prepare my records before they would give them to me.
09:52And this is questionable.
09:54When I finally received my medical records from these visits, they appeared heavily edited with boilerplate disclaimers inserted,
10:04as well as curiously empty fields, etc.
10:08At this point, I believe that Complete Health, they knew that I knew I'd been mistreated.
10:15I believe this practice backed the misdiagnosis of their business partner, Ascension, UAB St. Vincent's,
10:21Vulcan Imaging, and Dr. Michael Brant Ruff in a sloppy attempt at patient dumping.
